Fire Nate, he left the only guy working on a Saturday alone to manage the front while he had multiple customers. Dude behind the counter was doing his best but I had to leave and go buy the part I was looking elsewhere. April 6 2024 11:40-12

Staff is not helpful. They just point at the aisle and say that s all we have . I have to show them the part on their website so they can check in the back. They have no interest in doing their job.

Horrible customer serviceI called while in route to the location, 10 minutes away. They left me on hold so long that I walked in the store still on hold to see five people walking behind the counter. I walked up to one person that had on a Napa shirt and as soon as I said excuse me sir and started to ask him a question he cut me off and said I don t work here I just came to see my wife and grabbed a lady walking bye and started hugging her so inappropriateLong story short it was a waste of time even traveling over there for this experienceI would never go back

Came in on a rainy day and they still had 5 minutes to spare and didn t help me and they has locked the doors !!!! What wonderful customer service

The short old lady told me they had my rotors in stock when I called. I drove from Fairburn to get there for them to tell me they don't have it. She told me how she was too busy to look for it, but she was the only one sitting down when I walked in.

I came in to pick up an order. I saw that the box said iphone iPad compatible which it did not say online. Online it said samsung galaxy compatible. Upon paying I ask the female employee (she wore dreds that smelled horribly) "is that it." She walked away so I asked again. She instantly became flip and responds, "yeah." I remarked that all I'd asked was "is that it" and that she did not need to be rude. She snatched off her mask and began yelling "no you gots a attitude. I gave him the receipt...you got a attitude." I returned the charger which did not mb atch what I screenshot after placing the order on hold. Needless to say I will not return to this store so long as they have ignorant acting employees like her. You walk in 2 employees are present. They didnt even bother to greet the 2 customers entering.

I have to give a low rate due to the fact that I am standing in line as 2 associates while doing work for the store, hasn't stop to acknowledge me or even asked to see if they could assist me.The young man (Jamarcus) assisting all the customers is fabulous.He deserves a 10 star rating!

I had to go back to get #2 more spark plugs because even though I ordered and was given wires for a V6 the parts counterman only gave me 4 spark plugs. He was obviously new, however, after he acknowledged his mistake there was no apology or I'm sorry for your inconvenience given. In Napa's training classes they teach their employees to rehash and push items onto the customer that are placed near the checkout area but they obviously don't teach any customer service skills or general manners. With a workforce like we have today I fear the future of America is bleak without accountability and pride.

After going to multiple store looking for a part to replace on my car, I noticed this store and said to myself, how the hell I haven't seen this place before. Went it and got greeted by a friendly staff and bingo! They had the part that I needed and was the place with the best price! Double winner for me. Now that I know that this wonderful location is here, this is gonna be my to go place!

Stopped at this particular location to buy.some parts for my vehicle,its convenient and customer service is excellent people there friendly and helpful,reasonable prices,medium parking including handicap parking,acces from many different roads and not far from i -285/i-75,plus there's many other amenities you might need in all directions, things to consider when you are out traveling.

Best auto parts 2 visit needed a new battery and got a Gr8 deal on one. The young lady that helped me was Awesome i think she was a manager don't remember her name. The place is located at the intersection of Old Dixie and Jonesboro Rd.

The feedback on google is wrong, the worker did their own feedback here to gain more attention. I have so many problem with them. the worker have a conversation with another customer while leaving me stand for like 5-10min till he get to me. like seriously the other customer was with another worker and he left me to have a conversation. he also gave me an attitude when i ask him to repeat, what was the cost. I see customer go behind the counter, and i thinking, do the manger know?. all i can say is the worker is working very poor and having too much conversation.

Sales lady wasn't customer frien6when I asked to give me address to warehouse..her Rey was you can Google it....that comment wasn't customer friendly or good customer service....I was one of 2 customers In store.other employee was assisting other customer......I'll go to another Napa Auto parts......hope she not representative of your franchise....she needs training

Found what i needed for my Cadillac. The sales lady Gia was very nice and know her job very well. She gave me a huge discount on my parts. I'm glad i was lead there by Andre at Rainbow Muffler.Thanks again Gia....

Stopped at this particular location and bought a light for my van,reasonable prices good customer service and friendly and courteous personal,easy access from three different roads, a added note they also deliver parts. Also plenty of shopping amenities nearby.

The store has been recently updated and the staff working there are quite helpful. The prices are much better than they use to be as well.

A lot of parts they have to order. I would call before you just drive there , and once, even after the call and was told they had my parts when i got there they didnt. But the people are very friendly and they really know their stuff.

They know there stuff. Got the right part the first try, and it was 20 percent cheaper than Auto Zone and O'Reilly's who had the wrong part. Thank You, Napa I'll be coming to you next time FIRST!!! CDD

I called them at 6 o'clock no one ever answered. Drove over there at 6:15 they were closed, guy sitting behind the counter with the lights out and wouldn't open the door. Then another customer shows up and same thing. Open 7 till 7 M-F, I guess not this Thursday.
