Avoid this place at all costs. I left my truck with them for over 6 months for a transmission change, paint, interior refurbishment and bed liner.The paint job is a disaster. They literally handed my a box with the truck emblems in them because they didnt even bother to put them back in themselves. I highly doubt the 15% they took off is going to remotely cover what I'll have to pay to correct this. The interior refurbishment is awful. All of the work literally looks like some grade school kid did the work. Thank god the transmission work has a 3 year warranty. Based on everything else Ive seen I fully expect it to fall out while im driving down I75. On top of that they somehow managed to turn my drivers side seat into a rocking chair.I'm out almost 14,000 and my truck is a dumpster fire.Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE !!! Let me start off by saying I gave them my car on January 2nd for body work repairs the lady at the front desk was blatantly lying to me saying they were fixing on my car and was giving me different false dates on when it will be finished they had my car for over a month and a half . So I went up there on February 14th to check on the status of my car only to find out that no repairs were started on my vehicle even though they received most of the parts to start . The only thing they did was remove my back window and left it sitting outside in the rain for weeks without touching it !!!! My car had mold all over the back seat and floor board everything in my truck was ruined and also molded Back speakers were ruined by the rain this has been a terrible experience!!!! I didn t get his name but I m assuming he was the manager but The only thing I half way have to say good about the customer service of this shop is that he apologized for what happened to my vehicle and stated he was out of town for 2 weeks and wasn t there to over see my vehicle . I don t know if it happened or not but he also stated he fired the guy who was suppose to have properly stored my car after the window was removed . And he accommodated me with a 1,000 dollar check to go and have my car detailed for the mold I now have in my car . I didn t receive any kind of accommodation for my damaged items in my trunk or speakers in my car !!! THIS HAS BEEN A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCED AT NV AUTOMOTIVE !!!!

My 2011 VW GTI, was experiencing abnormal electrical issues after the engine was replaced 6 months ago in a different state. The issue was causing my coolant gauge to be faulty, and a couple of engine light codes. I tried everything I could to resolve this issue with a little DIY, but I was unable to see positive feedback. From a mutual family member, I was recommended to come here. Viet ,the mechanic, was understanding, and also explained to me exactly how the issues occurred, which was the electrical wiring hardness. The results were fast and were fixed in 1 day. I also want to express that the receptionist, chelsee presented every single details on the repairs. She gave me options and the outcomes of the repairs, leading me to a positive view on my car. Additionally I gotten my radiator fans replaced at the same time, leading to yet another victory. I STRONGLY recommend to bring your vehicle here. ESPECIALLY IF ITS GERMAN. Again thank you guys for helping me out on a car I almost gave up on. Thank youuuuu

This is a great place for anyone to get their vehicle fixed. The owner was kind and helped my school with its passenger van problems. He even reduced the price while doing additional work on the van. He never charged additional money for the additional work. Chelsea, the order taker, provided wonderful customer service. I am very satisfied with the work. Please run, don't walk, to this outstanding auto repair shop. They were more than honest!!!!!

I was misdiagnosed by 2 repair shops(,who were going to over charge me) for a left wheel hub assembly, when it was confirmed by NV that it was the right.NV was considerate and sympathetic enough to pinpoint the issue with out cost.and afterwards repaired the correct part in which I happily paid for. 5 stars to the receptionist/Automotive specialist. Her knowledge and kind word delivery was exemplary.

If you are trying to find somewhere that is trustworthy and not price gauging this THE PLACE!! Chelsea is the best- u only take my cars here! It may take a while but it's worth the wait

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They are truthful, dependable, and have very reasonable prices. They take the time to explain the concerns with your vehicle and they go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. This is my new mechanic shop and I highly recommend them!

My car is a problem child and dealerships have lost my trust. NV Automotive makes me feel safe and secure knowing that they're going to take care of the problem. Don't let dealerships screw you over. Go to these guys instead.

Awesome staff, Great prices,Very informative about repairs. Keeps customers informed on things needed and future maintenance for assurance. Your car will definitely be taken care of in their hands. I've been a customer for 10 years. Outside of working on my own vehicles this,is the only shop I would trust.

The owner and crew here are very knowledgeable on all makes and models, and extremely knowledge on import vehicles, such as Nissan, Toyota, Honda, etc. They have help solve many issues that my family has had with cars I am unfamiliar with fixing myself. Although the shop is small in size in this older building, they are looking to move soon to one with much more space. I would trust them with any of my vehicles.

They really went the extra mile for me and were the sweetest and most hospitable car mechanic I have ever visited. He gave my old clunker a thorough workup and helped me keep the cost down, which is rare, but they need a new location.There was no space to park when I arrived and it seems pretty hard to service customers with such a cramped space and it is clear that the space was not designed to handle the volume of cars he's getting. I don't know if he would be able to provide a full range of services with such limited space. Otherwise, his customer service and honesty are rare and hard to find. I still recommend and will use him again.

I had took vovlo vehicle to get turbo replaced. Vehicle was in good shape condition. Just needed turbo replace let me emphasize on that. It took 3 months to do which already indicated car wasn't priority. Picked up vehicle in January and same day vehicle was making loud noises and losing power I cannot even drive up a hill now or long distance. I been calling and letting them serious situation was not getting thru on phone. Ended up dropping vehicle back off and talking to mechanic there he said he would fix whatever is going on with it because they were last place it was taking to. I dropped vehicle off in January and been without a car to get back and forth to work since. On March 11th I was told vehicle was ready. Only to go up there and find out nothing had been done or looked at. It took them 2 months with my vehicle just siting up there for them to tell me we haven't even worked or it or anything and we are responsible for anything. So when they worked on turbo for vehicle now it's making all kinds of noises. This is poor customer service to wait 2months with my car and no answers. Highly disappointed.

This is my favorite car shop. My mom drives 4 hours to get her car serviced here. I do not even need to show up with her like at most shops. They are honest and will only suggest work that you need. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

The young lady up front was friendly however I was not allowed to speak to the owner/ mechanic. My issue was addressed by his daughter to me. I prefer directly speaking to the mechanic. I was in and out in a reasonable time frame.

I always bring my car here for anything. They always make sure everything is right and even give me an estimate on the cost before service. Man what's not to love about Viet. I shopped around for months to get some pretty expensive work done on my Acura TL. I was recommended to NV Auto by my cousin and it was the best decision I've made. Price was beyond fair, work was A1, customer service was amazing... Everything was awesome! I look forward to doing more business with NV Auto! Thanks Viet!!!
