Had a flat tire and pulled over to the first place I could find to help change my tire. They immediately helped and were very kind. They were professional and personable. Excellent customer service.

I used to exclusively use Jiffy Lube for great customer service and quality and quick work. I tried Grease Monkey once and haven't been back to Jiffy Lube. The employees are know their craft and are always friendly. Thanks y'all!

This was my second time at this location and both times my experience was amazing. Customer service is always Great and speed of service incredible. I also have good service on Mt Zion, don't know if it's owned by same people.

Love this grease monkey! Jason, Justin, and Malachi are the best!! I literally drive all the way from Hampton just because I know my services and the customer service will be efficient. If you re in the area and need an oil change, air filters, tune up then this is the place for you. You won t regret it!

First I called the Company and the technician provided me with detailed information.My decision to get my oil change was easy from that point on.i appreciated the choices I had for my vehicle and the timely and detailed service provided.i will recommend Grease Monkey Company to both Family and friends alike!!! First off I want to thank Justin L for all his honest answers to any questions that I had also with him be helpful and patient with me. He went over and Beyond to make sure my vehicle was ready and safe for me and my family. One more thing about Justin he made sure that I was ok and had another vehicle until he was finished with my vehicle.Jason was very helpful also he held conversations with me that made my day not knowing that my day started off bad. I even went back to the shop to get things out my vehicle and Jason were there to help.I will drive those extra miles just to go back to the Morrow location. This location is a place of teamwork and a welcoming place. Thank you Justin Jason and the other team keep up the good work

Friendly staff, fast service. Price is not ideal but my normal place is closed on Sunday and I had 300 mile drive ahead of me and it was time for an oil change. Would definitely recommend if you need a last minute oil change. Also check the site for coupons. The coupon lowered the price to about the same rate I usually pay.

I haven't been there in several years. It has gone down. No heat in waiting area (it was cold) but I can take it. Doors were wide open. Not an inviting area. That's fine. After the oil change, I got in the car and the windshield fluid indicator was still on. I had to get out and ask about it. He said they didn't have any, but he could put water in it if I wanted. No thanks. He should have told me when he was done instead of me finding out when getting ready to drive out. I won't be back to this location. There are better options out there.

Jason and Justin were amazing at this location in Jonesboro, GA! I called because my car was stalled down the street and they talked me through what I needed to do. Once I was able to bring it to them they ran a full diagnostic test. Just can't stop saying thank you for their help during this stressful time. Definitely go see them. They will take care of you.

The young men who helped me were very kind and professional. Jason made the necessary recommendations which I accepted and purchased, but I did not feel pressured into buying extras. I really appreciated that. They were so nice despite the bone-chilling temperatures!!Thanks guys

Justin and Casey were the BEST!I came in with a mechanical emergency. Casey diagnosed the issue and both he and Justin made the quick repairs. i just recently purchased a new used car and the tech there had pointed out. i needed to change my transmission fluid. it wasn't changed in years. i definitely will recommend this location to anyone.

After my first experience, I can safely say that I love this business! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The best oil change I've ever had from a company where they even check ur tire pressure.

Smooth and easy oil change.I had stopped by twice and they were backed up but when I returned, I was in and out in under 15 minutes.The manager is a cool guy.

I used to Love this place! I can tell management has changed, I know my car and I know what Next Service date And Mileage! He the tech tried to sell me Bullshighty We been in A pandemic and haven't been driving anywhere except work and home! He walked up to my car trying to say that I have sludge in my oil and I went over my last oil change when in fact I showed him my miles and I'm not even near the miles that I put it in to result in oil change. I'm very disappointed in the attempt to over sell me!

Grease Monkey is a excellent company when it comes to servicing cars and making sure their clients leave with a good thorough understanding of what's going on with their car fully.
