I went to Nissan in union city on 2/22/24 and had a bad Experience where someone was trying to run a scam. I left in shock, like what I was hearing didn t add up. On 2/23/24, I went to Nissan in Morrow. Najalee is the young lady who assisted me. I Gave her a quick run down on my experience from the day before. I walked in with challenging credit (repo from 2019), so I wasn t looking to get into nothing brand new. Just something reasonable with low miles. Najalee was very patient and hardworking. However I didn t leave with a car that day. I put a deposit to hold a car. Returned the next day, to get a refund, however Najalee was trying her BEST to meet my needs/wants. And She did just that. Her and her manager made it happen for me. I walked away with a 2021, with low miles and something affordable. I held back my tears of joy until I got in the car! After 3 days, I finally walked away with a car on 2/24/24. THANKS AGAIN NAJALEE, you re the BEST! P.s: went through 3 cars with her, the 3 try was the one. I m soooo glad and grateful.

I thought everything went fine outside of the extended wait time. But when checking out the inspection on car wasn't done or I wasn't advised of any service recommendations. And 3 days after service my car periodically blows smoke while driving or when starting the car. I have reached out and not received a return call as of yet.

I came in expecting to either be declined or be placed in a used vehicle. I recently had a bankruptcy filing, and knew it would be difficult to get a car loan. But my expectations were surpassed completely as not only did I get approved for a car, but I was placed in a brand new car! Nick was great from the beginning to the end, and Terrell made me feel so welcomed to be familiar with my new car. Thanks again to the team for being great!

Today I went in and got me a 2024 Nissan Sentra and when I tell you guys George was very polite and he answered all my husbands questions. George you rock I would recommend this dealership to anybody

Everything I request got checked on an completed in a timely manner. The only thing was our security plus plan was expired.so there for we had to pay for the oil change an tires rotation that is usually free with the security plus plan. We had no idea of this until we got to the shop. I wish in the future that security plus will update us when our contract is expiring. But overall nissan of morrow team did a great job

I had a great experience. I was able to send in documents online while I was at work so when I came in all I had to do was pick s vehicle and sign. Nick did an excellent job and was very supportive. He answered all my questions. The manager was very friendly and made sure I understood all my documents before I signed. I will be back for sure!

Me and my girlfriend went into Nissan as first time buyers. We weren t even looking to buy anything that day, we were just looking, and if we did buy something it was gonna be used more than likely. Through talking with ms Tiffany, who is the coolest car salesman on the planet. She helped us realize how affordable a BRAND NEW car could be for us. We ended up leaving the lot with a brand new 2023 Nissan Sentra fresh off the truck. It honestly feels so amazing and I m so grateful for her helping us take the giant milestone into adulthood.

I waited 3 hours to get a non requested primary concern analysis, and two more hours for only one of my original concerns to be met. I wanted the battery serviced. I was charged for all of this labor making my fee 78% labour and only 22% for parts, tax, and environmental disposal fee. My total was $384. I believe the concern analysis was mildly insightful and didn't need to take 3 hours.I was originally told I cannot take my truck unless I replace a $400 battery cable which was needed because of acid corrosion. The cable was found to discontinued by Nissan and the mechanic Steve considered a much simpler fix using a part that cost $22. I should not have paid $201 for labor on the battery service, which was $23.90 to simply to remove buildup of acid.I wish things went well because I wanted to return for repairs, but I feel I've been bamboozled of my time and money.

Service was very slow. I think 2+hours for an oil change is ridiculous. They blamed it on the internet server this but what was the problem all the other times. For instance I went to the dealership in Chamblee and was finished in about a hour. Timing is key in keeping a customer satisfied. I really hope you guys work on this issue because this is the third or fourth time I have brought this issue to you guy s attention.

Everyone was very nice and never gave up to get me in a car I want way more than I expected to pay monthly but sustainable. I love how they see their was a lack and moving forward to make sure all work together as a team to make the customer experience better. Awesome. Chauncey, Lamont, Terrell and one name I forgot. Well, I would like to start by saying hello to the great service team at Nissan South Morrow, and hello to anybody who reads my review. I would like to mention someone special by the name Mrs. Stacy Bedley, a service representative over at Nissan South Morrow.I remember the first time that I came to Nissan South Morrow, I was apprehensive because as a woman, I did not want to be bamboozled out of my money. I love to talk so I will try to keep this short and straight to the point.After praying to the Holy Spirit, and asking to be directed to the best service representative is when I meet, Mrs. Stacy Bedley, not knowing that she was going to go above and beyond helping me to maintain my car and suggest getting a warranty for unexpected high priced work that might need to be fixed on your vehicle just from normal wear and tear that happens on these Georgia streets.She has not just been a kind person, but she has made me feel like family, making sure that when I come for work to be done on my vehicle, or trying to explain a noise or general maintenance, she always listens to me first and then makes sure that the issue is checked and fixed if needed. In some cases, I was able to utilize my warranty that she suggested to get work done that saved me a fortune. For some of you out there, you know exactly what I mean because in Georgia you need a good running car, and Mrs. Stacy Bedley helps me keep my Nissan in tip top shape. I am thankful to her for making suggestions on how to care for my Nissan so it will keep running for a long time.I normally do not suggest things, but in this case if you have a Nissan vehicle, old, young, or new, I suggest going over to Nissan South Morrow, and mention Mrs. Stacy Bedley s name. She will make sure that she helps you get your Vehicle serviced the right way, so it will last you a long time. Honestly the entire service team is great.I almost forgot to mention they have fresh coffee, snacks, cold water, a waiting room area in or outside, good conversation, TV s, restrooms, and a comfy place to sit if you need to stay for a while.I would like to say THANK YOU to Mrs. Stacy Bedley s for all her hard work helping me with my Nissan. I have got service done here but here lately they have truly slacked off. Got my breaks worked on and my breaks are still squeaking. Got another service done and the problem still is going on. I paid for service and having to come back for them to re fix the issue. I was told by the manager to come up there after work to get a rental so I could leave my car to take care of my issues. Guess what? I get there and no body knows what's going on. Service manager gone for the day and rental is closed. So they call somebody and say they will give me a rental but they need my credit card? I was never told about any credit card? They must think I'm not too smart. Getting tired of spending my weekends at Nissan for them not to get it right the first time. Need to be compensated, and get my issues fixed right the first time. So I got to spend yet another Saturday getting my issues fixed yet again? Nissan should be ashamed of themselvesRevised review . So I was contacted and was hear about my experience. I was able to get a rental car and my issues were handled to the best of Nissan abilities. I do appreciate it very much.

Overall, my visit was as expected. But, I will say that the last 2 times I came for services, I was offered the usual complimentary car wash as well as a vacuum. However, neither of those services were honored, which actually would've been nice considering being offered something that I didn't ask for... It gives me the impression that the worker's who are getting paid to provide all of the services, including the complimentary one's, are getting paid to actually not do them. Both occasions were honest disappointments because THEY ASKED ME if I wanted the services. So to get my vehicle back without the services completed, that were free, makes me feel like the worker's must think that they don't get paid enough to extend their services... There's no sensible reason for customer's to spend hours at a time, that are literally taken away from other things, to wait at a dealership for their vehicle's to be serviced only for ALL of the discussed services to not be provided... With that being said, and in my opinion, the worker's that are hands-on with the vehicle's need their work ethics to be monitored and checked. I shouldn't walk away with a receipt that reflects services having been done that actually weren't. It doesn't matter if certain services in particular are complimentary. Don't offer them to me for being loyal, but then don't even provide them and my vehicle appears the same as before...

Service on the car itself was fine. the wait time is ridiculous & some of the staff have no sense of personal space or professionalism making the extremely long wait very uncomfortable. I ve already expressed this to management and have not heard a thing back. if i wasn t stuck with my service plan, i absolutely would never return.

I will chew glass before I ever bring my vehicle here again, I came in for a oil change & tire rotation, 3 weeks later I experienced a blow out when the tow truck driver came he was unable to take off my tire because my wheel lock was cracked by whoever used it last which was Nissan south , they cracked my wheel lock and placed it in my car as if it wasn t needed or I wouldn t find out . I had to tow my vehicle twice once to my home from home to Nissan after I was told they needed to see the vehicle when it arrived I was informed that it would be a week before I could pick get a new wheel lock I was not offered a loaner vehicle. When I was called to get my vehicle they didn t even have the spare tire on which they were supposed to do , I had to wait all over again.I asked to speak with the service manager several times in person & over the phone he was always unavailable or not in . I missed a funeral & days of work dude too their negligence . The service rep Andre is a snobby a hole who lacks compassion and communication skills and should not be in the field . DO NOT get your vehicles serviced at Nissan south Morrow .

I want to give a HUGE thanks to David Price for giving me the best blessing of 2022! You ve made my experience here at Nissan South Morrow one that I will NEVER forget!I went in with the expectation of being rejected due to low credit and not enough money for a down payment however David did everything possible to make sure I left with a vehicle.His customer service was absolutely impeccable along with his authentic personality. I truly recommend him to anyone looking for a car no matter the age or financial situation.I now have a brand NEW 2022 Nissan Versa! Awesome Experience:From my initial call to the dealership to the close of my deal. My experience was professional and absolutely amazing. The customer service provided to me was superb! My salesman Derrick was patient, attentive, responsive, honest and provided top tier care and phenomenal customer service. In fact, every staffer that I encountered from Brittany who answered my initial call to LaMarcus the Finance Manager who closed the deal was awesome. My encounters with Terrell and DeMarcus in their prospective roles were equally helpful and professional as well. As a first time customer of Nissan of South Morrow, I was quite impressed. Battles was very friendly professional and knowledgeable concerning the work I was having done and also informed me of the upcoming maintenance I needed in my (transmission) which is a flush the next time I am there due to mileage. I appreciate him because he did not try to up sale the customer.

Though I had a 9:30 appointment, I still had to wait a couple of hours before my car made it to a technician which resulted in me nearly missing my office holiday luncheon.I expressed my displeasure, the tech gave a generic solution which I knew wasn t going he case. He should have tested the sensor and reset it using the device that connects to the car. I have filled out a couple of survey, communicated my concern with Mariah and have yet to have any recommendations on a resolution. Worst experience ever!

Avoud this dealership at all costs! I found a car I was interested in on line. I was quickly contacted by 2 people via text message and email. I told them I would come the following day. On the way down I got a call to see what time I would be there. When I arrived I told the young lady I was there to see a specific car. She couldn't find it so I found the stock number. I was told that a manager named Chris was driving it for his demo car that weekend. I suggested she show me what she has that is similar. She took me to one car and left to move another. The car smelled bad. I got out and walked around a little to see other cars on the lotm as it was cold, I got back in the car that smelled bad. After 10 minutes of being alone, Darrell came out to tell me she couldn't find the car. At this point I'm beyond frustrated, so I tell him I will be leaving and I will come back. The next day to see the car if it is available. He assured me that it was available and told me he would send me videos and pictures the next day. I received nothing, so I reached out to the other 2 people who had contacted me and finally one told me the car had been sold. I've never encountered people less interested in selling a car or helping a consumer in my life. I would never send anyone to this dealership. Hopefully they are all just so successful they don't have to try.

Although the customer service provided by the sales department is usually exceptional, the service center has been consistently disappointing. The staff's demeanor, body language, and tone conveyed irritation and annoyance when I reported all the issues I had been having with my car NEW 2023.I had scheduled an oil change for my car, but upon arrival, they asked me why I was there and what my needs were. Also, when I purchased the car, the dealer did not set it up correctly, including the oil change and other necessary information. I am highly disappointed with the service center and am considering taking my business elsewhere, especially with the service person's unprofessional behavior.
