I have to give them 5 stars because they were the only place that could figure out what was wrong with my GMC(check engine light). Other shops did unnecessary work although the reader was requesting to change those specific parts.. I don't know why I've been going to these none name brand mechanic shops in the first place. Had to sent an appointment but it went exactly as expected.. I'll go back but I don't think I'm going to need to anytime soon

Reached out in early July 2023 regarding the servicing of my vehicle and as of August 9th, even after again leaving messages, the service advisor assigned to my vehicle, Joe, has yet to return a phone call. Over 30 days, really? Who operates like that? I left a message with a supervisor, let s see how long it takes for a call to be returned. Not pleased. I m in Ohio and my vehicle is in Georgia. Not pleased with the unresponsiveness from Hennessy Buick Service!!
