Gerber CollisionAddress: 1285 Citizens Pkwy, Morrow, GA 30260I never write reviews but today I have to! Lets start with the good. The woman who runs front desk is exceptional. That concludes the good!.. Now the bad!1.Original preliminary estimate $3500 then during repair went to 9k then 11k to finally 14k!!!!!!!!!!!2. The turn around was 22 days and then told one more week please because we forgot to order a part .3. Now i pick up my car and the clearly the repairs was not done properly. See attachments: Now by the manager Nicole, Im told bring it back next week I need to contact the insurance for more money for more parts!4. As I am driving the car loses power since they neglected to secure the battery cable onto the battery!5.A week later I drop car off again, only to pick it up with issues still not addressed. One manager says drop it off Wednesday and as a courtesy Ill spot paint the back where its a scratch.6. This morning he says Nicole said we are no longer going to do it! In conclusion unprofessional, poor repair service, turn around is too long and inflated payouts . I wish I would have chosen a different location: A month later and car still has visible signs of repair!

I'm very disappointed at the lack of professionalism of the so called General Manager David. According to him there's no one above him manager wise.He took a simple job, repair and paint on a 2023 Toyota 4runner rear bumper. It had about a one inch tear on it. He charged $649.When it was picked up by my parents it was raining so they took the car and left. When I saw it I immediately noticed a faded round spot on the driver side of the rear bumper. You can clearly see the primer, which any good painter should've seen and redo.David immediately got defensive and said he wouldn't repaint. He wanted to put a new bumper which makes no sense. I never complained about the repair itself. Just the refinish.He "David" claimed he didn't make any money off this bumper because it was a referral from a company he sent work to and that he basically did us a favor by fixing and painting the bumper.As we waited for David to call and complain the the young man who referred us to him a few people walked up to us and noticed the bad paint job and they also agreed that the bumper should've never gotten installed in the first place.Being a retired automotive painter myself, I can tell you that no reputable shop should've even attempted to install and deliver this to any customer, specially to a new vehicle.David said he didn't make any money, I don't see how. Techs make anywhere from $21 to $23 flag hours. Gerber rate is around $53 per hour. He stated that he had the best painter working for him but I'm sorry. The painter needs glasses or maybe some sleep cause he clearly left the primer visible on a few spots. Not to mention over spray.That however doesn't matter, Gerber offers a lifetime warranty on their paint jobs which he clearly didn't honor. Shame on him.I will personally let everyone that needs paint jobs know about his lack of professionalism.Gerber do yourself a favor a fire this clown David. By the look of things this is not the only bad review. Horrible business.I'm contacting my bank because at this point I wouldn't want them touching my vehicle with a stick.Response to your response.** NO DAVID DID NOT REACH OUT TO THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE. SO THAT'S A LIE.SECOND, BY FEELING SORRY FOR THE ISSUE YOU ARE NOT PROVINDING ANY SOLUTIONS. ** By now over 30K local followers have seen your bad business practices and lack of solutions to the problems your GM David has caused. Bad, bad business.

My experience is definitely in the middle after noticing something stolen from my trunk! I m extremely bothered by this because I despise a thief. Upon leaving my vehicle with them, I was solely focused on making sure I had removed anything of value from the inside of car assuming they would have absolutely no reason going in my trunk! After calling (1 hr after picking up vehicle on 11/29/23) to inquire about missing item, I was abruptly transferred to a full voicemail box then hung up on. I immediately called right back & same lady answered w/a humorous chatter stating yes Jackie will be in contact w/u . As of today, 12/11/23, I have yet to hear back from them.As far as the actually collision repair, I feel like they did an awesome job.

The staff working in the front office were awesome. I treated them like human beings who were overworked, and it was noticable. I was able to joke with them, and i was very easygoing. A lot of the time people who take their vehicle to a collision shop are having a stressful crisis and trying to figure out the next step and how long it would take before they even drop off the vehicle. I am very fortunate that i was in a position where i had another vehicle to get back and forth to work. I left the staff alone, and im sure glad i did! They were meticulous and even swapped body panels that i couldn't see any damage to. I was very happy to interact woth the staff, if i can make one suggestion to customers in the future using Gerver collision, please remember the staff are humans too and even though you maybe having a terrible day, don't take it out on them. The collision work is top notch!

Would like to first say I highly recommend David and his team for multiple reasons fromcustomer service and quality, from the 15+ jobs that was done for our company we have had 0 issues. Unfortunately we had a small circumstance where we referred a client to David and his team to repair a rear bumper for a 2023 toyota suv (one of the last reviews) the client was not happy with the outcome but instead of us handling the situation someone who was not involved with the deal reached out to David. We know that this Gerber stands behind their work and continue to recommend their work. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have brought

if i could give a -5000 i would first off i schedule an appointment for yesterday which was 9/21/2023. This appointment was supposed to be a car estimate for auto damage cause by someone else. they did not communicate with me on what i need to do with the insurance company and this was my first time doing something like this. so i get there and first off no greeting me at all and the fat white lady who sits at the front say to me can i help you i sad to her i have an appointment at 3pm she say we will be right with you because you got 2 people in front of you so im like ok. i stand there because im think i got to fill out some type of papers or whatever. 7 minute pass I'm like do you want me to have a seat or what she like yes. im like ok. so 15 minute pass im sitting i dont remember the guy name but he comes up to me and say do i have an order from my insurance company i say yes. so he looks at it and only wants to do the job the insurance company see. im like no im not leaving my car here because this information was not communicated to me and then he say the the insurance company is not going to approve inside damages. i was on fire at this point because the accident did cause the damages . he tells me he only wants to fix the bumper. please dont take your car here they are very unprofessional i could say more but ill leave that alone. please do Service this company

Experience was while location was called Heritage Collision: I took my Mitsubishi there to fix after someone backed into it. The car was kept for close to a month (granted some of the delays were on the side of the insurance company), there was zero communication from the shop to update me on the progress. I had to call each time to get updates, even when my car was done, I had to call to find out. And you have to keep trying multiple times before you can talk to someone.The morning after I picked up my car (11/12/2020), I noticed that the molding was coming off. It took me a week to get to talk to someone on the phone (you cannot leave them a voicemail). They told me to come in on Friday (11/27/2020) to get it fixed. I drove the 30 miles from my house to the shop to be told that they have to re-order the part and that I would get a call on Monday when the part arrived. After 2.5 weeks (12/05/2020) still no phone call, when I called again, it turns out: the part that I have been waiting for to arrive was NEVER ordered!Finally on 12/28/2020 I went in to have the part replaced, by the time I got home it s coming off again!UPDATE: Now that the location has changed to Gerber, I was able to go to Gerber Collision in Austell, GA. The part was re-ordered and they called me when it was delivered. I went in at the Austell location and they replaced the part which seems to be holding strong.Thank you, Gerber Austell!Service: Body & Trim

The big lady with wide eyes, glasses and shoulder length dark hair I believe her name is Jamie.. needs to be FIRED!! Extremely rude and doesn t know how to talk to people respectfully. I scheduled an estimate appt. online with Jacqueline who told us on the phone that the car must be up there in order to give an estimate. She set my appt. for a Friday and the windshield on my car is shattered so OF COURSE I would have to get it towed because obviously I CAN T see out the windshield to drive it. When we brought it up there about 20 minutes before they opened up Jamie waddles outside to scream WE CAN T TAKE TOW-IN S ON FRIDAYS! As we re trying to explain everything she continues to cut us off yelling the same thing. Very unprofessional and anyone that CONSIDERS taking their car there I will do everything in my power to ensure they go somewhere else!

Jamie who works at this office, walked out of the establishment, to SCREAM as the vehicle that we had being towed to this place of business. We were scheduled for an appointment by Jacqueline. As we tried explaining that to her, we were schedule and could ONLY get it there by tow, as the glass is too damaged to drive. Jamie was NOT listening. She should be boxing rocks for a living. She was screaming, cutting us off and being very disrespectful to potential customers.

DO NOT GO HERE, HORRIBLE SERVICE. The big lady with wide eyes (Jamie i think) was VERY rude to my family AND my grandmother. We were trying to celebrate my grandmothers 98th birthday! And we needed a windshield replacement for the car we were going to be driving. Jamie literally went of on my grandmother!!! (She barely speaks english!!!!) I was so rude and hurt I almost started crying. But i got my family and left. THEN i told a few of my friends to go up there to see if thats how Jamie really acts. She was rude, short, and disrespectful to all of them!!!! DO NOT GO HERE

I got an estimate online. After the estimate, I was then prompted to make an appointment. I did. I even got a confirmation of that appointment. . The day of appointment they said I didn't have an appointment for s ervice, estimate or anything else. Then there was some confusion as to when or how or if I could drop my vehicle or if I had to come in. By now I had headache so I ended the call. I called today the lady on the phone was impatient and rude so I called back spoke to Mary who is very nice. She says they can't take my vehicle, they are over capacity and have more than 90 cars. Whaaat?

My vehicle was repaired here through my insurance. My vehicle wasn t repaired correctly my vehicle has never made any kind of noise now when I start my vehicle makes a loud noise. I returned my vehicle yesterday spoke to 2 managers Debbie which was very nice and a production manager which he stated well I have a rod going bad and that I need to contact my insurance company ok it wasn t going bad before I bought my vehicle here bottom line he didn t care. So be cautious if you decide to use this facility.Update: Thanks to Allen and David (GM) and manager Mrs Debbie the issues I were having were fixed in a timely manner and Allen the production manager made sure my vehicle weren t having anymore issues before leaving the facility today.Another update: please hire some new technicians my air been going in and out since my vehicle left this facility now I have to contact my warranty company never again will I use this facility this is just ridiculous. Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

First off as I went in to drop my car off today as for having an appointment for over 2 months. I was told that they couldn t take my car because of the Manager had just told her before I walked in. I asked to speak to the Manager his name was David Skidmore and he was very rude he told me that he was over capacity last week but still I get no phone stating that not to bring my car in. I asked him for his Boss number and he said no and I asked why he goes and say cause I m not, then he told me to leave the premises. I will never give them my business ever again. Mind you I have used this location in the past. Never again.

Please do not send your car here. They will ignore your calls, no helpful at all. Rude, They have had my car almost 3 months and still not finished with it. Had me call the insurance company which put me on 3 way and then put us on hold, then refused to pick the line back up. They add things that are not broken to your estimate to get more money out of your insurance company. Have called them 15 times trying to get my car back. They refuse to release it to me. Called corporate and no call return and no one you can talk to. Again PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR THERE, THEY WILL TRY AND KEEP IT FOREVER AND OFFER NO CAR TO USE WHILE YOU WAIT EXTENDED WAIT TIMES. ALMOST 3 MONTHS !!!!! Don't say I didn't warn you..... yes the name on the order is charlo TehonicaService: General repairs & maintenance

I wish I didn t go to this location and stick to the one on Mt Zion, I get annoy with their customer service but they do quality work. Gerber on Citizens were sloppy, I found a part of my door that I had to search around to find it where it belongs. Glue and new scratches on my car which they file a new claim to fix. I see fingerprints all over my dashboard, leather seat and the outside of my car. It was dirty when I got it back and it was already clean on the inside. Will not be coming back.Services: Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

Worst collision center ever. Brought the car to them for 2 reasons and left with 3 issues wrong with the car. Do not send your car here if you really want it fixed, the workers do not care about your car they just want insurance money. They also took 3 weeks just to not fix my car.

My car taken to their shop on March 30th after was broken in two days prior. Since time my insurance as put in rental car for thirty days while my was in shop for repairs. I returned the rental car on May 8th while reach to Gerber was told by tech parts order for my car didn't fit so had reorder another part for my vehicle. So between my insurance company and me going back and forth with Gerber couldn't give me time frame when my car be completed. I told mgr need vehicle to get work because have already lost two days of work .

The team at Heritage are wonderful. If you read the previous reviews, you would think that this establishment was difficult and not a place of their word. I have used them indirectly 2x and the work was perfect and returned on the day as promised.My recent experience was through insurance using Geico all in 1 stop service. This was the best experience for a stressful event. Mark the manager and his team are caring and compassionate. They remember their work and customers. They treat you like family. You are updated and the Geico adjuster worked hand & hand. I left stress free. Went in on Monday and work was completed on Thursday.My caddie looks brand new..Thank you Team.

Do to the reviews on here I can clearly see why after my experience. I work for U-Haul and the office lady whome ever she was I did not get a name was acting all frustrated and rude with my manager and literally got an attitude with him. He stated to her that he didn t appreciate her being rude when he is just trying to help and she continued to go back and forth. She literally acted like a child. Embarrassing to have someone like that work for your company.

They have excellent customer service, very helpful, I'm glad I as the Tow truck driver about a collision center, and he gave me Gerber glass and collision, as a reference.
