BUYERS BEWARE!! DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership!!! I purchased a $30,000 2020 Hyundai palisade from this location less than 72 hours ago and within less than 24 hours the speedometer was not working so I have absolutely no idea how fast I m going while driving (picture below shows it stuck at 0 while I was on the highway!) and there s major transmission issues. Of course it test drove perfectly, but now I am already stuck on the side of the road! After contacting the dealership, they are refusing to do anything about it. I m not looking to return the vehicle, all I m asking for is transparency and for them to fix the issues so that my vehicle is functional. Again, they could care less.5months pregnant with two toddlers stuck waiting for a tow truck on the side of the road after spending $20,000 in cash with $10,000 financed and I have no car within less than three days! DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

The people from Heritage are AMAZING! From intake to out the door, they are first rate. Sherri waited late so we could leave the car overnight. When we picked up my finished vehicle, she took us through all that had been done and worked and explained it. Tim has been our mechanic since he was a teenager, and we're glad he is working here now. Thanks guys!

Outstanding service!!! From the second I called in I felt like getting my vehicle up speed was a priority.Enjoyed the waiting area.. Both clean and comfortable.. The coffee made me feel right at home.My cost was very reasonable and the Service Area Manager explained the work done in great detail..I work near your Dealership and have spent the last few telling my coworkers about my experience.Thanks a million

My wife and I purchased a 2021 CT5 in fall 2023 after looking at other dealerships. Mark Jr. sold us the car. He assured us he would get my wife the vehicle owners' manual. After literally months of giving us the run around, we gave up. Months later, we scheduled the 30,000-mile service. I figured this was a good time to speak with Mark Sr in his office. I explained the issue we had getting the manual. This was February 15th, and he took down my car model, name, number, and email. He then assured me I would receive it in the mail in a week. Over a month later, I finally gave up. I now realized they had no interest or intentions of doing anything for us after we purchased from them. My opinion of this dealership has plummeted. I feel that the car should have had a manual since we were never given a proper orientation to the vehicle. We had to learn on our own.

I brought my car in for service on my ac system, which was serviced at this location less than a year ago. The ac has already gone back out. Today they tried to say they put freon and dye in the system to test it, not knowing that my dashcam was recording the whole time. The tech pulled the car in, opened the hood, then spent about 45 seconds looking under the hood with a flashlight. He then closed the hood and my car sat there for 3 hours untouched while I waited in the lobby watching the camera the whole time. I asked to speak to the tech that worked on the car by showing two associates his picture on my phone. Instead of getting the tech, they brought out Naye Higgins. Naye Higgins tried to rush me out of the building without explaining the details of the diagnosis and the work performed by saying he was busy and didn't have time. I tried to show him the video of no work being performed, he didn't want to look at it and told me the diagnosis would be free because he didn't have time. This service department let my car sit untouched for 3 hours to appear as if they worked on it, then tried to charge me $3500 for repairs. My dashcam proves they only shined a light under my hood and then let the car sit there. Naye wanted to charge me $299 for the diagnostic until he realized I had video. Then, it was free. This is extremely disappointing. I expected better from Cadillac.

Such a beautiful dealership. My salesman, Frankie was the best of the best! He goes the extra mile to make you feel valued and taken care of. He is very genuine and went over all the bells and whistles on my car so that I knew how to use everything.

I've always experienced exceptional service from this dealership up until recently. I can never get anyone on the phone anymore, no matter what time of day I call. But when I go up there, everyone is always free and available at their desks. When they suggest a call back, no one ever calls me back. I don't trust anywhere else to service my car, but it has become frustrating lately dealing with this dealership. When my car is serviced, however, I have no problems. I just wish the staff was easier to reach on the phones like they used to be.

Staff were nice, service was good. However, financial person has been very uncooperative. Since Thursday, January 4, 2024, I have been trying to retrieve documents I signed while purchasing my vehicle, that I am legally entitled to receive. I have contacted management and the financial representative to no avail. I will be taking another course of action at this time.

During that time, I felt comfortable working with Frankie, I didn't feel pushed in any way, neither did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. I truly don't understand the level of ineptitude from this service dept. I've been here once before and the same lack of communication, delayed responses and unavailability back then was prevalent this time as well. I came back solely because of close proximity to my home, then to be told that I need an entirely NEW engine(which was just done 4-5 years ago), was and is utterly ridiculous. It reeks of a money grab. If your plan is to keep and have satisfied customers, YOU MUST DO BETTER.As a follow up to my original post, after paying over $800 for the issue to not be address properly, it turns out that the vehicle was low on oil...Lastly, when I got my car back, now there is an issue with the battery. This place is egregiously awful.

The worst Cadillac dealer in the Atlanta area for service! DO NOT take your car here to be serviced you will regret it!! The customer service is poor they do not update you on the status of your vehicle. They charge extremely high rates and will keep your car for weeks! My car has been with them for almost 3 weeks and I have to constantly call to find out what the status is and I can never get a honest answer! Literally the worst!

My salesman was exceptional from start to finish on the lease of my new Cadillac. His expertise and attention to details made everything go smoothly and efficiently. It was a pleasure working with him. The Finance manager was also exceptional and explained all of the details of the paperwork. Heritage Cadillac is now my favorite dealership.

I had to come back and change my review paid over $2800 came to pick up my truck and it wasn't completed . Was told I needed to pay $1900 just for a diagnostic . As a shop owner I understood and rolled with it . The day of pick the truck could barley drive even tho they told me it was ready for pick up for two days . I talk to the tech so after a month of having the truck . John ( Who needs more customer service education ) got on the phone and was disrespectful and pretty much lied about what he did . I was told he test drove the truck that too had to be a lie because if he had drove it then he could have seen additional damage and I could have had it taken care of . So I had to go to another shop and have it repaired and find out what else needed to be done .Jemery did try his best but if you are working with a tech who lies about what he is doing he has no control over the repairs he just can only be advised .As a shop owner I hope that something is actually done about this because for customers to spend this type of money in this climate a class action law suite should be next .Do

The service department wasted 4hrs of my life and gas. I had a 12pm appointment for service. I waited in the waiting room for 4hrs. After waiting 4hrs the service rep told me that I would have to leave my vehicle. They did not even attempt to check the problem that I brought my vehicle in for. I was not able to leave my vehicle and making the appointment was pointless.

My sales associate was Breanna Hubbard. From the moment I met her she exemplified excellent customer service. The management and support team at the dealership even stayed after closing to process all of the paper so I could drive the car home the same day.I recommend Heritage Cadillac if you are in the market for a new/used car.Breanna Hubbard deserves a 10 rating.Thanks everyone for all of the hard work.

The main reason i dont come here !Last year when Cadillac came out with the cat back exhaust i called them and there parts dept told me there is nothing as such . When i told them i have seen it online on the cadillac website thr person replied me back saying dont teach me my job dawg ! Very unprofessional i never went there but drove almost an hour to Roswell for all my truck needs !After a year i thought i will give them a try by doing a 30k service and check on my bluetooth thr guy said it will take 3 hours . I did have an appointment at 12:45 but due to th time they asked me if they can keep the car and it will be ready by 11 am tomorrow now at 10:30am i got a call from them that they couldnt do it this dealership is a joke i cant even vouch if they changed my oil ! Zero customer service i will be driving an hour back to Roswell try them you will never regret !

Why am I limited to a mere 5 stars???The service here is always phenomenal. And if we're dropping names, Jeremy Black is beyonddddd exceptional!If you care about your car's maintenance, any make or model, hurry to this dealership. And pre-pandemic, they served some of the best breakfast on the Southside. They offered total car and customer care.After nearly 10 years of patronage, I'm always pleased. Trust me when I tell you, I'll cancel a business who doesn't value me IN A HEARTBEAT
