TLDR: Dope experience from top to Bottom enjoyed a good convo about modding cars while a fast service was done w no issues.Called ahead and Larry answered and clarified some questions about an earlier call I had placed to this same location. He seemed to be very knowledgeable as well.Once I arrive I notice the place was very clean and professional in image. The service began immediately. Also a 3 month warranty is given with it, which is nice. As that s peace of mind.We conversed about a plethora of different topics including me asking him about potential modifications thet I could ascertain for my vehicle amongst other things like the old import tuner magazines no longer around.Overall the help was appreciated the open and friendly demeanor was received and I d recommend this location for service.Keep up the good work Mr.Larry.

Larry and Trestian were absolutely amazing! The Volvo dealership told me I needed brakes and that they were at 2mm, brought them in and found out the dealership lied and my brakes were at 6mm and just fine. It was a blessing to receive such honest and good feedback and they even showed me how they measure them for peace of mind. I ll only be coming here when I need things done because honesty and integrity are everything!!!!

Jermaine was very helpful towards me. Larry and James changed all four of my tires afterhours and they were very transparent and made sure everything was good. I highly recommend this place to anybody.

Thank you so much to Larry at the Mt. Zion location store number 1032. I needed an tire alignment and he got me in and out with no problems. Came back 5 mins later because I needed a tire as well. He apologized for not seeing it at first and fixed it in no time. The staff is very nice and let you know what's going on with your car. Without it feeling like you are being forced to put out so much money. Even was able to help me with a coupon. I have to go back for some more work but I know for sure this will be my location

The manager here named Larry made my visit worthwhile. He s one of the most attentive and accountable people that I ve ever experienced at any shop. Would recommend this location to anyone needing service. You wont be disappointed!

2 new tire replacements. The service was fast and any hiccups that occurred were fixed right away. Dedicated manager Nathaniel was amazing and made this experience excel my expectations.Fixed my tire sensors that my car dealership didn t even make sure to do. Thank you Nate! I ll be a return customer for those windshield wipers soon!

Ask for Jermaine and Twan and they will take great care of you. They work as a great team! They stayed late to ensure that my daughter would get home safe. Her tires were bald and went flat and . . . .anyway! She is riding good now. Check Mavis out! Great serivce.

Got my rear brakes fixed (so I thought) and they told me I needed rotors tooSo I paid over $250 for the parts and service and the same daySlowly but surely the sound got louder and now it sounds like I need my breaks fixed AGAIN.Apparently the caliber pin or whatever needed to be changed since I wore the breaks down to the rotor and they also should have checked my brakes by driving it 5 miles and stoppingI m a woman and I have a lot of anxiety trusting mechanics and the fact that I have to leave work for this is costing me in multiple waysI called to tell the guy my issue and he told me he could set me an appointment for tomorrow . No urgency but this is my only mode of transportation and I paid to have it fixed but it doesn t appear to be fixed and this is troubling

I had an appointment at 8am because I had something planned to do after I had an oil change and tire rotation so how did I beat the workers here I arrived at 7:45 am they didn't arrived till 7:55 not even dressed for work I had to wait. When they finally opened at about 8:10 I was the first person there why did it take a hour to do my oil change n rotation when I was the first person there and lemme take back the rotation because I noticed this morning they didn't rotate my tires so they took over a hour just to do my oil change I will never come here again.

Went there to get my tires,brakes and rotors done and Larry & Jermaine did an amazing job working with me on the price. Overall the work didn t take long. Very transparent about what needed work and didn t need work. 10/10

I set an appointment online and got in and out the next day. Staff was super cool. They even had wifi so I could work while I waited. I'd definitely go back if I need repairs again.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. Went to the Mount Zion location for a wheel alignment and windshield wipers and received GREAT customer service and great conversation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Rubin and Jermaine were absolutely amazing!!!! They were very patient. They quoted me with amazing prices, they also made sure I understood what was going on with the timing and pricing. I really appreciate the quality service and would recommend going to this location

So I impulsively stopped by one day for an estimate on all four tires, front end alignment, and brakes. Then ended up having the great opportunity to get my car serviced and returned the same day without an appt required. Now, my car rides more comfortabley after much overdue and usual drivetrain wear.It was also very much appreciated to receive clear detail and fair prices of what my needed car maintenance list would include before and during the initial inspection thanks to technician, Larry. I recommend and will be returning as this has become my new neighborhood shop of choice.

Worst experience EVER!! I went there last may to have my brakes done, an I had to go back 3 other times after that, because my caliber bolt kept popping out! EVERYTIME!!! I go there they tell you you a bunch of lies has to why this & that is happening. They ended up having to replace my brakes & caliber again in December, an I told them my brakes are still squeaky afterwards, they said it would go away. Well it didn t I took the car back up there a the guy told me, you need brakes all around an a brake flush. I said why would I need brakes in the front when you all just replaced them 2mths ago!! That s crazy. Then the worker Nate, tells me when your brakes get wet they squeak. I m not a mechanic, but I m not dumb either. The manager said oh you don t need brakes, the guy hadn t took the wheels off to actually see, well then how did he quote me a price, trying to get over! They said the repaired the brakes again a that I didn t need back brakes, an my car is still squeaking today!! I really don t thing they know what they are doing, they tell a bunch of lies to get people s money an don t like the to fix the problems they cause, everyone one in there will tell you something different! They have been the ABSOLUTE worse!! I will NEVER take my car back there again! An I would advise any one else no to!! This place is a JOKE

I recently visited this tire and brake shop, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome, which immediately put me at ease.The team at this shop is incredibly efficient; my car was serviced faster than I expected, which is always a pleasant surprise. But what truly sets them apart is their dedication to great customer service. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and ensured that I understood the work being done on my car.Not only did they address the specific issues I came in for, but they also conducted a thorough inspection and fixed other potential problems, giving me peace of mind about the safety of my vehicle.I can confidently say that this tire and brake shop exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs. Consumer BEWARE: this shop is negligent, incompetent, and lacks basic professionalism. I purchased my 2019 RAM 1500 classic crew cab on September 22, 2022 with 38k miles (Included pics so you can see state of tire tread prior to mavis touching truck) It currently has 42k miles. This info will later prove to be important. I was experiencing vibration at higher speeds so I asked mavis for help on November 4, 2022. They performed an alignment from their own assessment and advised the problem was solved. The problem was actually made worse. I returned a couple weeks later advising that the truck was undriveable over 55mph. The reason the truck was vibrating at that speed was that the front wheels now visually looked like they were caving in toward the engine. The camber was now at an extreme negative angle. Nate (Asst. Manager) advised there was nothing that could be done with alignment and that it was my tires that were the problem. He tried to claim they told me this when the truck was there on November 4. (This lie is extremely important which I will address in a sec. I have included pics of the truck "post mavis alignment" along with the current condition of the 2 front tires) They didn't appear to look at truck or do anything at all. I then took the truck to the dealership I purchased it from to discover a major problem. Mavis had left the camber and tie rod bolts loose which most definitely ruined my tires very quickly. (Included pics of report from dealership) so when you talk to national customer service line they refer you to the regional manager. In this case the RM is Marcus. He refuses to accept responsibility and will not replace the tires. The evidence is clear on its own. However, his staff lied themselves into a corner. If I was told it was the tires from day one, then why did they do the alignment in the first place? Did they take advantage of me by performing unnecessary work like their reputation leads you to believe (look up recent court case in ga that mavis just lost)? Was it that they made mistake and caused the damage? It's one or the other. So no matter how you spin it i have a problem. With all that said, I'm having to take them to court for them to do the right thing. They refuse to refund the alignment cost and replace the 2 front tires they damaged due to negligence. Not only did they damage my property, but they put me and other drivers on the road at risk for injury or death. Please don't make the same mistake as me and stay away from mavis.

Went in this morning to get 2 new front tires on my Honda Accord. Mr. Larry greeted me as soon as I walked in. He was very professional and knowledgeable about all the tires they had in stock. I was in and out in less than an hour or so. Happy that I found this place online .

Awesome experience! Limped in while losing air from a faulty valve stem so fast we felt like we were watching a live countdown. Jermaine shuffled appointments to get us fixed and back on the highway faster than we ever imagined. I can think of 10 ways this could have gone worse but absolutely no way it could have come out better! So glad we found this shop when we did.

Came to this location close to closing for a quick tire rotation and was immediately greeted by the men at the counter! This made me instantly gain trust that these men will get the job done and they did just that! Quick and easy service, definitely recommend this place!

I can t say enough great things about this tires and brakes service shop! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with their professionalism and customer service.First and foremost, they were incredibly knowledgeable about tires and brakes, and they took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. They didn t try to upsell me on anything I didn t need, which I really appreciated.The service itself was top-notch. They worked quickly and efficiently to replace my tires and brakes, and the results were fantastic. My car now drives like it s brand new, and I feel much safer on the road.But what truly sets this shop apart is their friendly and attentive staff. They made me feel like a valued customer from start to finish.
