I have a 2015 Camaro had now for three years I come to auto quick to get oil change since I had it never had a problem. About a month ago I got a tune up and oil change which I felt like it was over priced and then I get my car it was scratched up I didn t have this on my vehicle when I got there also not only that I went to take my vehicle in another shop the mechanic told me my cover where you put the oil at was loose it was barely on so when they did a diagnostic it read I had a leak and that was the reason why I had a leak due to the oil top wasn t on. Smdh i will never ever ever go back to them again do not go to these people they are trifling low down azz people

This our third time using this location. Very satisfied with all repairs done. They kept us informed. Our car parts are hard to find especially after Covid. Our car runs great now. It's ok... customer service 5 respectable & cool personality (young man receptionist).... work 3 1/2 could be better.... prices 3 1/2.... just like everybody... prices a lil steep... would I use them again...yes mainly for oil change... nothing major

I d been coming to them for services for about 2 years. That s the reason for their extra star. Last year I had them to replace my engine. My radiator hose had to be replaced as well. I had to wait about a month for my radiator to be shipped over seas because no one had it in the country and it was on back order. Long story short, It has been about 7 months and I am in need of another radiator hose. I was told by a family trusted mechanic that they put electrical tape around my hose. Now I have to wait another month for another hose along with getting my transmission fixed.

BEWARE!! I am not one to leave negative reviews about establishments unless they have really deserved it. I went in last Friday to get an oil change and to have my evaporation control canister replaced. I noticed the next day that there was an oil leak in my driveway. Mind you, I take very good care of my vehicle when it comes to maintenance needed and I had no leaks prior going to their shop. I monitored the leak the rest of the weekend and I called first thing this morning to let them know that I noticed I had a leak. The lady who answered the phone, Mari, told me that she remembered the guy who worked on my car telling her about a leak and for me to come in so she can show me. I overlooked my paperwork and saw that in the section where it stated inspect for oil leaks, there were no comments. I also recalled when I picked up my vehicle and asked her how was everything, she told me that everything was fine. When I went down there, she had my vehicle raised and she showed me where the leak was coming from and said it was from the area near the rack and pinion. When I asked her why she did not notify me about the leak when I inquired about my car and why wasn t there any comments in the section on my paperwork for inspecting oil leaks, she told me that the guy forgot to put it on the paper and she forgot to tell me when I came to pick up my vehicle and asked her how everything was. When I asked to speak to the owner of the establishment, she looked at me and smiled and said that she was the owner. Long story short, she told me that they didn t do anything wrong and I ended up leaving without any resolution. I am very disappointed about the service I received from this establishment and I will definitely never be returning for any service at all!Service: Oil change

I've been going here for about 2-3yrs now. Trustworthy mechanic. One time, I got an oil change. The next day, my car was smoking. His wife told me to stop what I was doing, come in immediately to diagnose the issue. Turns out, a defective can was used. He fixed it right away, then, gave me a future free oil change. Talk about good customer service. I won't go anywhere else. I did once while they were on break and got BURNED. It's nice to have trustworthy mechanics. Big difference between the Firestone next door and Auto Quick Inc.

Me and my husband has 3 cars he has did a lot of work here so I trusted them with getting my oil change but later down the line my check engine came on every time I got a oil change here at first I was like will 02 sensor can go out and he s did too. But every time I got a oil change I ended up with a check engine light. This time I had a evap small leak and my husband had a big evap leak so now I m trying to figure out why both of us reading the same code.

Do Not come here They are making double thier money by over pricing those who do not what prices should be. I wouldn't even give them one star!RARA NEWTONI Believe they caused y'all's problem cuz I didn't have a leak until I started coming to themI believe they cause problems to get more business

Very fast service and excellent. I would recommend this place to everyone. They get the job done quick and cheap! I take all my cars here and I have not had no issues with anything that was done with it.

Front and rear brakes changed with brand new wheel baring. They did an excellent job on my Land Rover. I wI'll be back there for any issues on my vehical. No More Firestone!!!

My son got very good service and quality care. Repaired his Catalytic converter bank 2 front in 1hr and 45mins and did not break the bank.
