Ordered a couple of rear shocks and the price was amazing. They aren't the fastest shippers but they also don't promise to have the item in stock and say it may take a minute. Once shipped their emails were accurate and timely. I'd buy again.

My 2013 Toyota Avalon Touring has needed a replacement door seal for the past 3 years and I was just being complacent about it. A coup[le of days ago I decided it was time for a replacement and I knew just where to look, Toyota South Atlanta Parts Department was at the top of my list and I wasn't sure what the correct name for the part was a general search what I thought it was called got me close enough to verify the diagram was actually the part that was needed and I quickly ordered the left and right side but only needed the left. Further research for other parts for my car revealed this company carries them all so now I can order them before they're actually needed.

Thanks so much for a great experience working with Toyota South's Parts team!Upon arrival, Andrew and Seth worked diligently to fulfill the roughly 30 parts from 4 different orders that I had placed. They verified and made sure that everything was accounted for and correct themselves and again with me. They made me feel very comfortable despite never having been that dealership.Macie always kept me updated through the entire process. We had over 20 emails in a chain and at least 10 different phone conversations. She was always friendly, flexible and solution oriented.Thank you so much again

Parts ordering was quick and easy, and even required my VIN to ensure fitment of the part, though I haven't yet installed it. The only thing was that the box was marked Fragile, but handled (or packaged) with anything but the carefulness one might expect. The box was crushed, corners open, and poorly taped.

Considering that this is an OEM part ordered from Toyota, it is ridiculous that in this day and age that 1: I am charged a delivery fee, and 2 : that it takes three (3) weeks to get it?!!!!I thought Toyota was the global benchmark for lean and efficient manufacturing and order to delivery not so! Additionally, I decided to replace my filter on my own= $ 28.00.Do you have any idea what one of your sister Franchise dealers wanted for this service??? $320.00!!!!! Wow! You are just like the rest , AFTER ALL!

Black chrome tip and mud flaps are oem and arrived with no damage . Great place to buy oem toyota parts from !

Worst dealership ever. Ryan the owner is an egotistical control individual. He threatened me to get off his lot because I kept coming back making them aware of a rotor issue and squealing. They were made aware of this issues since I purchased the vehicle in Feb 2019. I brought the vehicle into Toyota South Atalanta 5 times since purchase, and they only things they ve done is cut my rotors below specs and such it s a convenience issue that my car is squealing and not safety. What happened to taking care of customers the right way. This is bad business practice, and Ryan should be fired and replace with someone who has more sense to take care of there customers.

The representative at Toyota South Atlanta Parts discovered that the part I had ordered did not match my VIN number, so he changed it to the correct part. My body shop guy installed it yesterday, and it was the right part; I am so grateful for his keen eye.

A few weeks ago I ordered a very hard to find part for my Toyota. Within a couple of days I was contacted by Macie Fannin who alerted me to an issue with the part based on what the site recommended and list versus what was listed according to the VIN. She had me order the correct part and within a couple of weeks the part arrived at my door. The part was as described with great shipping and handling. Robert Anderson and Tim Ellis were very nice, informative, patient, honest(kept it real with me) and etc. I was referred to them by 3 family/friends and now I see why. Thanks again Robert and Tim. Also the rest of the staff was friendly with me and other clients. All smiles and pleasant greetings. Also found out an old friend of mind works there who sold me cars in the past when he worked at another dealership ..William in the Finance Department who is top of the line too. Great guy!

I broke down over Thanksgiving and had to leave my car with a mechanic. No one in that area had the required part which had a list price of $549. A couple of dealerships said they could order the part, but that they would "have to charge list price." Toyota South Atlanta not only had the part, but had it at the discount price of $317, a savings of $232 over list. They also shipped it second-day express for free. Highly recommended.

Well I was supposed to receive a item from them on Tuesday never received so I contacted my local post office they told me there s nothing we could do the said it could have been stolen out of ur mailbox so they told me to contact where I order from to get the issue resolved so there not helping the post office ain t helping so looks like I m just out $21 so I ll never deal with them again
