I have been going to Firestone for over 25 years . Since they are a national chain. HaveAlways provide great customer service, you can get car care complete for only $9.99. I love Harvey S. Firestone motto fundamental is honesty, he changed the way we drive.

I went in for an alignment recheck and I was in and out in no time. Cornell was very professional and showed me I was off and fixed my problem. I will be returning for the recommended maintance suggested on my paperwork. I have no worries they would do a excellent job. The tech Allen did a great job as well.

The ONLY reason I came here was because my mom bought me new tires for my birthday. Customer service... TRASH!! I asked twice after waiting 2 1/2 hours how long it would take.. NOTHING!! Then the mechanic with them earth worm looking braids in his hair flying in my car like he ain't got no sense. Folks going back and forth arguing about something stupid!!! I will not be coming back here at all. Don't guarantee me a time and then go past it 2 hours. I'm so irritated, I could bite somebody ear off. Get your own flavor of this place but for ME?? NAAAAH!!!

I hit one of Henry county's potholes and it gave me a flat at 6p. All tire shops I called closed at 6p. I found this place and they closed at 7p. And since I have run flats, I was able to drive to this location. Cornel and his crew got me in and took care of my car!

I was coming from another Firestone location in Riverdale had the worst experience ever and had to tow my car to this location ( Morrow). Miss Sheila (front office person ) She gave me the BEST customer service experience. She took care of answering all my questions, she took care of my car she made sure that everything was right done properly on my vehicle. Thank you for your customer service thank you for being there for me.. Keep up the Hard

I wished I read the reviews before taking my car to this location on 11-20-23. I received 4 new tires, brake pads, battery, and a front/right wheel bearing replacement ($1800 +). I had to bring it back 3 weeks later, because the technician messed up the front wheel bearing. The technician are too young, inexperience, and not trust worthy. And so, is the manager. My car sat there for 4 days, because the original tech who worked on it, couldn't be found. And the other techs didn't won't to touch it. Because they knew he f up. I had to take it to Tire Plus on Tara Blvd. Come to find out, my spindle was damaged cause by the wheel bearing. They got me right, but I was without a vehicle for 8 days. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!

On 11-11-23 Firestone tried to pull a fast one on me. Took my 17 Chevy equinox for an alignment, they said I needed front lower control arms on both sides. The estimated cost was 800 plus for service. My car has less than 95000 miles on it, I said OK & quickly drove off. Went to another alignment shop,to get a second opinion, and they performed the service with NO issues...(GOOD LUCK),

I took my truck to this place and they left it worse look for yourself, caster and camber weight off steering wheel cookie. They put my truck three times on his rack and that s how they left it after 3 times. Worst place for a alignment

Horrrrrible ! 0/10!! I do not recommend for not even air in your tire long wait times ..on seperate occasions. Horrible customer service lazy workers , bad (lying) new manger! I wouldn t say they truly enjoy work especially guy with beads and braids

My 2nd time at this location. No complaints. I love the communication. The bathroom is super clean which you don t find at many Firestone locations. I ve NEVER had issues with repairs after leaving Firestone and I ve been getting my cars maintenance done with them for 8yrs now. The ONLY issue I ve ever had with all locations is that I have babies and there aren t any baby changing stations.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I gave it 4 stars since they did help with a late Saturday afternoon emergency. My sister's tire blew out on 285 with the kids in the car with her. After the HERO helped with the temp tire we had to find a replacement ASAP.Guy was friendly but their prices were fairly high. Their tire deal did not start until that following Monday. But we were not going to wait 2 more days to come back for the deal, as he suggested. People do have to work. Anyhow, 4+ hours later, vehicle was repaired, pocket was crying but life goes on. Good for in a pinch, but pricing wise, no different than the overpriced dealership.

Left my car with the female store manager for an hour and a half because I was told it would be a half of an hour for an alignment and my car was next. Came back and was told my car was not even started yet. An entirely different vehicle was being worked on and that mine was (still) next. The female manager walked off while I was waiting to find out this information and a technician had to deliver the message. TERRIBLE customer service. The good news is I ended up having to find somewhere else and another service center had a Groupon deal that saved me $40 so thanks Firestone (I guess ). I also panned to buy two new tires but I ll have to get those somewhere else as well this is my local store but I ll be driving to a more Peachtree city , Marietta , or Fayetteville residents type of area. We had to stop here after losing pressure in our engine on our drive from Michigan to Florida. It was not an ideal circumstance, however we stopped at Firestone due to reputation and the fact that they were open! Randy assisted us and did part of the intake. They can t get us in until Monday, however he was still willing to run the scanner and give us an idea of what the error code is. He was extremely pleasant to work with, and very kind and conversational. He was respectful and knowledgeable and let me ask a lot of questions. The circumstances are not great however this experience, so far, has been as positive as it can be for something going wrong!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I wish I had read the reviews before visiting this Morrow Firestone. They falsely increased my diagnostic quote for brakes and tire rotation. The quoted price a Firestone rep stated was $900 more than the dealership.

They are extremely rude. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt because rude people tend to know how to fix cars in GA. Very bad mistake I made! They ordered the incorrect parts twice and made a wrong one day trip 3+ trips and an 8 hour wait to be seen when I was next in line. They let so many others in ahead of me, fixed and serviced them and finally got to my vehicle! Please choose somewhere else!!!!Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Don't go here if you value your safety! This staff is dishonest, rude, and untrustworthy. Its a shame that as a woman you can not receive honest service instead I was lied to and after the work was completed 2 men whom represented themselves as managers and took my keys the following day under the guise of changing out a headlight bulb (which end up taking 2hrs) I wasn't rude because there were other clients also waiting with little to explanation waiting for their cars as well. Instead of being honest and saying they removed the new parts and replaced them with old broken ones they lied and just handed me my keys back without saying a word. If you don't have the articulation to tell your customers the truth you need a new job! I will be following up with corporate because this is a SAFETY ISSUE as well as a financial issue because who wants to miss out on money because a shop held your car for no reason. Its a shame that when the manager Ross or Roy (I can't remember) was confronted with their dishonesty he continued to lied even though he called me on the stores recorded line telling me that the work had been approved. I have a receipts of everything including a recording of todays exchange that I will be emailing to corporate. If the brakes needed to be removed they could have been honest and said that instead over 48hrs of my time was wasted. Please hire new front desk staff or atleast educated them on assumed liability because had my safety been compromised, would it have been worth the lie! I don't recommend it. It has a super slow service. A snail can do things faster than the employees who are there. I was there for almost 8 hours for a alignment of tires. I understand that I didn't have an appointment but they told me that a maximum of two hours because I had 3 cars in front of me.

Lasundra was a breath of fresh air. While things were extremely busy and eveb chaotic at times, she remained professional, friendly and courteous. She continuously updated me on the status of my vehicle, greeted other customers as they entered the building and was polite to all that called the desk phone. Thank you Lasundra for your great customer service, great conversation and your great spirit.

They were so concerned with selling me services I didn't need that they failed to do the ones I did. Tire I had only owned approximately two months had an unrepairable puncture from a screw. I bought a replacement on tire rack and came in to have the new tire mounted and balanced, then the rears rotated to the front. Guy pulls in my car, comes back a few minutes later tells me my brakes are pulsating. Car is still on a donut at this point, nothing has been removed or inspected but they tell me a brake inspection is free and they'll take a look. Few more minutes go by, comes back again. Tells me "The steering wheel is crooked when the wheels are straight. Needs an alignment" I instruct them that I came in for a tire install and rotation, don't need anything else. When the service is done, during checkout the guy again tells me my brakes are pulsating and I need an alignment. He does not say that I have a warped rotor or need new pads, nothing specific about my problem.I get in the car and drive off. Now I have vibrations that weren't there when I came in. There is no pulsating in the brakes whatsoever. I have a performance vehicle and don't trust these basic shops with things like alignment so I take it to a dealer to have it checked - it's literally factory spec. Dealer also states no pulsating or issues with the brakes. But guess what? New tire wasn't balanced at all. Take a look, yep, no weights on the wheel whatsoever. And guess what else? The rotation I came in for? They rotated the tires side to side on my FWD vehicle, not forward across so my lower tread depth tires are still on the front. If plain incompetence wasn't enough explanation I would think failing to balance the wheel was an intentional decision to bring me back in to solve the "pulsating" and "alignment" issues.The only good mark I can give them is that the tire is on the wheel. Everything else ranged from incompetence to outright scam.Service: Tires

Was on a 9hr trip and my tire sensor showed I had 28psi out of 40 so I stopped at this Firestone since I ve used this company before. Great customer service from the guy with the black earring (forgot his name) checked my tire out on the spot and made sure I was good to go. Went above and beyond for a random stranger. If you are seeking to take your vehicle here don t. I literally just spoke with a female this morning to confirm an appointment for tomorrow. She was not friendly AT ALL. She cut me off, I wasn t allowed the chance to even attempt to express any additional concerns I had about my vehicle nor did I want to any longer. If that s the type of customer service that is given to a consumer via phone, I can only imagine how you are treated in person. I would recommend if you are looking for a repair facility that willing to FIRST be courteous and listen to you and not be nasty and rude. Please look somewhere else because this would not be the location for you. It is really sad what the world is coming to and how nasty people are these days. Good luck to y all!Service: Tires

I arrived at Firestone late this evening with a bursted tire hoping I would get serviced the same day. He did everything he could to get me up and running. When I tell you I m so thankful I met this gentleman Sae (shay). His all around personality was above expectation as well as his customer service. It was only him and 1 mechanic there but they got me in and out. He could ve turned me around and said no I don t have time we are closing in a few hours. I had a schedule appointment at 7am 10/27/2022. I saw someone pull in the parking lot @ 7:20 am and unsure if they worked there. I waited another 5 minutes and shop still close at 7:25 am. Don't have available appointments at 7am if you know no one is going to be there. You are wasting people time. If they can't open on time, how can I trust them with my car. I just left.

Purchased a set of tires, and they are really great tires. Service advisor Shay really went out of his way to make me happy. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because of the excessive long wait.
