My truck seats were in terrible condition. One of the frames was even broken without my knowledge. Got my truck back, complete 360�!Amazing job. Don is exceptional and takes great pride in what he does. Very timely too, even if it means working late nights to get it done. He'll keep you updated every step of the way. Great man. Very professional. I've since used his services again and will be going back in the future. Highly recommend!!!!Thank you!!

I really appreciate Don, his work is amazing. He was very professional and took time out to help get my wife car done fast and right, before she had to be back to work. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the work Don completed on my car. He was able to schedule me the next day and completed my car in one day. The price was very reasonable and Don was very professional. I highly recommend him!

Had a last minute upholstery repair. I ll called several shops and Don s shop was the only one who answered immediately and made sure he was able to address my repair and even working into the evening to make it happen!! The finished repair looks great and I will be definitely recommending his services to everyone!

I can t express how grateful I am to Mr.carleon. He helped me when I was in a pinch and went above and beyond!! Even staying late to get the job done. Don is AMAZING! I've used his service 2x so far. I was extremely satisfied with his professionalism on both visits. I called the day of and he fixed my leather armrest in 1 hour. Got my vw tiguan headliner redone, it was sagging bad all over. Excellent work and quality! They even cleaned the visors which shows their attention to detail. Don't even attempt to fix this your self, to get it done right you need the pros which Don CARLEON UPHOLSTERY handles easily. Cost is fair and quality is excellent. Highly recommend and feels like a new car.

Kenneth was amazing!!!! Got me in as soon as possible to replace my headliner. Very reasonable in price. Communication was superb, even with the rain delaying him. He s very friendly and showed great customer service. I don t write reviews often but Based on my entire experience, I highly recommend him. He exceeded my expectations and my car looks great!

Ken is amazing and his work speaks the same! He helped me to surprise my husband with a new headliner for his 740il and he loved it! Ken also went above and beyond to help fix an issue with the sunroof. He really cares about customer satisfaction and is timely with his work. Outstanding service, I went to get my headliner done but ended up adding my carpet as well. Don was professional, saw his previous work which by far is the best I've seen. I will be back next month to get my interior done as well. Great service and wonderful price.

Mr. Ken did a great job repairing my armrest on the driver's door. The work was done right. I thought that because his price was much lower than all the other quotes I received from other competitors, that his work would be lacking quality. I was wrong. His work exceeded my expectations. This man is a God sent. Carpet on the floor of my car on the driver side was cut too short by a previous owner. I got 3 estimate and all quoted me a price of $75 or more and requested to keep the car for a full day. Don repaired the carpet in approximately 20 minutes and it was done professionally and it looks really good. By the way, he did not charge me anything. He stated when you are courteous and you do a good job, you will continue to prosper. I gave him $20, but is sending him another customer . Service is great and delivered as promised. The leather driver seat in my convertible were split and the seat belt shoulder strap were pealing apart. Don not only repaired the leather but explain to me how to care and to properly use them so it doesn't happen again. If you are looking for quality work on the interior of your vehicle ranging from repairs to total customization, from the epitome of what it means to be a professional, my husband and I highly recommend Don Carleon Auto Upholstery. Kenneth's work is EXCEPTIONAL, he is efficient and he meets his own set deadline, while maintaining communication with the customer.My husband and I purchased a car for our daughter, which was to be a surprise for her 17th Birthday, but the inside needed some repairs. Repairs that seemed major to my husband and I - driver and passenger side top door panel material had totally disconnected, looking as if it had been cut and tried to be replaced by a failed DYI job and a totally different color steering wheel than the entire interior color of the vehicle (steering wheel had been replaced, using a steering wheel from another vehicle...steering wheel was tan, car interior was gray), but was a light job for Kenneth, as we were told. We only had four days until her Birthday presentation, so we were very concerned that the vehicle may not have been ready in time. Kenneth knew exactly what to do for the vehicle, explained what happened to cause the material to seperate as it did (is VERY knowledgeable on different makes and models of vehicles) and made ALL repairs, turning it around in a little over 24 hours just as he promised!We now have perfectly matched gray door panel material that looks original to the car, put in place as if new, along with a gray steering wheel!!! We can not wait for our daughter to receive her birthday present! Kenneth's prices are affordable, yet the work is IMPECCABLE! We will be using him again for our other vehicles. We are WELL PLEASED and we highly recommend him!
