Found the exact van I wanted and the process was so easy it was hard to believe. Ralph was great. I didn t do a thorough check of everything during the test drive and he took the time after I d signed the paper and he went through all of the features and made sure they were working. I highly recommend. Fast, friendly service.

Well! I am back to update my review. After a long unsuccessful car search I decided to try this location again. I worked with a gentleman named Adam. He was VERY patient with me and addressed my concerns. He took his time to help me and explain everything to me and most of all he got me in a car! I was so happy and so thankful! He even gave a really nice gesture by putting a bow on my car when I came to take my new ride home. That meant a lot to me! I will definitely recommend this place and will come again if needed! Thank you Drivetime & Adam for helping me get a brand new ride!

Went to DriveTime for the first time and had Adam as our salesman & he was absolutely great!! Told him what I was looking for and he found just that. I recommend you go see him, he ll get you in and out with a great purchase for your money !!!!

Jeremy &Ralph were amazing. The entire staff was amazing if I can be honest. Ralph was the one to sell me my car and he was absolutely amazing. He was fast, efficient and made sure he was extremely professional ! I would recommend them again any time! He made this process so stress free and quick.

My experience with Ralph was actually great. Had some issues getting car insurance. He allowed me to put the car in the layaway for 7 days but I came back 10 days later and it was still tucked away for me I did get the LoJack, the app that you can repost your car if it s stolen, but it also tells you your drive time I drove for 1 hour and 36 mins before my check engine light just happened to cut on. So don t decline the silver rock protection!!! My car has been in the shop for 2 of the 4 days I ve had it! And now I m back spending money on Uber which is super frustrating! And don t do your review while you sitting in there like they will encourage you to do! This is the exact reason why I waited! And I m happy I did! I m taking a star - away because it s wild after I just signed all these papers the check engine light would be my first problem! And then it was just like.. well, you do have silver rock call them!

I found me something nice, up to date, and affordable. The teams great! I've worked work Jeremy before on a previous vehicle, he's great! This time I worked with Adam and he's good in my book as well. Thanks guys for understanding my concerns and for all your help.

Destiny Vaughn is amazing and a great multitasking. With the world on her shoulders, she still manages to go above and beyond. It was great working with her and she deserves an excellent bonus. I watched her take care of me and 5 clients today, go us our cars and didn't lose her cool. Job well done.

DO NOT FINANCE, PURCHASE, OR WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION. Drivetime will do a good job at getting you a car to ride in. But for how long ? They say that mechanical issues are ideal and that they pass all their cars through an inspection but this can t be accurate. I purchased a car from them in July of 2023, it is now March of 2024. I haven t had the car for a whole year yet and I have been having issues with it ever since. They give their customers a 5 day Test drive for you to see if you want to keep the car and get used to it. However, on that 6th day of me having the car the check engine light came on. I called and informed them of what happened then and all they told me was I had to contact SilverRock because they handle all mechanical issues with the car. They didn t take the car back or try and accommodate me and switch the car. All I got was oh I m sorry that s happening. It s now 7 months later and the car has only gotten worse. THEY WILL SELL YOU A LEMON! LOOK AT THOSE ONE STAR REVIEWS AND BELIEVE THEM! I hate that I didn t and I trusted the good ones. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE ! I have called multiple times and they only instruct me to call the warranty place. How could you continue selling these cars that have problems with them. Those inspections are not thorough. I recently called again and they told me since I bought the car last year, there is nothing they can do. What kind of answer is that when I been called the 6th day of me having the car. It will forever be an excuse and I m tired of it. Don t buy here !! They encourage their customers to leave a good review, but have those same customers come back and give you an update on their purchase! I m trying to save anyone else from making this huge mistake like I did.

First time buyer and I can really say my guy Ralph took care of me. I was having some delays with some things and he and the receptionist even stayed later to help work things out. Very serene, welcoming atmosphere man and the car buying process is as simple as I've ever seen it!! I would definitely recommend drive time to anyone but this location in particular.

My experience with car salesman Adam was great. He made the process simple and easy. He was very friendly and got me into a nice sporty ride. I would highly recommend drive time. This was by far the fastest I ve ever got put in a ride. Thanks Adam you re the best!!!!

So happy with my experience at Drivetime!!! Ralph was amazing! We came in exhausted and feeling defeated from searching for a vehicle for 2 weeks after our car was totaled in an accident. We have challenged credit and didn't have a huge down payment so we had been turned away by 7 different places. We walked in Drive Time Morrow and felt welcomed and important from the start! They offered us a great vehicle with low mileage that looks brand new! We will definitely use them the next time we buy a car! Go to Drive Time Morrow and ask for Ralph!

Ralph Jennings was excellent. I apperciated his calm demeanor- he made it a completely seemless process and it was easier buying a car with him than going to the grocery store . I was in and out, he clearly understood the process. Overall 10/10! Thanks Ralph!

I purchased a Vehicle these guys today and I'm telling you I couldn't be any happier!!! Shenea and Jeremy are both awesome at what they do!! They got me in and out as fast as possible considering I drove 4 hours to their store. Definitely can tell why they are where they are with their careers!!! Too notch service!!
