I refuse to take my car to anyone else! So much so, that my insurance company was going to pay to tow my car elsewhere, but I chose to pay out of pocket to his recommended towing company so it could go to him. I m a single lady and I ve never felt taken advantage of by Jae. He is up front, honest & fair. When I was tight on finances, he let me know what was a priority and what wasn t. He s an excellent communicator does quality work. I ve already recommended him to friends and will continue!

I would highly recommend Jae's Auto! Professional and top notch service. He answered all of my questions and concerns that I had about my repairs. His prices were fair and standard. No surprise or hidden cost. He had a straight forward itemize breakdown of your cost for repairs and he finished the work in a timely manner.!! Keep doing what you do Jae!!

I was referred to Jae by a friend based on my need to find a trusted mechanic to have my wife's 2009 Nissan Hybrid serviced (by replacing the flux exhaust). Jae replaced the flux exhaust, uncovered another noise issue, and fixed the problem the same day.A trustworthy mechanic is to listen to the issue and test drive with the client on what the client hears and their issue(s). Jae takes the extra step by doing a ride-along with the owner to thoroughly understand the issue(s). His approach is not just to fix the car but to teach the owner about the problem and the steps he takes to resolve the issue from a visual viewpoint.If you are looking for a trusted mechanic who takes their time and wants actually to know what the problem is... Jae is your guy. I am returning to see if any other issues may arise and referring his services.

Jae's Auto and Custom is the best mechanic shop I have ever delt with. I met the Owner, his son, and team in April 2022. The Owner drove out to my apartment community on Cleveland Ave to diagnose the issue with my car and repaired the issue the same day. The Owner, his son who is also a mechanic and his team are a kind, caring, helpful group of people. I love them. They no what they are doing and have the tools and equipment to get it done. I swear to the Living GOD. If you want your vehicle repaired with quality. Jae's Auto and his team definitely got you. I put that on my Life. I trust them due to their actions they show and I will always conduct business with them forever. These guys are good, rates are affordable and you can trust them.
