I had a really great experience at Take5! Keisha and Wesley provided great customer service. They didn t try to over sale me on things I really didn t need. I also noticed that Wesley was very safety oriented and he had great communication with his team. I d love to come back and interact with the 2 of them again.

When I arrived to Take 5, there were 3 nice young gentleman who welcome me to be service. Wesley, Joseph,& Romeo. These guys are very nice and has great customer service. They informed me on everything that I needed to know about the service of my car. I would like to say thank you for all that you do to assist with great service to your customers. Continue to be Great guys.

The customer service was so good I told all my friends. I needed to put air in my tires so I'm glad I could get it with my oil change. They had discounts and the employees seem to genuinely like what they do. I fully plan on coming back. Best customer service I've had in a long time. I paid a little more than I usually pay for my oil change but it was worth it.

Take 5 was extremely professional in their service and very thorough in informing me of my vehicle s current and upcoming maintenance schedule. I was offered a bottle of water while I waited. Plus, I got 25% off of my oil change for being a Veteran! I plan on taking all of my cars here for future oil changes.

Wonderful young men working there. They cared for my car as if it was their own. Take 5 lost 1 star because they advertise the oil change as 1 price, but charge an extra $5 for the filter. Every other place we have used, the filter is included in the price.

Excellent customer service!!! Wes is a top notch mechanic. He informed me of everything that was happening with my vehicle and suggested best options on preventative maintenance that will keep it running smoothly. Highly recommended!!!

I went to take 5 for the very first time and I must say I will definitely keep going. The professionaliam was on point. That took their time. Mike I believe that's his name was very knowledgeable of what I needed he made me aware of a problem I need to address. Overall I'm satisfied with the service

Overall great experience! They had a wait and apologize for the long wait. Also gave me a water while I wait. During the process for the oil change they let you know all that they re doing and also give you recommendations on other things that may need to be done. Of course upselling but still telling you when something needs to be done soon as possible. Great staff at the Take 5 in Jonesboro. They all should get a raise!

The staff was very friendly and efficient with changing my oil. Eric the Manager on duty was very nice and professional, he and his guys took care of my car needs, very expeditiously. I was recommended by a friend to go to this particular 5 min oil change and I will definitely recommend people to come to this location.

Have been going to Take 5 on Jonesboro Rd since they first opened. I don't go anywhere else to get my oil changed. The customer service is impeccable and the employees are very respectful as well.. I have NO complaints at this point and until they show me different they will continue to get my business .... We also got a chance to meet Eric whom by the way was very nice and respectful to my Wife and I. Hooe he's still there whenever we go back ...

Great experience there. No line or wait. Customer service was awesome.. Made me feel top priority. Even let me know other issues that was going on with my vehicle . Everyone there spoke and had a smile on there faces. Will be returning soon. Keep up the great work .

The staff at Take 5 provides impeccable customer service. Servicemen are skilled and courteous. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a speedy and complete experience. Wesley is an awesome manager, Ben and Tyron, Eric did an outstanding job serving.

Very friendly staff but advertising FAST oil changes and then taking 30-40 minutes in real time kinda defeats the purpose. Both trips to this location were over 30 minutes each time. Not sure if this a teaching/training location but it's over staffed to take that long with no real crowd of customers lined up

My experience with take 5 this was my third or fourth oil change with them they are very nice and very respectful, they have this good family type thing going on good communication with one another and the customer always smiling and if there is anything else that needs to be done they will communicate with you and let you know and what the price will be. The manager is wonderful as well great staffing and great service I will be back guys that is my place for oil change for my SUV. Also I was advised that my cabin filter needed to be changed and I wasn't aware that I had one and what it was for it was explained to me and I had it done and next visit they will check my air filter. And the fact that everything was on the receipt, showing what they all serviced on that day. THANK YOU TAKE 5 FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY ........I WILL BE BACK........

I had a fantastic experience today and Wesley put the biggest smile on my face. Wesley exceeds the expectation of just a business man. He is bundled up with a great personality, joy, and true care and consideration for his customers. He took the time to find out the root of a past bad experience I had at a different location and made sure that my visit today and any future visits would be pleasant.He truly was wonderful and I'm looking forward to seeing him at my next oil change! I love take5 ! It is always a vibe when I go get my oil change! I get to sit in my car and laugh wi the the crew ! They are efficient professionals and fun ! I love how friendly they are. The manager is always making sure everyone is being supportive Ms I look forward to my bottle of water.

Wonderful experience! Since I've moved to Atlanta it's been hard to find descent customer service but these people here were AMAZING!!! I will be going back for future oil changes and I recommend this place to anyone looking to get the service they need!!!

I m very disappointed with the service I received on this visit I had been to this location before and it was quick and efficient this time for the most part the three employees seemed not to be working as a team the guy who guided me in left me and went back to service the customer he had been working on when I arrived leaving the other employees to wander around as if I was not there this went on for a good long time they informed me that they could not work on my car till the other guy entered me into the system more time passed and then out of nowhere another employee showed up I was both happy and relieved that this employee had access to the system he proceeded to service my auto and got me out of there the other guy was still working on the same car he had been working on when I had first arrived seems to me that he was rebuilding the engine seeing that he was spending so much time on it I estimate that I was there a good 45 minutes

Customer service this visit was a little shaky. A bit unprofessional, but they also weren t the normal crew I see. Outside of that, time was awesome as always, and car on service was great. I didn t understand the charges as far as a top off, I thought it was free. Usually, it is. But outside of the small hiccups, service on my car was great as usual! I will remain loyal to take 5, as long as possible. Work on new crew members and professionalism.Service: Tires

It started out as a call just for a price check for a oil change. The young man that answered the phone was so polite and had great customer service. So I decided to give them a try. I got there and I was shocked by all of them being young but that didn't stop the great customer service I received. I was offered a water when I pulled up. They same young man that answered my call was the same person that handled my car "not the oil change it self" but he was also great and fast. They didn't have my oil filter but that didn't stop anything the Manger went and got more so I was not turned away. That really stood out to me and I appreciated it alot because I didn't want to drive anywhere else. I usually go to volkswagen for my oil change but right as of now they gave such GREAT CUSTOMERS SERVICE and did such a great job with topping my fluids off they just got themself a NEW CUSTOMER.....

The experience was ok, great people, but they overfill my antifreeze reserve tank and cause my truck to over heat, filling it to the top doesn't allow any air, I had sit on the side of the road and let it bubble out and my power steering fluid was very low.

When I pulled up I was greeted with a nice cold water and a smile. Total time with a car on front of me was 15-20 minutes. They addressed me properly and was very professional. I was also given the option to change my internal filter (didn't know it was there).This was a fantastic, friendly, fast experience. I will always come here for my oil changes.Service: Oil change
