I had been to several car lots that had offered or made a promise to help. Matthew not only helped me get in the vehicle I wanted and walked me through my options and insurance. PARS CARS WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE JR WAS MY SALESMAN!He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable he gave me consistent reassurance that he had my best interest and that he did.JR is helpful genuine and trustworthy and he cares I walked away with poor credit but a good car I am grateful for PAR cars and the staff everyone was awesome!

I came in and spent the entire day and part of the night to get a car. The customer service was pleasant.However, I feel like if a customer is putting their money on a car, the least a company can do is make sure the car is cleaned. Inside and out and there is gas in the car. For the car to be empty and I have to go and wash the car is insane to me. The tag was put on with only one screw. . You should also be able to test drive the car in an open space such as the highway to get a feel for how it really rides not just around the block and back. I m about 24 hrs into having the car. I will follow up in a few weeks to tell about the quality and performance.

MR. J.R. is a LIVESAVER. He s probably the BEST sales consultant I ve ever came across. I would recommend just about my entire family to come down to pars cars and get a great deal on a vehicle. If you are in the area or can get down here PLEASE DO & ask for J.R. He will definitely get you squared away and driving away with a vehicle.

Thank you Pars Cars and most importantly thank you to my sales rep Lamar!! Not only did I walk in the dealership at 730pm, with less than desirable credit, and a very small down payment but a defeated attitude as well. My sales rep Lamar never made me feel like a loser, or pressured me. Lamar went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Ladies and gentleman drum roll please I am the new owner of an Q5 Audi Quattro. Can you believe it? It s the best car I ve ever had the pleasure of owning!!! All this to say. If you are sick of getting the run around and think there is no one who wants to finance you. Search no more! LAMAR @ Pars has you covered. So stop looking and get yourself what you deserve! A fantastic ride at a reasonable price whatever your circumstances are. A++!

Lamar is amazing, he insured that my experience was speedy. He cares about the customer even if you re facing credit or finical issues and he finds solutions to any problem, all while making sure he put you in a vehicle that your will love. Ive had issues with my credit in the past years and was afraid I wouldn t be approved. I was referred to Lamar and greeted with great customer service.

This is a shady car lot, yall gonna let the reviews trick yall. Ask your self this, why dont they list the car price or mileage on the website? I ll tell you why, they are predatory, they want to prey on you in person, look into your eyes and sell you a piece of junk vehicle. I see someone bought that same 2009 toyota they tried to sell me for almost 20k with 150k+ miles on it. But keep believing these small short written reviews. Ill be back in a few weeks to see how many ppl they messed over since!

We have bought and paid off early 2 cars through Pars. We come back a 3rd time because our car was totaled in desperate need of a reliable car thinking we would have great options due to our history with them and their lender. HA! We get offered one of the crappiest cars on their lot saying it's all we quality for. But yet we come with 3x the down payment we had the last 2 times and a higher credit score! Are you kidding me! They don't report to the credit so when you pay a car off with them it means nothing! Pars is a joke and we are extremely disappointed and offended by the offer they slapped us in the face with being repeat customers. We will continue to expose and tell people about how they do repeat customers!

Got me in and out I was helped by Allen he knows his stuff and what to do to get you in a car and on the road!!I made this review when buying my car upon buying car two days later it ran hot on me they have a AS IS warranty policy so make sure you pull off the lot and test you car FOR EVERYTHING I feel like I got hustled because I was sort of in desperation for a car it s my own fault just thought Allen was selling me a car he was confident in. The car is STILL Actively RUNNING HOT ON ME!!!!

Allen is AMAZINGGGG . He needs a promotion, he was very patient, has excellent people skills . I did not feel pressured into picking any car , he worked with every number until i felt comfortable with the amount . This is one place/person i would definitely recommend all of my friends and family .

I purchased my car on 2/22 sat here for 10 hours well after closing now here we are 3/6 and my engine light comes on. My two weeks aren t even up with my first payment being due 3/8 this is totally ridiculous figuringThey would be selling reliable cars seems more like no since of care.

They sold us a honda That the all needed to be changed the the muffler. Sounds like it's about to fall off. My husband went back up there. They refused to do anything about it. And the manager of the Douglasville location refused to do anything to help the situation. And says the car is sold as is. They want all this money for a car. But they refuse to fix it. What am I gonna do with the car? And the muffler is falling off.

Yes, Dre art art sales person was excellent. He s a very good sales person. I recommend if you go to Pars in Mount Zion asked for Dre best man ever yes yes.
