Take their time and do quality work. They said 2-3 weeks it took 2.5 but it's worth every minute and 3very penny.

These guys are the best... They fixed my transmission in my 2006 Cadillac. It runs like brand new. Certified transmission specialist. 12 month warranty. Family owned. Great spirits. I absolutely love my new found family. God thank U for letting me find this place. Skip the dealership. You will not be disappointed. Very honest. I love these guys....

See my review of Lake City Transmission of Locust Grove. It's the same family owned shop. David sent me over there since this particular shop was over booked. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road.

Huge shout out to Lake City Transmissions. I have a 68 Camaro with a leaky Powerglide. Most shops refused to work on it. David and the crew not only fixed it for far less than I anticipated but also stored my car indoors while it waited to be repaired. They were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Super honest and the best transmission shop around.

Excellent customer service.Experienced and knowledgeable.Top notch!They fixed a long running problem created by another transmission chain of who shall not be named... ... who put wrong parts on my vehicle.A-M-O put a torque converter of a smaller vehicle on my vehicle.All sorts of issues ensued.Lake City Transmission remedied the problem in great time!Majorly recommended!

Best guys in the business. Jay, David and Tim are great. You can take your vehicle to a shade tree mechanic if you want a transmission for 1k but the thing is you will take it back to that same mechanic five or six times to try to, if he ever does, get it right.One and done with Lake City Transmission. Very pleased with their work.

I plan to use them because they help me recently remove my car from the road I was in distress and they came to my rescue and they were very kind and they did everything they could to help me and provided a recommendation for me on how to handle my car With the company that previously worked on it and if there were any future problems, they said that they would be glad to help me with my issue if it was required for their work to be done, and I just appreciate the courtesy and the kindness in the care, special care they gave me

Excellent service. I took my General Lee Dodge Charger there and they are the only ones I will ever trust with my car. They went over and beyond for me. Highly recommend!!!!! Great job guys.

Transmission seal blew on my 99 f350. Had it towed to them to have it checked out l. Was later notified that it was the seal that blew. I went with a full transmission rebuild and I can truly say that I m satisfied! Truck rides like it s brand new! If you are searching for honest shop look no further. Recently took my truck in b/c it started leaking transmission fluid and wont move an inch, I towed it to the shop believing my transmission is blown, to make the long story short David inspected it and found only thing wrong is coolant hose/radiator. Any other shop would have easily lied to make few bucks, But David and his guys are in it for long haul and honesty is very hard to come by these days. Saved me thousands !!! I chose Lake City Transmission b/c of the positive reviews and i'm i glad did!!!!!

They fixed my 2014 Silverado perfectly. They took the time to ride with me to be sure it was a transmission issue before just performing the repair. These guys are honest and trustworthy!

They're honest that's absolutely a fact brought my 2012 CRV thought I had a bad transmission found out it was a CV axle which they replaced and they told me other shops would have took advantage they did not you can do business with these folks there is a reason they get a lot of referrals anytime anyone needs any transmission work I will refer Lake City Transmission thank you so very much for treating me rightPS if they have a long wait there is a reason be patient with him they do good work

I work for a trash company sent to this shop to deliver a dumpster...i remember how kind an pleasant the guys were an thought if i ever have transmission issues that would choose them*Well bout a year or so past and my car needed some work took it to the shop and had them rebuild my transmission..grate service... excellent attitudes, the entire staff are all so so thoughful kind & pleasant they are defiantly #1 what a wonderfu shopthe year was 2012Went back in May with my 63 impala anExperienced the same 10 service....All i can say is being kind is an honor to God.... This is the best family owned transmission shop. They have worked on three vehicles kof mine. If I have a transmission problem again they will be the people to work on it

Like pulling teeth but results replace/rebuilt transmission for shift solenoid 3 my opinion is if you are a expert you should be able to fix a transmission save the consumer money
