Eddie J and his team are the best. They deliver every time and genuinely attempt to resolve any issue that may arise. My Jeep Gladiator gets its oil change and tire rotation on the clock. I highly recommend their service department!

I recently purchased a Jeep Renegade 2023 from Landmark, and it has been a frustrating experience. A week after driving it, the check engine light came on. Upon bringing it in, they claimed to have done a diagnostic and said it was fine, with the light magically turning off. However, it resurfaced, and now they're attributing it to an evap canister issue. It's been over a month, and my car is still awaiting repairs. The runaround and lack of concern are disappointing, and my vehicle's performance and fuel efficiency have suffered. I wouldn't recommend this dealership based on my experience.

I feel like I have given enough time for someone to reach back out. I got an oil change on 10/13. I called, made an appointment for a standard oil change, which I receive all the time. The lady asked did I want a tire rotation I declined. Upon my car arriving all the lady booed me for was a tired rotation. Fast forward, I got an oil change and what they claim a tired rotation. Total was $129.xx, my oils changes are typically $71.xx. My car gets back home and I notice the tires were not rotated and I question why the spike in price. I call back, speak to a woman who 1. Told me the tire rotation was complementary anyways so I didn t pay for it and I could bring it back up there to get rotated, no thanks. I ask about why they dramatic increase in price and all she can tell me is prices been went up, it s been like that for a while. Yet I was just here 7/14 and it was $71. Still no real explanation I ask for a manager, she tells me I don t need to waist my time in calling back and she will give me a message to call me. No call, I call again leave a message with someone else and still no manager contact. You are not going to tell me a standard oils change, because that s all I asked for, increased by $58 in three months and I am just going to be ok with that. Landmark service department has gone down so bad in the last few years if I could give it a 0 I would. I have been dealing with this dealership for over 12 years and the service department has gone down bad.

I will give them credit for having a large selection of vehicles. They have plenty of sales people on hand as well. I was approached by a friendly young man by the name of Shaquille. After giving him what vehicles I was interested in, he got to work quickly and found me exactly what I wanted.

The only place I service my jeep purchased it new in 2015, and it still runs perfectly, serviced every 6 months without any problems.

Came in for a standard oil change and waited 4hrs. It normally takes about 2. No one ever came to get me from the waiting room and when I finally came out on my own I waited for a few while agents were discussing things at the desk.My paperwork was already there when they finally finished so no telling how long it had been sitting there. Asked to speak to a manager about when they started working on my vehicle and when they finished. After waiting a few more minutes I just left without speaking to anyone because it s going on 5hrs and that makes no sense.Other people were coming and going and I know different things are being done but I had an oil change ONLY. Also they text you when you check in so you can communicate with them and ask questions via text. They never responded :/

Thank you for all your hard work and helping me with my Jeep....Derrick Johnson, from the time I got out of my Jeep you were so helpful and friendly we need more people like you. You were very honest and upfront with me the whole time, not to mention the Hertz rental car you guys are the best.. And will be doing business with you all again .

This Dealship used to be so great. Idk, what happened! This is the 2nd time I bring in a new truck for service. I m assuming the same issue but just to get a hold of someone is impossible! First time it was in for a few months. This time I made an appointment thinking it would be faster but it s been 2 weeks and no updates!

Tell me why my mother came here - customer of decades who's purchased two vehicles here and serviced them here for maintenance multiple times - and they tried charging her double? And the manager had to be called to solve the issue? I don't know if it's incompetence or poor intentions but I know that if this occurs again I'll have to come up there with her myself. And I'm a lot less classy than my mother. Do NOT go to this location if you can avoid it.

Worst service ever!!!! I brought my car in to get all of my recalls resolved to make sure my car continues to drive well without any issues on a Monday morning. When I came to pick my car up, the lights were flashing on and off, there were several icons lit up on the dash, and a sign across my display saying that my transmission needs to be serviced and to put my car in park. I called the service center and told them what was happening and they told me to bring it back. I brought it back that same Monday and dropped it off because they were closed by the time I got back there. The next day (Tuesday) they called and told me that it was just a screw in the alternator that was loose and everything was fine and that it is ready for pick up. 10 days later the same exact things happen again. I call them and tell them what is going on and they tell me to bring my car in. I dropped my car off and when it was ready they called and said that there is something wrong and they are not sure what it is but I would have to pay to get it looked at AFTER THEY MESSED IT UP. I will never get service done by them again!!!

I made the mistake of buying a new 2021 Jeep Ecodiesel Wrangler here in May. It's now July and it's been in the service center 3 times now with a low oil pressure warning. Can you say POS? Theyre service is horrible! This time, it's been there a week already, and they still haven't even started to try and repair it. They are a complete joke.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

if i could give it ZERO stars i would. it s a disappointment when businesses allow poor customer service to consume everything. as soon as i was assisted(which took forever), i was treated like as if i had nothing to offer. i will be finding another place that appreciates me and is happy to have customers. not shocked but highly disappointed!

Dodge ram was brought in for service as the check engine light came on. Vehicle was in the shop for about two weeks for maybe a glitch. Now my husband believe that it an alternator that is causing the problem

Bought vichicles there for 39yrs , and hAve bought my last vechicle ,there are a bunch of salesman who you need to get anything they say carved in marble and then you still need to think over everything they say as if your mother's life depended on it,and don't be surprised if your RAM goes into drive and then acts like it's locked in gear, same for reverse, maybe around 67000miles but I hear that's pretty good for a RAM, I think these guys are told by Tim (sales manager) to say whatever it takes to make a sale.cause I can't seem to find any morals amongst any of them,at least not a straight answer from any I tried to talk to. GO DODGE DEALER ON 138HWY IN UNION CITY!!!!

Mother inquired about a vehicle salesman said it was available and ready to be looked at. Drove her an hour and a half to go look at it and it was not available and were told we could not get it.
