Customer service folks were very accommodating but I was disappointed with the service. I went in with an overheating engine which turned out to be a broken thermostat. They charged me $1200 which is way above Market prices, bit being stranded from out of state I was stuck. They also didn't check the oil which should have been a no-brainer considering the engine had been overheating. An hour after leaving I started getting oil usage alerts. I stopped to check my oil and had to add 6 quarts even though I had gotten an oil change less than a week earlier. Thank goodness my engine didn't lock down, no thanks to the mechanic at Cullen Chevrolet

I recommend Johnny London as a good sell person. He is courteous two people always trying to help and let you know what's going on with your vehicle or trying to help you with it if he doesn't know he'll find out I bought my first vehicle from him 2009 1500 and I bought my second one from him 2023.

I had the pleaser of visiting this dealership while traveling for work. Customer service was excellent. Beverly was great and my 1st point of contact and it only got better. JT - Eric & Kristi gave it a home run. Each time I have to come back to Georgia this will be my go 2 dealership. Keep up the good work. You guys Rock.

My entire experience since day one in June 2021 has been nothing short of superb. Chris Turner was my sales person (phenomenal) and today was my first service experience with Kristi Hodges (extraordinary). My times were valued and I was in and out for both occasions in a professional and timely matter. Their customer service is worth writing a review because great customer service is so hard to find. Thank you all for a job well done. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK!!!

I ask for an oil change and tire rotation. Here are photos of my tires. Can you spot it?.....Right no fingerprints on tires. They corrected it after i brought it back.

The dealership is amazing! The service people are nice, but the work and efficiency is horrible. They take forever and sometimes the job isn't even finished. It took 2.5 hours to get an oil change that was supposed to take 30 minutes. I was supposed to get my tires rotated too, but I had to come back the next day because I had a doctor's appointment I couldn't miss. I only go to them because I bought my car from them. If you don't have to use the service department, don't!

Consumer BEWARE!!! This has been a nightmare!!!I brought my Chevrolet Camaro to Terry Cullen Dealership in Morrow in June 2022. I had a tune up at the cost of $700.00Three months later my engine light comes on, codes that relate to coil and spark plug. I took my car back two weeks ago with this complaint. NEVER had this problem before. After submitting a bad review, Terry Cullen agreed to put me in a loaner car, and fix the problem. My car was return to me a day later. Which I was charged 500.00. Which was last Thursday September 22, 2022.Saturday September 24,2022, my car start to do the same thing and the engine light came back on with the same code. I contact Drew Cullen, was advised to bring car back, on Monday September 26,2022. I was put in another loaner car. The sales manager Lee Powell request to take the car home to test drive to see what was going on. Today I was told that a signal is not connecting, to computer and giving that engine light reading and causing tremble. Could been caused by their technician, My question is why didn t your certified technician take out the time to establish, the problem last week, before charging me $500.00. Now Terry Cullen says it s going to cost me 0ver $1000.00 to fix the problem, that should have been done the previous week. And they mentioned Now my car pass emission, unless I pay them fix my car for 1000.00!!!I originally purchased my 2011 Convertible Camaro from Terry Cullen , brand new,I see in BBB, other customers had the same complaints about bringing their car in for one thing and days later, other issues come up.I will Never in life do business with Terry Cullen.This review is coming from a loyal customer of 11yrs.

I ve been getting my car serviced at certified Chevrolet dealerships for 6 years and this is the only dealership that won t do a oil changed based off the mileage on your car. So if you have around 150,000 miles on your car apparently they won t change your oil at this location. I ve contacted other dealerships and they ve never heard of not being able to do an oil changed based off how many miles you have on the car. Smh,

On 6/12/2020 I had my vehicle repaired at Terry Cullen Dealership in Morrow, GA at the cost of $1,350.00. On 08/20/2020 I had my vehicle towed back to the dealership for the exact same issue that was supposed to have been repaired in June. Instead of the dealership responding with integrity and making right the wrong, they told me it was another issue that caused the exact same issue again and it would cost me $799.00 to repair. I repaired the vehicle according to their diagnosis for the solution to the problem only to still have the exact same issue still going on with my vehicle. At this time the dealership told me it now was my timing belt and it would cost me $1,500.00 to repair...Please keep in mind the codes and original issues with the vehicle which was supposed to have been repaired is still the same issue that has not been repaired as of yet.After dealing with the dealership for two weeks with no avail I turned to customer care on 09/17/2020 where I thought this issue would be taken care of, needless to say it hasn't and the excuses I'm giving over and over again is that I'm waiting for the dealer to get back to me or due to COVID-19 things are running slow. D'janea says she'll call and keep me updated -but she doesn't...everyone says that they understand my frustration but the actions of the company contradicts that statement.I have spent over $1,200 and counting on a rental vehicle from enterprise because not once did the dealership offer me a courtesy vehicle or to rent a vehicle for me. D'jane advises that I can't be reimbursed this cost until my vehicle is repaired.....You take your vehicle to the dealer to get it repaired to avoid issues like this from inexperienced mechanics, so where is that Chevy integrity now? It is 10/09/2020 and my vehicle is still sitting on the lot of Terry Cullen, not repaired, I have spent all my money- I had to take money out of my 401K to pay my rent this month.. As a first-responder I already make sacrifices daily, I can't continue to sacrifice my salary for a situation that should have already been resolved. I have no more money to give to this situation, to wait on this situation to be handled whenever the mechanic feels like resolving the issue.TERRY CULLEN DELAERSHIP operates without INTEGRITY and is a disgrace to the Chevrolet company!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

This dealership is heartless. Do not send kids and wife here. Took complete advantage just to get diagnostic fee. Car was purchased 2 weeks prior. Really bad business
