Unfortunately although you see some efforts in friendly folks, the lack of professional follow up is horrendous. I was sold a vehicle that needed a warranty service soon after purchase. The vehicle was brought in diagnosed and waited a month for the parts, only to be told those parts were not necessary and a new part had to be ordered and told it would be in next day. After multiple attempts to reach them for follow up and no returned calls, I'm told 3 days later that the part was delivered to the wrong location. About 4 days later I finally recieved a call to say it was in and would be a quick fix. A few days later I called the service advisor to say I would be in Friday morning to get that done....no problem quick business. I arrived today at 8:45am and at 12:30pm when I check in again, I'm told 2 more hours...so much for a quick turnaround. We can never expect perfection from dealerships, but professionalism on follow ups and better time management would go a long way. As far as service...3 days and more than 11 hours wasted in waiting. I won't even get into another deliverable that was promised and nearly 5 months later still has not been met.....Very disappointed in trying to support the community.

The service advisor was awful- so rude and patronizing. The services I requested when I scheduled my appointment were not all done. I did the survey they sent out with details and was told the usual oh that's not ok, please call our service manager (3 weeks after the incident). I left him a voice mail 2 weeks ago...still no response.I do want to give a shout out to J., one of.the service advisors, and Mr. Byron. Nissan South should hire more people like them.

So I have been going back & forth about selling Midnight, my all blacked out 2020 Nissan Frontier S... I walked in to see Mrs. Bankston who sold me My 1st SUV back in 2005 it was a 2002 Ford Explorer XLT (Silver w leather seats) So this time she sold Me a 2023 Platinum Rouge S AWD in the same color. (Full circle as they say).They LIE and play games. I could have sold my truck got my money at car max, but Mrs. Bankston said I would get the check after signing the contract.. Then the financial person says I need the title to release the the funds on 5/20/23. I gave him the titles on Monday 5/22/23, he said he has to have the deal approved, then on 5/27/23 I'm told they have to wait for the money from the credit company. I called the credit company today 5/30/23 for them to tell me they wired the money over on 5/24/23. NISSAN SOUTH MORROW you are in Breach of contract...THANKS! For stealing My Trust

The service center is so unprofessional. I have an appointment today on 11/1/23 at 7:45 and there are no advisories here, the gate is closed and people are just walking around. IT WAS THE WORST!!! Dropped my vehicle off the night before. Never received a follow up call or notice of what the issue was. In fact, I had to call them 4days later asking if my vehicle had been inspected and the status. They text me the issues--not including the ones listed in my complaint, just some randoms--such as wiper replacements. I accepted and signed them. THREE MORE days later, I called and no one was available to help so they took down my contact information. I never heard back from them. I called back 2 days later as it had been over a week and my rental car was due back, and was told that my car was being washed and ready for pickup. I arrived and waited 2 additional hours to be checked out and receive my vehicle. The outside was dirty, inside the gear and steering wheel were dirty, and now the backup sensor and driver seat warmer were out--and my warranty was never applied. The communication, service, time, pricing... everything was HORRIBLE!!! I have been getting my regular service here since 2014, when I purchased my vehicle!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I took my car there at 8am for an oil change and they recommended brakes and a few other services. I opted to get them all, only to receive my car back at 3pm with the brakes not done properly and incomplete, because the tech working on my car was terminated mid service. I found this out after I paid for the services and had to return to the dealership immediately because of the noise and vibration my brakes were making and was asked by the service agent if I could bring it back on Monday because they were about to close. I explained that I was headed out of town that day and could not. The service manager Rob was made aware of the situation the day it happened (10/29/22) and has not shown any concern, as I reported this situation to Nissan Coorporate also and asked to receive a call back and no one has contacted me. This could have ended in a bad situation, where I could have been in an accident that could have harmed myself or others on the road, with the incomplete brake job that was done. I spent over $1k that day for service and have had all of my cars serviced there for over 15 years. I have absolutely no confidence in the workmanship or leadership at this location!!!!

Been bringing my truck here for 8+yrs. Loved the customer svc, even though Union City is closer. For the past 2 years have noticed a decrease in good professional service from Svc Advisors. Am now finding them more arrogant, unempathetic, and lacking a true understanding of customer value. After having my tires serviced here for several years am now being told Nitrogen will now cost me $80, and being told to talk to the Mgr if I dont like it. Leadership starts at the Top. If the team is not being taught to value customers, how will they ever learn the difference between nickel and diming and genuine appreciation? The simple gesture of checking a loyal customer's tire is the simpliest way to show that appreciation and care, and also allows tips for those lower paid workers. I will never pay for Nitrogen and its an insult to your loyal customers to charge that fee.Service: Tires

I made an appointment at Nissan South in Morrow for 12:15PM. I was at my appointment on time, but wasn t acknowledged until 1:00PM, which was no biggie because they were busy. I understood!! My service advisor TJ advised that he would give me a call once my vehicle was complete. I NEVER received a call. I called Nissan to check the status. I was told that TJ would give me a call back, NO Call! It s now 6:15PM. I m at Nissan trying to figure out what was going on. TJ is not there. Where is my car? They don t know. I find my vehicle parked outside. It s still not ready. The tech needs to write up whatever he did. 6:30, still waiting! How long has my vehicle been ready? The response I get I Don t Know!! WoW is all I could say. Never have I ever had such horrible service. This location lost my business with this one. A simple phone call could have resolved everything. I live an hour away. Last time this location will see me.Service: Auto maintenance

Wonderful service. Even though they changed the price. Two young men told me the price would be 362 when I made the appointment that Monday for Wed. When I got there someone else seen me and said 470 with tax. Even when I kept saying and told him where the guy was that said it. (What goes around comes back around).

We had our car checked do to the decrease in gas mileage. After having it checked out the problem was the GAS!Apparently there is a difference with gas stations. All brands are not good for your auto. Especially the cheap ones. We were given recommendations for better mileage, and it worked

Purchased an Air Fuel Ratio Sensor. The employee selling parts made sure we bought the right part. We originally asked for an O2 sensor, not knowing the difference.

Worst experience ever. Don t go there my car didn t want to turn on so I took it down there and this guys they gave me a paper stating that the check the tires pressure and I was like there is no way this guy are checking that if my car won t turn on and I ask the advisor what was wrong with my car and the solution for him was. You need a new motor and I told him that I brought my car to get it fix and they couldn t find the problem so the best answer for him was you need a new motor. Service here is awful.Please take your car to some other Nissan dealer.They knocked a hole in my daughters brand new car while doing an oil chane.Oil leaked all over the car.They would not provide her a loaner.Nor furnish a way for her to get home.Service people have bad attitudes.I was shocked at how she was treated.They just had an attitude of not caring.
