Went in there for battery issues, just needed them to check it, after 2 days of not hearing back from them l, I called and was told give them another day ??? Too do what look at my car or fix it, told them I m otw to get my car I ll take it somewhere else, that s when I was told to bring in a new battery, I bring in a new battery and was told it would take a hour to change, ok cool I come back 2 hours later, was given my key and told my battery is in my car, they didn t even change the battery smh just a waste of my time HORRIBLE customer serviceService: Auto battery replacement

This was the worst place ever the asian guy named Chi had an attitude the entire process I overpaid not knowing the cost of services. He did not listen when I tried to explain the service that I needed and what was going on and he went in and fixed what he wanted to. He mentioned all his help quit and i see why with his nasty attitude. He did not want to explain anythingto me. When I picked my car up the heat was blowing but it started to overheat he wanted to charge a whole new price for a different repair. This was the worst experience ever. Customer beware of this business you will thank me later. Not an honest business at all!!!!

I would not go anywhere else. They have saved my butt several times. Prices are fair and they are very knowledgeable. Always treated great.

Fuel pump replaced. After replacing I had a check engine light. Took my car back to explain and Chi told me to leave car so that he can recheck it. After seeing code P0181 which is the fuel temperature sensor which is inside the fuel pump, he immediately called me and told me to come pick up my car because he could not find the problem. He wouldn't even give me the codes. He didn't want his mechanics going back into the fuel tank. (Manhours). He got outrageous with me. Chi is supposedly the manager and with that attitude I picked up my car and said I will never go back there again. he deserves a Zero for his attitude. $195 lost because my car sputters down the road.

Worst place to take a vehicle. They Are unprofessional and very rude. They do not read codes . I took my Ford Expedition to them because it was shaking and the code stated timing belt. I did not disclose this information to see if they would diagnose the same problem. They did not they kept it all day without calling me and when I called the hours later they said I need a new engine which would cost $4000.00. I went to pickup my vehicle and on the way home it stopped on me in the middle of the road (this has never happened before). When I called them they said they don t know why it stopped and they didn t do anything to my vehicle, which is incorrect. My vehicle never stopped on me before. This auto repair shop is a ripoff and I will not recommend it to anyone. Be careful of a business who try to take advantage of you and when you call them they pretend they don t understand what you are saying.

Would've given 5 stars but this place lacks customer service. They fortunately had the parts needed to replace my brake pads for my 2012 BMW 5 series. It did not take them a long time to replace my rear brake pads and sensor. I was totally impressed. I initially went to the one off Jonesboro Road but they didn't have the "special tool" even though I called and was asked the year and model of my vehicle. I will be back but I'll know not to expect much when it comes to customer service. You can beat the prices if you have a foreign vehicle.

As I tow truck driver every time I pick a vehicle up or drop one from this location. The people here are not the friendliest. Hopefully they're mechanic skills are better than their people skills

they have had my car for over three weeks a misfiring problem got the computer from Ford. gave the vin number to get the right part.Certified got an outside company to program the computer after three try's they tell me it's the wrong part I can't get my money back due to it being an electronic part and Ford's return policy I'm into this Repair for 1500 dollars already and have no car yet.i have had work done before at the other location and was very satisfied.not this time!

NEVER GO HERE!! OVER PRICED. TRIED TO CHARGE $175 FOR A 15 MIN JOB. OWNER WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL OVER THE PHONE.

If I could rate them no I would , worst customer service ever, had my car for a week did not touch my car are call me back, I call them the manager had an attitude this shop is located on forest parkway don't waste your time I pick up my took it to another shop

HE GAVE US A VERY REASONABLE PRICE, AND WHEN THERE WERE MORE ISSUES THAN I ORIGINALLY THOUGHT- HE SHOWED US IN PERSON EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG, AND SHOWED US THE NEW PARTS HE BOUGHT TO FIX IT. IT WAS DONE IN A FEW DAYS, CONSIDERING I HAD TO HAVE THE ENTIRE COOLING SYSTEM REPLACED.
