My first time to this location. Very apprehensive. But, I was promptly waited upon. Everyone seemed very professional and hard at work. The employees seemed to work together as a group and they were even patient enough to train each other on how certain procedures are to be done. I was impressed. Glynn was extremely respectful. The manager Jacques ( not sure how to spell) was a shining light. My front blinkers had not worked since purchasing the vehicle. He actually took the time to fix them for me. They both were just loose. But he fixed them and I was very grateful. He didn't even charge for this but I gave a small tip. Which he seemed grateful for. I will be back to this location as well as my husband. I certainly recommend this business!

Jaquan was so sweet & professional. He gave me a breakdown of all the work I needed done. Jaquan also gave me a reasonable quote after assessing any issues. He took great care of my sexy BMW. I m grateful and will be back for future services.

I had a great experience today my mechanic, Quan was very professional and took care of all my needs. First time ever getting the full oil change work up and I have been going here for years. Great new team. Great job guys.

First time at this location. When I say the service was on point...it was ON POINT! When I called, they said they were really backed up and the wait would be 30 minutes. It actually was only 12 minutes which was great. We paid for a full synthetic oil change, which includes top off on fluids and replace filter. The manager Brad noticed that our wipers were bad and gave us a great deal to replace them. Ricky changed our oil. I will definitely come back to this location! I appreciate when a business knows their stuff. They were AWESOME! I highly recommend coming here.Services: Wiper blade installation, Oil change

I give the men at Grease Monkey on Mt. Zion Road in Morrow, GA, an outstanding amount of respect for them pulling me out of a jam. My tire had gone flat and I didn t know it until a couple of young men in a car pulled up next to me to let me know that my tire was flat, they suggested for me to go to Grease Monkey (since I was already in the plaza), and they would take care of my tire. Sure enough they did exactly that. I had a whole in my tire, I bought the repair kit, and they took care of me. I truly respect those men for what they did (especially since it was closing time), to help me get home safely. GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

Jaquan is one of the best Oil Gods around!!! He is very personable and gives a lot of knowledge on how to better care for our vehicles! This was my 1st experience but I will definitely be back!

Today 3/27/2024 was my first visit here after having a bad experience at Walmart Auto Care Center. The technician was kind, pleasant and informative. I received service quickly and my car ran much smoother after my oil and filter change. I totally recommend and will be back for other services.

Initially it was pretty good until I pulled out of the bay and my car cut off at the corner. My car is in great running condition. I think it was the assistant manager that came to my assistant and immediately knew exactly what was wrong. He fixed the part and had me come back to the shop. He then tightened up the part that came aloose. The mechanic that worked on my car did come to apologize. Even though I did accept his apology in the near future I think the work should be looked at again because had it I've been my child I've been pretty upset as a mother or even myself being stuck on the expressway. This is not my first time coming to this place and I've never had a bad experience. I spent $160. I do hope my next experience Is better than the one I had today. And I also do hope that you honor the discount that was offered to me today.

So ima keep it a Buck !!! Bruce and Devonte held me down all the way I was trying to get my brakes done and I told them that I already purchased my parts earlier that day and they told me to come in there are available NOW! I literally got there in 5 minutes and they got started right away they also told me what I could use for my car going forward!! They aren't rushing nor are they lazy !!! These are two Guys with the right attitude and drive about something they love doing!!! I definitely felt helped and I went on and made my wife come get her oil changed shortly after that due to how good they work!! Literally knocking down cars one by one with great service ! I m from NY it s no reason for me to Get on here and lie about people I never met !! These are thorough dudes!!

Great customer service at this location. Jaquan was absolutely wonderful. He met all my needs and answered all questions & concerns. I got an oil change & my Tires rotated. I will definitely be coming back for more service as long as Jaquan stays forever. Great Job Management!

Received the best customer service from Kaleb & Jorge tonight! I felt very welcomed and thankful for the help that they gave me, Kaleb fixed my headlight on the house which made me so excited due to me having trouble seeing at night driving but not being financially able to get it fixed just yet. Jorge explained the oil change and filter for me and reassured me this was the best choice for my car. They heard what I wanted and gave me the best deal and price they could and If I could've tipped them I would have but instead I leave this review! Thank you again so much Kaleb & Jorge !

Hello! my experience at this location was awesome and fast paced.the supervisor and his team looked like they were short a few staffs however, they did deliver Very good customer service and I had no issues with my car after leaving . I ve had my red Nissan for 7 years and they treated it with proper care. Definitely returning

January 25, 2024 was my first time getting an oil change by Grease Monkey. The workers were amicable and knowledgeable about their work. The time it took to get my oil changed was very quick. I didn t wait like I would have at another company. Thank you, guys!

Great and very quick service! They stay true to the 15 minute oil change, plus Jaquan was an excellent serviceman with an amazing attitude and friendly attitude! You have to respect a man that completes his job with a smile on his face the entire time!!! Thanks again!!!

Jaquan was super detail with my Lexus today at the Jonesboro Mt Zion location. He explained everything and highlighted things I need to pay attention too. He even brought out my filter for me to see even though it wasn't time to replace. This guy was awesome!!!! I will be back to only work with him for my car needs. Thanks GM!!!!

Really thankful to the guys at this location Jaquan, Kaleb and Jay, Who helped me out today. I came in after letting my car go much longer than it should have without an oil change and they were able to get me back in great shape. They didn't make me feel pressured to purchase anything but did give me a sheet of services that I was due for in case I wanted to take care of them now since I was there. Will definitely be returning

I would like to give a big thanks to jaquan and Jay for their extraordinary customer service. Which is very rare these days. My visit to the grease monkey facility in Morrow was outstanding, Jaquan greeted me with a big smile as he welcomed me and instantly made me feel comfortable. I explained to him I require a oil change Jaquan began to explain in detail the services that I will be receiving and made sure I understood everything. When I pulled in Jaquan started his inspection step by step he explained the process and asked me if I had any questions feel free to ask. Jaquan also explain to me additional service with price range that they offer for any concerns that needed to be addressed doing my inspection . I did have one worry about who was underneath my car changing the oil , but that was quickly put to rest after I was introduced to Jay who assured me I received quality service. Jaquan and Jay are the best and thank you again for your outstanding customer service keep up the good work guys I will be referring family and friends.

Great fast service!!! Jaquan Really looked out with my oil change and tires. Even replaced my wipers and handled a few other issues I didn't even realize was wrong with the car and the prices were great!!! Super fast service also. Whenever I'm in the city will for sure come back. I recommend this 10 stars if I could!

I went to GREASE MONKEY to get my oil checked. I already have my guard up simply because I'm a single woman cominng to a shop without a man. Jaquan was so pleasant and professional. He did what I asked, yet he told me what my car needed even though I was only there to get my oil checked and fluids topped off. I didn't feel taken advantage of as a woman because I was alone...He gained my trust in that short time..I felt like he was not gonna try and upsell me for something that I didn't need...therefore I will be coming back to get whatever done to my car that he recommends...
