Ben Opera did an excellent job detailing my car it looked like show room. Jeremy Black my advisor and rest of staff provided exceptional service. The facility is very clean, enjoy shuttle Wi-Fi, charging station and complimentary beverages . I got my steps in, X vitamin D the Sun was shining, thankful for the water as my beverage choice . My focus is always concentrating on my health no matter the environment. While waiting for your car walk around the parking lot is clean and safe.Try not to sit when waiting for service the whole time. I pray, handle communications text calls, emails instead of just sitting .

Today was a great day!! I had the pleasure to meet the amazing staff at Heritage Cadillac dealership. I met with Ms. Patsy who I spoke on the phone on yesterday who I guided me through the process of getting my vehicle repaired. I met with Mr. Dan in service who provided me great customer service throughout the process of getting my vehicle fixed. Ms. Sherri gave me great advice on my vehicle and very helpful too. Ms. Karina was smiling as she took my money at which time she was very professional and kind as well! 10 stars for this great staff.Thank you all!!

My first time using Heritage Cadillac for maintenance service. The vehicle was brought in for the first maintenance and the services that were provided were great. Service advisor Jeremy Black was phenomenal. He kept me in the loop of things while they were servicing the vehicle and had me in and out pretty quickly. Also, the technician that was servicing the vehicle made sure the vehicle was getting the proper fluids, wish I had gotten his name but attention to detail like that is vital to me when providing maintenance services. I'd use them again in the future for sure!!

I truly don't understand the level of ineptitude from this service dept. I've been here once before and the same lack of communication, delayed responses and unavailability back then was prevalent this time as well. I came back solely because of close proximity to my home, then to be told that I need an entirely NEW engine(which was just done 4-5 years ago), was and is utterly ridiculous. It reeks of a money grab. If your plan is to keep and have satisfied customers, YOU MUST DO BETTER.

Very satisfied ed with customer service. I spoke with a manager as I was leaving in reference to the courtesy wash. He is adding more employees to make that service better. A suggestion add tire dressing as part of the wash service. Please keep impressing me. Customer appreciation and wonderful service with a smile is impressive.

Jeremy was my service representative today. This is the second time I had him assigned to my service needs. The gentleman has been totally professional, attentive, and listen to what I told him about the concern with my car. Because he listen and shared information with service techs. They were able to zoom in on the immediate problem. I had my oil change ,concern diagnosed , concern repaired and on my way in 2 hrs. Now , as a customer, that's what I call quality service. Exceeding my expectations. Kodo 's to Mr. Jeremy Black, an excellent service advisor. Heritage Cadillac should be proud of type of employee.See ya'll on next visit, THANKS!!

I have nothing but the highest praise for Heritage. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The lounge is always nice for the wait. And, they had me in out. I would NEVER take my truck anywhere else. As always, thanks to the entire staff.

Heritage Cadillac was one of the worst experiences I ever had at a dealership for service they had my vehicle for over 6 weeks.They were supposed to use my gold standard warranty but it took so long for them to diagnose the issues with my vehicle that my warranty expired, and I end up having to pay full price for service. Then finally when I pick my car up on April 1st my check engine light is still on my service provider says my car is fine. Additionally, I open my trunk and the panel to my battery cover is missing. I have some type of liquid wasted in my trunk that is eating up the inside of my carpet. I scheduled my vehicle service and it brought back in on Monday, but I was late from out of town so I didn t get it there until Wednesday about 11 o clock, Heritage Cadillac had my vehicle for vehicle for about 4 to 5 hours they found a battery cover but my carpet in my trunk is still ruined and my check engine light is still on. They diagnosed with additional services of 1800.00 This is ridiculous for both services now they are saying over 3600.00

I am deeply disappointed by the service I have received at Heritage Cadillac. Over the last year, they have had to replace my catalytic converter 3 times, due to some unforeseen issue. The first they, I they had to replace due to a broken weld on the unit THEY replaced. Now it is a broken exhaust mount. The service advisor even had the audacity to blame me for the damage, even though the catalytic converter is underneath the vehicle. I believe each time they went to fix my vehicle, they intentionally left something off, either due to either negligence, incompetence, or malice to have me pay extra for repairs. Do not bring your vehicle here. Just learned that Heritage Cadillac has an F rating on the BBB, and now I see why. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This was my first experience with this manager and I was thoroughly pleased with Mr. Higgins. He was very patient in explaining my options to me and kind enough to accept me as a customer. I look forward to working with him in the future.

My experience at Heritage Cadillac has been nothing short of great. My service representative, Sherrie Lewis takes good care and gets me back on the road quickly. I can t say enough about the warm reception, the clean environment and hospitality shown to all the customers. #1 dealer in my book.

Every time I go to the service center my service guy Bob always make me feel special he's always nice and professional. My appointment was at 8:15 for an oil change. About 10:15 my service agent said I needed a 15,000 mile service. I said I would have to make another appointment. He said it would only take an hour so I said ok. Didn t leave until 12:50. My time is also important. He said if I wanted my car washed it would be another hour and a half.So didn t get my car cleaned I usually have no complaints Been bringing my car here for years.

One of my concerns when I took my car for service was getting a front brake job. Recommended cleaning the brakes which helped nothing at all brakes still squealing. So now I still need a front brake job. Also I don't understand why after spending almost $1,000 I couldn't get a courtesy car wash.

Went there today February 1,2024 and the experience was great, totally professional. The Service manager greeted me and introduced himself and assigned me a new Service representative Sherry, they took good care of the problem and I was finished in less than an hour. Much better experience than previously.

I hate when they answer with the speaker phone instead of picking up the phone and answering professionally. I feel I was over charged and over talked when I tried to express my frustration with buying a rebuilt motor only to have a throttle body issue that costs me $2000 more a few months later. Sometimes instead of responding like a Know it all and flexing your I ve been doing this for years muscles it s just better to listen to the customer s plight so collectively an informed decision is made to prevent mix ups. If only I could do it all over again I would definitely do it different if I saw this experience coming.

While getting a routine oil change, I mentioned to the service advisor that my passenger daytime running lamp was out. I was really only mentioning it. I knew the technician would note it when they did the routine point inspection and the service advisor would then call me with a quote. Well because I mentioned it, they charged me almost $100 just to me to tell it was indeed out. When asked why, I was told, I had to be charged a fee to diagnose it. Yes diagnose that my daytime running lamp was out!!! It happened to me once before when, during a routine oil change, I asked if my brakes were still ok. They again charged me, even though checking the brakes are a part of the point inspection that they do with every oil change. But, they washed my car, the service was good and the advisors are nice. I had stopped feeling like the dealership service departments were taking advantage of their customers but now I m back on it. I know and understand that checking on things can take some time and resources, but when it s a part of the service or it can be confirmed visually, why charge your customer? But I learned today and I m sharing with you all to beware of asking about anything other than the oil change .THEY WILL CHARGE YOU!

The service manager greeted me and listen to my concerns with my XT6. We have not had the best experience with the vehicle. He reassured me that they would inspect it and address all concerns. To my surprise, my vehicle was fixed and ready the same day.

I've been driving Cadillacs for years. I've been doing so, not just for the car but for the experience. I live in Stone Mountain, GA and I pass or could choose a different or closer dealership to have my car serviced. When I picked-up my car, I was very, very disappointed. My car was dirtier than when I dropped it off. This is not the first time I've had this experience at Heritage Cadillac. Like I said before, I don't just drive a Cadillac for the car. My experience today made me feel as if I had my car serviced at Joe's garage (No disrespect to Joe). I feel that I should get what I pay for and that should include great Cadillac customer service.

Didn t give the problem but still got a bill for $300! Escalade is having intermittent starts and after it ad been there for 10 days was told they couldn t find a problem. Was also told they would get to I within the next day and after I called in the next 2 days they still had not looked at it. Spoke to my assigned service advisor and decided to pickup because my warranty runs out in about 8 days so I need to drive it to be sure the problem has gone away. Told my bill would be about $166. Come to pickup on a Saturday and the SA there says my bill is much higher. Rob tells me Go sit down in lobby with the other customers and I will figure out things after I check in these other customers . After about 30 mins I get my bill for $300. Pay it and I left a message with the receptionist for the SA to give me a call on Monday when he returns. Get in my SUV . It doesn t start. Call Rob back out and he sees that it does nothing but since it s Saturday there is nothing they can do. I wait 2 mins and it finally starts. Still no call from the SA and it s now Wednesday.

I just had my 2019 Cadillac XT5 serviced here. My service advisor was Naye and he did an excellent job from start to finish. I purchased my vehicle from another dealership and I had issues with them so I m happy that I went to Heritage. Naye explained a check engine code that I thought went away and he handled it quickly and I was able to get it taken care of the next day.

I always take my cars back to the dealerships except for my "Utility vehicle". Heritage Cadillac service department is phenomenal. My service advisor Jeremy Black went above and beyond. Outrageous pricing. I ve had an oil change and tire rotation at this dealer and at other dealers for $85. Without a coupon today my oil change was $139 without a tire rotation, and I was quoted $220 for that same service which included a tire rotation I ve had for $85.

While the staff is always nice when I come here the actual service isn t really good. I have a brand new 2022 Cadillac and every time I come in for a simple maintenance I m being offered something additional that I don t need. One time they wind up messing up something in my truck that wasn t there when I first brought the car in.

Dropped truck on Monday told I needed fuel pump $2200.00, got truck back Friday, called three times a day for three days trying to get info about truck no return call finally called supervisor told bad part had to reorder. Got truck Friday price $4000.00 guy said he would work with me on price got it down to $2800.00, $ 900.00 was labor, they did more to my truck without my authorization and then I was told level sensor on fuel pump was bad there was a recall ,found out latier that wasn t true drove a month with fuel gauge not working before fixing. Will never go back..
