My first visit 02/13/2024. Very cordial and professional. Waiting/Receptionist area was very clean. The price to diagnose my car was very civil, and then I was informed that this charge would go towards the repairs if I elected to get it. I was also told they would warrant labor and their parts. They also install your own parts. Thanks a lot for your honesty. I didn't need any services today.

The absolute most honest and reliable mechanic I've ever had. He's worked on almost every vehicle I've owned, and I've never had to fix the same thing twice. Very honest. God bless Tai and his staff.

Man Tai delivers every time! I don t know what to say. I live close so I bring my cars here any time they need work. I will hate when I move because I will have to find another mechanic but he will get you in and out. I ve drop my car early morning and by afternoon it s ready.When I move I may still have to bring it to him

Don't remember his name but I will always remember his kindness. He gave me faith in the business man with integrity again and they're a rare breed indeed now a days. We made it sir, we had a wonderful time with our grands and we are safely home again thanks to you.

It's really hard these days to find a good mechanic, even in the big dealerships. We have had so many bad experiences and we are SO LUCKY that we found this place!!!. The owner is honest, efficient, fast, well priced. So glad we found this place and that's where we'll be going from now on. Thank you so much for the AWESOME service.

This place is the best. Often the dealership such as Mercedes will not even look at a car over 10 years old. Very knowledgeable about all makes of cars and even advised me to go to the dealership if it was sold that my warranty should cover and saved me money on a few occasions.

If you have a nice vehicle. 2015 or above I wouldn t waste your time coming here. You could get the same work done at a certified dealer for $20 more and be in a comfortable environment and amazing amenities (worth the $20 if you ask me). Tony, whom is a very nice guy DID NOT communicate to me that since the original breaks I brought to have put on made a grinding noise that I would have to pay the SAME PRICE twice in one day to perform the service again.Now I understand that he performed the service twice, so getting paid twice makes sense. I would have rather them communicate that to me instead of assuming I understood how these things work. Give your customer the OPTION to go elsewhere. I wouldn t have drove 1hour total just to come back and pay $130 To get my FRONT brakes changed. He could have at least took half off.Not to mention he didn t know my rotors aren t even a year old and tried to swindle me into refacing (resurfacing) my brand new rotors for an additional $100. (Picture of rotors in yelp review)With that being said, I ve been coming here for 4 years concerning my 07 Honda Accord, but with this experience I will not be bringing back either of my vehicles unless hell freezes over and I will not recommend new business any further. I m giving 2 stars because Tai (the owner) has been great up until he hired this guy.

Tai is great! He has been my Mechanic since 1997. Fair, honest and reasonable. He knows what he is doing. Previously worked at a Honda dealer prior to starting his own business.

Let me tell you. I have been having problems with my a/c in my car for a while. & my check engine light came on one day. After that I car started to jerk. When I tell you TAI fixed a/c in my car & told me what else was wrong with it. I appreciate him for that. He didn't just take my money. He told me what was wrong with my car. What needed to be fixed. & wethere my car is worth the price or not. I will continue to take my cars to him from here on out. He didn't over charge me or anything. He is great & has awesome customer service.

Years ago, when we had our first Honda Accord, we found Thai through my brother-in-law. He was amazing! For a while, we lost him. Now, we found him again, and he is working on our second round of Hondas. I believe this man is an expert in all things Honda. He is highly recommended!

Tai has done good work for our 95 Toyota Corolla. And his prices were fair/average. Diagnosis were correct and we will continue taking our cars to him.

Been using this mechanic for years and have recommended family members that love the great service. Hard to trust a mechanic because of bad experiences so when you find a great one you stick with them.
