First of all I would like to thank Mr. Perry for the best experience I ve ever had dealing with any automotive shop! I have a 2015 Jeep wrangler Sahara that wouldn t start and he broke everything down made me feel comfortable and he even offered financing if needed. The job was done in a timely fashion and the prices was reasonable due to all the damage that was done, I wouldn t take my vehicle anywhere else! If you have any issues with your car I highly recommend giving him a call they even towed it into there shop the same day right after I called them

The professional knowledge and customer service was excellent.I had the transmissions replaced in both my vehicles as well as a full diagnostic to identify some electrical issues.Signature was able to succeed where other shops failed.Great service at very fair prices!!I'm so glad to have used Signature and will use them for all my auto repair needs moving forward.Thank you Perry

I'm so glad I was referred to Signature Auto Repair in Morrow.The owner, Perry, was very knowledgeable and listened to my issues with my vehicle. He then helped me to figure out the best course of action to take that would be the most cost efficient to save me money.He was able to diagnose & replace only the parts needed and he did not overcharge for the service.I felt as if he tried to help me & not take advantage me like most dealerships.I will never use another repair shop again.Signature id the best I've seen .Thank you Perry

Mr. Perry is the owner of this repair shop. I came to him in Oct 2023 to repair my dad's truck which was burned in a fire. He reluctantly agreed to fix it. This was the first red flag. He stated that he could fix it in about 3 weeks. 2nd red flag. His shop had to consult with a Dodge subject matter expert because his shop was incompetent. They gave the Dodge expert the wrong VIN number which caused months of delays! Mr. Perry was not truthful in his dealings. I called him every 2 weeks and his response was that they were working on it. My truck sat in the shop for months with no action taken! I traveled from Louisiana to Atlanta to personally check on my truck, only to get the run around. Finally, I came and have my truck towed from the shop. His shop even tried to charge me an invoice for work they did NOT complete. His shop is poorly run and not managed well. The reps do not answer the phones. They sit around playing on their phones all day. I had a very bad experience with Signature Auto. The sad part is that Mr. Perry only gave lip service in a halfhearted attempted to rectify the issue.

The experience was the best I ever had. I will never go to the dealership again. My Audi A8 needed an engine and Audi charged me 900 to tell me I needed an engine. Perry told me over the phone after a few questions and a discussion. Audi was going to charge me $40,000. Signature did my engine for $16,000 and I have a Lifetime Warranty. I am so grateful the service they gave me. I highly recommend Signature Auto Repair.

I am extremely happy with my service I received on my Chevy Silverado. The friendliness, customer service and overall experience was amazing. By far the nicest, cleanest and most luxurious shop I ve ever been to!! I definitely will be back!!!

I can official say this was the best experience ever! My engine went out and I had been trying to fix it and find an engine for two years! I been used by mechanics ..telling me they can find a engine and fix the car in a certain time frame from having my car sit at two locations for 6 months and 7 months within two years after I already paid thousands of dollars up front to get the engine and parts! So I gave up and one day find Signature Engines & Transmissions and called them. Immediately during the phone call I got a quote for two engines and a total cost estimate for the full job. They were professional and very optimistic about being able to get the job done. They even came and towed the car without having to pay up front as well. I literally can say that I had my car towed, inspected, fixed and tested a little less than TWO WEEKS!! It would ve been a lot sooner but, we had to order the engine. It came with a warranty and I literally can say this was a huge burden relief! If you ever have any auto car issues don t hesitate to call Signature! Last but not least I felt like the reason my experience was this fantastic was because of Kiya! She was professional, efficient and was very confident in everything we discuss about my 2016 Ford Mustang GT. Without her I wouldn t believe this experience would've been the same! Mr Perry was such a blessing for me. I had been to dealership and they wanted to replace my engine & transmission for way to much money.After talking to Signature, they helped me to find a replacement engine and transmission for less than half the cost of the dealership.I'm so glad I spoke to Mr Perry and I will never use another repair shop

No stars for the unprofessional service I received here!! My 2006 Ford Explorer (Tan) was.held hostage over a period of 3 months for issues related to a supposedly rebuilt transmission.A month before my 2year warranty expired my transmission went completely out! The boss and subsequently Lamont continued to lie to me over and over again as to when my vehicle would be fixed! Even then when I arrived my vehicle still would not move! Then; had the nerve to say I may be charged for labor! While present there for the 10th time I overheard a woman in an argument with them, who was experiencing the problems I was having with the unprofessional service! Please stay away from these heartless people! There are great auto repair services a mile way on Southlake pkwy you would dearly love to service your vehicle. Unfortunately I had to learn the hard way! But neither should you!!!!!!!

I liked how nice the gentleman were. They diagnosed my problem for me. I ended up taking my car elsewhere to be fixed only because I couldn't afford it. The owner even gave me other suggestions on where to take it. That spoke a lot about him as a businessman. I definitely don't mind sending business his way. I may have to come again in the future. Brought in a van to be looked at. Shop claims they did diagnostic on van. When I got receipt no notes of what was done. They could not even tell me what was wrong with it. Charged $200 for nothing. I took it to get oil changed and they told me exactly where fluids were leaking from. That is how I know Signature scammed us.

The manager, Mr. Patrick, and the staff provided excellent customer service. I most certainly recommend this company. Mr. Patrick was trustworthy, kept me informed of the status of my car, and finished the work on time.

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with my recent visit to the garage last week Lamont the shop manager told me the last two weeks my car needs engine he lied to me that the car needs engine i been struggling is to get to my two jobs the car can still drive. Lamont is very unprofessional and disrespectful and liar my car was unlocked they left lights on in the dash board killed the battery. They don t care about my car all they do is abused my property it has been pure hell dealing these un professional mechanics my car drives just fine I already replaced the engine four years ago I do know that engine will go bad. Lamont told me nonsense and lies my car can t drive once I arrive at the shop last Friday he failed to prove to me the need a engine. I was sick to my stomach with the bad horrible experience I am not going back no time soon

The customer service was out of this world. Black owned. Mr Perry has an amazing team from the front desk to the mechanics in the back I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here prices are reasoanable and a lifetime warranty!!!! 10/10

I bought my 2018 Jeep Cherokee there and talked to Lamont. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. They did a diagnostic and Although I wasn't able to get the work done that day, I brought it back and they completed my repairs THOROUGHLY. THANK YOU for being a great repair shop. I will definitely recommend them!!

My quest for a reputable auto shop was a little arduous until I found The Signature Auto & Engine Repair.I called inquiring about the service that was offered and I ask if I could bring my vehicle in immediately because my engine was locked. Mr. Perry told me to bring it in and assured me he can have my car back running like brand new again. I had my vehicle towed to his shop in less than 30min. His team excuted 100%. Well done. From the beginning to the end they were informative and attentive to my needs. I was provided with effective and efficient customer service. The staff were very welcoming. I had a positive experience and all my expectations were met. They are the archetype of auto shops.

I took a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 to this place after seeing the sign on 285 West. The truck had been to two other mechanics that couldn't have it running RIGHT. Mr. Perry(owner) guaranteed me that his mechanics could look do a diagnostic on my truck and he could have it running properly. After meeting with me and telling me everything that was going on with my truck, I gave Mr. Perry the o.k. to fix it. Three days later(parts were being shipped) I received a call to come and pick my truck up. My truck damn near runs better than when I drove off the lot with it. Thank you Affordable Transmission.

Great people!! Signature Engines & Transmissions is where you need to go for good quality service! They stepped in when I needed help and really came through. The location manager, Perry, went above and beyond to help me with the repairs for my work truck when my transmission gave out. He was responsive, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I was having problem with my transmission. I took my Nissan Titan to numerous auto repair shops and all of them told me, my transmission needed to be replaced. But, someone told me about Mr. Perry Smith auto repair shop on Mt. Zion Rd. I called Mr. Perry and told him what's was going on with my transmission. I said bring the truck to his shop and he would check it out. Thank God I did. Mr. Perry called me back about two days later and said the transmission didn't need to be replaced. He saved me over $4000 in repair. If you are looking for a great Automotive Repair Shop, I highly recommend them. You want be disappointed.Service: Transmission

I took my beautifully kept 2006 acura tl to this shop with one problem. My transmission.My car came out the shop with scratches on the lower bumper, driver side wheel well liner not put back in properly. Which destroyed it!Nothing was put back on right.My cold air intake was almost destroyed because they didn't bolt it back down causing it to rub a grove almost clear threw!There was oil all over the out side and inside of my car.Oil all over my leather seats, console, head liner, floor mat.My car was Smoking from under the hood.My power steering pump was wining and leaking fluid all over the place.I did however try to give them a chance to correct the damage. But they were only interested in charging me to fix what they had broken. So i took it to NTB to find out what was wrong. They told me flat out. Whoever did the work on your transmission did this. They showed me were they had crushed the power steering line between the transmission & mount leaving two very large gashes in the line. It Coast me around $200 to correct there mistake. And I have all the proof to prove it!MARCH 13 2018(Update) 2/24/2019. There work did not hold up. Showed the people at AAMCO the papper work for what was done a little over a yr ago and they said.(And I quote) You got ripped off!

Had my transmission replaced over a month ago and suddenly my car started not having much acceleration when driving for the past two days. I kept putting fluid in it but it only drove good for a little moment so I took it to these guys and they found that I had a major leak also and replaced my transmission line and got my car back up and running in a decent amount of time. Highly recommend!

Perry and his workers did an excellent job replacing the engine and ac in my 1996 Grand Marquis. This was 6 years ago and the engine is still running smooth and the ac is blowing snowballs. This has been our 3rd car that Mr. Perry and his team have fixed. They are always very good about communication via phone or text. They walk us through all the options and suggest which option would be best. They are our go to auto service shop.
