Upon further review I saw that the repair was not done properly. Had I not washed my car I would not have seen it up close. I gave a positive review previously, I have to seriously reconsider it. The communication does not exist. I have not heard anything from Toyota South or Geico about the re-repair. They told Geico that they have been trying to reach me. I have looked through my emails, phone and texts there is nothing showing that toyota south reached out. Extremely poor communication.

I feel satisfy with service at Toyota South Atlanta Service. They are very nice, good service, good experience. I want say thanks to Mr. John Mannering, he very nice, kind and very good in his job. I liked most service men in Toyota South Atlanta Service, thanks

A little over a month ago I had a maintenance check done on my vehicle. I paid close to $500 for brake work. However my brakes failed a couple of days ago. I had my car towed into Toyota. Since I did not have any way to get to Toyota I had to rely on their shuttle the next day. Nara, the service mgr, assured me that he would arrange for the shuttle the next day. That never happened- after several phone calls I was able to get a shuttle to Toyota. The bigger problem is that after a brake flush and some added brake fluid - and $180 for the diagnostic I still have a vehicle with a brake problem. If I could give Toyota zero stars I would. I've decided to take my vehicle to a local shop that knows how to fix brakes.

I've come to this dealership twice. Once for an oil change and the other for brakes. Each time the service was good and the prices were reasonable. However, after my services today, this will probably be my last visit. I was highly disappointed & shocked in paying $103.29 for a simple oil change. Mind you, I've never paid that much. I have a 2017 Tacoma and just reached 80,000 miles. Could that be it? Help me understand. In my opinion, the average US oil change should be between $30-$80. I digress, they did have discounts but the service advisor didn't tell me about the "online coupons" until after I had already paid. I felt sick to my stomach walking out of the service center today. My advice - call before you come and thoroughly research the website. Always make an appointment with this location. Even if you're a repeat customer like I was. I feel they highly dislike Walk-Ins. I will definitely be learning how to change my own oil or going to other service centers in the area.Services: Tires, Oil change

Visited this location for a coolant flush, CVT fluid change, and 4-wheel alignment. I was originally told 2 hours and it ended up being about 3.5 hours with no update in-between. After my Rav4 was returned to me, I noticed I had the same original pull to the right that required a slight steering wheel correction while driving. After looking at the wheel alignment report, I noticed that the toe values were almost identical between the before and after results. I called and explained this to the service department. Initially I was informed that wasn't right and somebody would call me back (Saturday). I never received a call back. I called again on Monday afternoon and was told that although camber can't be adjusted, toe can be adjusted and that I would need to bring the vehicle back in to have it looked at again. I asked for a refund due to the alignment not being completed properly and my lack of faith in them being able to complete the alignment properly and within a reasonable timeframe. I was then connected to a manager who informed me that none of the rear values (camber, castor, or toe) can be adjusted and that this is a known issue with my vehicle. My vehicle has almost 100,000 miles on it and has received several alignments, all of these values have been properly adjusted in the past and this is the first time I've heard this. In any case, I explained that I should not have been charged for a 4-wheel alignment if you knew you could only align 2-wheels. The service manager explained that because the machine is setup for 4 wheels, that even though they can't align 4 wheels, they charge 4 wheels and no refund will be given.I have since visited another, independently owned shop which completed the alignment of all 4 wheels and insisted that the alignment of my vehicle's rear wheels are in fact adjustable.I wouldn't recommend having this shop complete any repairs on your vehicle. The customer service and communication is poor and I have doubts regarding the quality and completeness of their work.Services: Transmission, Wheel alignment

Got there @11:39am waited 3:20 minutes for them to pull my truck in n left a little after 4:00 pm! If I had to give a rating it s definitely be a zero for my rep! But I had a nice lady that worked inside that help me! I would give her an A+! My appt was 11:45am and get done after 4:00pm for an oil change n tire rotation? What kind of service are they doing in there inside the shop? It s my first time and last with this place!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

9am appt. I pulled up. No one was at the desks. Two others were in line with me. The employees all came out to their desks about 10min after 9 and got my truck back quickly. The employees are very polite and personable. I ask how long and was told 1 1/2 to two hours. They do send text so you can track the progress but it s not accurate. I waited patiently and a text came through working on your vehicle, Thank you for your patience . That was nice to know. However, I d been there an hour and 45 min already. At 12:06 I ask how much longer. He was putting the oil in but had not done the recall yet. They were very apologetic but I was told 2 hours and here it was over 3 hours. One of the salesman told me if I just sat in the waiting room they would forget about me. I had a noon appointment and obviously wasn t going to make it. When I told them that, they we re putting oil in and would finish up with the exception for the recall which I have to reschedule and possibly take off another work day. I finally left there at 12:32 an hour and 1/2 later than promised.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

I felt VIOLATED by this experience! Charged $180.00 to be handed six hours later a $4000.00 bill with an extended litany of services I did not require nor asked for and left just the way I arrived with my Vehicle.still not knowing what was the very subtle tick I hear on the car. Spoke with someone name Ms Bee who thought that service was ethical and appropriate. Included in the charges was an Air filter that I had changed two weeks ago. Did the technician even open the hood of the car, if he did he might have known the air filter was brand new!Service: Auto maintenance

I made an appointment for this morning at 7:30 and didn t leave until 11:00 am. They didn t get started on my car until after 9. What is the point in having an appointment if it s not honored until 2 hours later. This has happened the past few times I ve gone there, and there s never an apology, or discount!! And to top it all off, my advisor was rude!! I don t know if it s because he didn t feel well, but that s not my problem!! They need to do better!!! Avoid service advisor named Bryson if you can. Arrived 8:10 am on a Wednesday for a 8 am appointment made online the day before. Advisor said no appointment was found for they are transitioning with new systems and under new management. Advisor estimated 60-90 mins for 30K mile maintenance (oil change and tire rotations) with fuel injection service, with the latter quoted for nearly $300 (5-8 times market rate, totally unnecessary for a rather new car with no fuel injection issues). I declined fuel injection service within 5 mins of the order while the vehicle was still in the waiting line after realizing it was an unnecessary upsell. Advisor seemed visibly displeased that I removed that specific service... Now it takes longer for less work and I'm still waiting. It's been at least 3.5 hours for oil change and tire rotations and I'm still waiting. It's passing 11:45 am. The car is still not done. I have had better service here before. But not this time! Nows it's done 11:47 am and I getting charged for Fuel induction cleaning $195 (rep missed the cue when I said remove the $300 because it's too expensive. He did not confirm. I scheduled an oil change and work on addressing a recall on my car. I arrived early and checked in. I waited three hours at the dealership with no updates on my car. When I finally asked when I could expect my car to be ready the advisor toldme possibly 45 minutes and that it was talking long because of the recall. When I asked if the oil change was at least completed he said it was still waiting to be worked on. I am furious for the lack of communication and unprofessionalismto have me waiting for 3 hours without any updates. I got my car back and left with no services received. I saw more than enough toyota employees walking around the dealership that it made no sense why 5+ people were waiting for their cars to be serviced for over 3 hours. I went for my 5000 mile maintenance and they rotated the tires. I get back in the car to check if all the alerts were off (because I had low tire pressure and need maintenance alerts) and my tires are still low on air. That is a basic thing to do when doing a check up is making sure the air is right in the tires. It was complimentary because it s a new car but I m never going back there for my oil changes or nothing because if they can t do that right they ll definitely mess up bigger issues. The staff where nice and that simple thing took close to 2 hours.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

From the greeting when I first walked in, to receiving back the keys to the truck, you guys were on point! Very happy with the repairs as well. One thing though, why did it take you so long to return the rental back to Enterprise? I had to pay for those extra five days!

Nara can t remember his last name, serviced me today. His hospitality & quickness was very appreciated. Most importantly I m so glad he was able to keep his word to get me out & back on the road under two hours ! It usually takes longer with or without an appointment. Bryson was Awesome! I was on the way out to start my day and my car would not start. Triple A came and said that i needed a new battery, so i called Toyota of South Atlanta. Parts Rep gave me a quote right away then i got transferred to service and i heard was a great happy voice say Hey Sunshine! And he hooked me right up with an appointment pronto and I explained to him that i had a dentist appointment at 10am, arrived at 9am and staff got me in and out with a new battery INSTALLED at a great price! I been a customer here almost 4 years . Joe was my favorite sales rep!!! But the service team man I loooooove them!!! The customer service is always top tier when I enter the garage! Top tier! That s the only reason I come to this location! I got the best advisor and they got dewayne back!!! Great crew!

I had an appointment for 3pm. I arrived approximately 245pm. My vehicle was ready around 6pm. I have been taking my vehicle for service at Toyota South since I purchased it in 2010. I was very disappointed with this service because I was told my oil pan needed replacing because someone stripped the oil drain plug. It presently leaks and for the past 12 years never had an oil leak. I was told an oil pan would cost 650.00. Don't think I'll be going back. Hopefully I can speak with a service manager on tomorrow. Overpriced services managed by incompetent staff in an unstructured environment meaning fifo (first in first out) is the only system they use. Will have you waiting 3 hours for a simple oil change and tell you it's normal. Avoid this place at all cost if you value your time and money. Save yourself the headache.

I literally just moved to Georgia from Florida. I have all my belongings in my 2015 Toyota Camry as my housing here isn't quite secured. I went to the dealer simply to get an oil change. I thought since they are specifically Toyota they should do an excellent job efficiently. In a nut shell, they took over an hour and suggested my wipers, air filter, and cabin filter be replaced. I said no to the wipers as they work quite well, but I said yes to the other two. They couldn't do the cabin filter because my belongings in the car impeded their ability to get at it. I paid and left. The car was parked all day at work, when I left, the check engine light was on. I took it back. They said they couldn't do anything about it until the next day. I made an appointment for the following day. However, I went to Auto Zone on my own and had the code read. The next day, the light was off. Toyota refused to offer any kind of check, free of charge, to ensure that nothing had gone wrong the previous day. What would doing so really cost them? Nothing. Not doing so, cost them business. Valvoline does more effective and efficient Toyota oil changes with a comparable checking if the engine and fluids. Auto Zone is more efficient at saying why a code is on. This dealer will never get my business and I won't hurry to any other Toyota dealer either, although, as long as it's a different location I may consider giving them a chance.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

One of the worst experiences. First off my advisor told me it would be a hour and half for a tire rotation. I notice my vehicle was finish before then and it was just sitting there. I waited to see if my advisor was gonna call,text or send for me to let me know my vehicle was ready but he never did. I then approached his desk and a Hispanic lady paged him twice over the intercom but he never did come. So the girl next to him ended up taking care of me. I wonder did the other customer that was waiting before me have the same guy cause they had been waiting before me and I seen multiple keys just waiting on his desk. I was ready to go home I had been up since 4:30a.m for work. He needs to pay attention to his job more. The advisor I m talking about name is Ali Diop. Before the pandemic, the service staff is as on point. Since the pandemic and to date, they have been through so many staff changes. Each time I get my service, there are new people. I think they are focusing less on teaching there staff what customer service looks like. It just not involve the servicing of vehicles, but being more personal when handling and discussing with customers. I keep having to ask for the point sheet. It is not even being checked on the sticker for my vehicle at times. I am really sad that I will have to try another dealer outside of my area.Service: Auto maintenance

Service was good, I was out before the time estimate. One thing for sure do not leave personal items in your car no grantees they will be there when you return from your service. My Toyota Prius has a recall and hasn t been in service for almost 5 months. I had been waiting on a part from Toyota for three months (since May) and when I called a couple weeks ago to check in, there was not only poor communication, but avoidance from my service advisor. I also asked about my parts status and was told 3 MORE months to wait. Then, i spoke to a manager days later and suddenly the part was available in three DAYS. Very poor communication amongst staff and towards customers. My vehicle is not able to be used because of Toyota and I received very little help and support.Service: Auto maintenance

My maintenance required light was on, my boyfriend took my car to be serviced the appointment was at 12:00 he got there at 12:15 I got off work at 2:30 and he was still there. Saying no one was telling him when the would be ready or anything. So I got off the phone and called to speak to some in service (possibly the gentleman who was handling my car). This lady was so rude then when I asked to speak to the Manger she lied and said he was in a meeting. Then I asked her was there a way that I can speak to anybody that wasn't her that was back in the service she told me everybody that's busy. So then my boyfriend finally found the gentleman that was in charge of my car and I spoke with him this man says it like it was nothing well we had 7 other cars ahead of yours and it takes 45 minutes to do a oil change. I just feel like someone could have called and said they were busy or something and maybe asked me did I want to reschedule or somethingService: General repairs & maintenance
