Used car dealers generally get a bad rep and I must admit I was skeptical until I met Robert and Angelina.We bought our daughter a Kia Soul and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.They are very honest and transparent. The communication was great and their cars come with 3 month warranties.We need more used car dealers like these.

From my 1st interaction to my last Genuine Auto Brokers were "GENUINE" people. The customer service was outstanding. They weren't pushy sales people and respected my option to go compare my options prior to making a decision. They were unpfront and honest with all my inquiries, and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase before closing the deal. I'm glad I found Genuine Auto Brokers and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends

I'm writing this while waiting for a tow on the vehicle purchased from Robert Patman of Genuine Auto Brokers less than 30 days ago. He sold it to me with a coolant leak that he did not disclose and it is now overheating. According to two separate mechanics, it needs several other major repairs (including major safety issues) totaling as much as the cost of the vehicle. When I made him aware of the issues, he refused to buy back the vehicle and was extremely dismissive of my concerns. Do not buy from Genuine Auto Brokers.

Con-artistArrogant lemon sellerSold me a car that broke down in two days.Instead of fixing the issue he tries to put it off on mechanics that doesn't even work for him.Told me multiple times I should be grateful he answered the phone. Don't waste your time.The first red flag was no warranty was mentioned and he also let me drive off the lot without insurance.

Purchase a vehicle December 3, 2023 vehicle stop running December 5, 2023 contacted Mr. Robert Patman, he stated to me that the vehicle needs a engine after I purchased the vehicle for $2800 and expected me to put an engine in the vehicle that I just only had for two days consumers be aware he is a fraud.

My sister bought a car from him back in May. He said it was a very good car. He gave her a 3 month warranty on it. After she got the car home, transmission Started slipping She called him, & he said call warranty company. Warranty company refused to fix the car. He told her he would get her another car, but hasn t. When she called him to see what was going on, he gets irate . Would advise anybody looking for a car, to not use him. He evidently has favorites that he gives the good cars to.

This group works really hard for their customers, and we had a great interaction with them during our car purchasing process, before, during, and after. Highly recommended, don t often do reviews but had to acknowledge this group for the public.

The car runs well but the seller gave us a car remote that he knew wasn't working and told us nothing about it. We then manually press the car lock on the inside, it only close the front doors. We have to go and manually close the two back doors individually. When we called the seller, he got irate about it and said that he sells many cars and can not give detail on each car. He went away for the weekend and told us that he would contact us on his return. This never happened. Will never use him again.

I bought two cars , and they both are still running and moving I love my vehicles he made sure before I left the lot that I was satisfied and if something was wrong he had it fixed and if minor issues are wrong such as a window relay he will send you to his mechanic, he is the best !!!!! You should go to him his cars are reliable and clean and he will make sure you are happy !!!!
