Affordable and fast, took my daughter's Audi here for a check engine light and they got us in and back on the road within a few days. Staff is nice also.

I have dealt with Ameri Imports for about 2 years now and they have been excellent. They communicate well and are priced very reasonably. I trust what I am told when they give me a report. This is a great shop.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

This place is legitimately unsafe and I would not recommend going here. I recently moved from Clayton County to Cobb County. When I went to take my vehicle for an oil change, the new mechanics pulled me aside to personally ask me to never go to the last place I went for my oil change. They told me the oil caps weren't replaced, oil was leaking, etc. They listed for me in detail the issues and how they knew this was serviced at a different shop.If you take your vehicle here for repair they will return the vehicle to you with issues or it being halfway fixed. Please avoid this place for you and your family's safety.Service: Oil change

I took my mini cooper to Ameri IMPORTS for diagnosis and was told I needed a timing belt. I gave them permission to fix it. They kept my car for weeks waiting on the part. When I picked it up I told my car now needed bearings. I drove my car 20/25 miles before returning it for the additional repairs they said needed. I left my car there and went out to town for 7days. Upon returning I was told the car was ready for pickup. I picked up my car drove it home, then drove it about 5 more minutes to another location. I turned off my car and when I tried to start it there was knocking sound, then it cut off. Someone saw I was in distress and offered to check the oil in my car. I watched as my car smoked and discovered there wasn't any oil in my car at all. I ask the person to put 4 quarts oil in the engine but unfortunately the engine was already destroyed. I had it towed back to Ameri IMPORTS, they kept my car 5 more days just to tell me it must be a oil leak which wasn't. They then changed and said my pistons had gone back and they couldn't do anything to help. I'm 75 years and trusted these people to do the right thing but I was totally taken advantage of. I paid them over $4,000 and my car engine is destroyed, my car is sitting in front of my home right now and ameri IMPORTS hasn't taken responsibility for any of this. They took advantage of an elderly lady and act like it's my fault. They are being reported for taking my money, damaging my car and not giving the service promised. Please be careful SENIORS especially females!!!!! This shop advertise prayer in their shop window but, they should remember GOD punish the wicked who take pleasure in harming the meek! They will reap what they have sown!!!

My family and i are on vacation and our van started misfiring, the mechanics here are very nice and got us in immediately to get us back on the road. Could not thank them enough for their awesome service!! Totally recommend!

My Range Rover had been sitting up at another mechanic for months because of over pricing.. I took my car to this guy and it was fixed in a few hours after my parts arrived.. My Range Rover is back all the way right! This mechanic is very nice and knowledgeable and will tell you all you need to k ow before paying. Good help os hard to find.. If you find this mechanic then keep him

They did not repair my vehicle at all it was there for 5 weeks. When I went to pick up the vehicle cause they told me they would not fix it cause they couldn't get the part my catalytic converter was missing along with other parts of the vehicle they have no cameras in the parking lot and won't do anything about it. I. I used to trust them for all of my Volkswagen needs I Volkswagen needs and now I'm calling the Better Business Bureau in an attorney.

They are a small shop but they do pretty good work. I dealt with them for years.. I've had to take my car back after a repair before but they tried to rectify the issue.

Jahyr was super helpful and very knowledgeable. I took my car which was not in his expertise but he took the time to learn and fix the problem. He genuinely cares about his customers and was willing to go above and beyond to help me. I've been to dealerships where they simply don't care and after the money, so it's nice to know I can rely on a honest and caring mechanic!

As a woman I ve always been warned about mechanics taking advantage of us. I can say that these guys are awesome and don t do that I m always comfortable that they are giving me the right information. I really respect them and appreciate them for that .

I had service dont here once before and was well pleased. They prices are decent for a import repair shop. They are pleasant to speak with too.. However, after repeated returns I am not so pleased with there organization and attention to details.I called on a Monday to set up a day to bring in my call for the repairs they diagnosed(A.I.R Pump and sensor replacement, and an addition repair (front upper control arm). They confirmed for me to bring it Thursday Morning, which I did at 830am. There was not record of the appt, no knowledge of what work would be needed or work order ready. I want a great price on my car repairs but more than that I want organization, efficiency and courtesy. Set date and time to which actual work will be started, everyone should be knowledgeable of appointments and work order and if there are issues that will inconvenience the customer. Call and give them notification.I picked up car Friday afternoon and work was completed properly on the items they could complete due strippedbolt issue. I will return for work and the overall service will determine if I will continue using them. I feel positive about their work and service going forward.Take this experience and make your determination of how you will like to proceed. Again, price and quality of work i have yet to have a problem.

I took my BMW X5 here and I honestly felt the prices are reasonable he didn't sugar coat anything with me I appreciated his honesty....My air works again and I'm very thankful!

DO NOT GO HERE! I paid over $700 to get my brakes and rotars changed just to have cheap parts put on my car. My car constantly squeaks and for the money I paid there shouldn t be any noise what s so ever. I took my car to get looked at by them, because of the warranty, and they stated that they don t hear the noise so they won t replace anything plus was given an attitude. Don t give these con artists your money go to Rainbow Muffler!

Today I feel like a luckiest guy in the world. I was driving from Michigan to Jacksonville and I stopped in this shop because my engine fan doest work. Nobody wants to help me except this people. They fixed my problem with professionalism and honesty. I recommend this shop 100%.God bless Ameri Import staff for helping me solving this problem.

I'm an exponentially grateful to Raul and the staff at Ameri Imports. Being on a road trip thousands of miles from home and having car issues is a nightmare in itself and the ordeal of finding a trustworthy mechanic to service your vehicle is a whole other one. Raul spent considerable time with we on multiple phonecalls to help me figure out the cheapest place to get my part after honestly expressing that they may not be there best option in that regard, then quoted me a very fair price, only to charge me LESS upon payment because the job didn't interfere with their queue. It was an overall pleasant outcome for a completely unexpected and very nerve-racking situation . THANKS AMERI!!!! much obliged

We broke down and barely put it into their shop. They worked on it for 2 hours. Found out what the problem was and told us. Then we had to have her car towed home. And they didn't charge us a penny. One of the first honest mechanics I've ever seen!

Paid $900 and my check engine light came back on within 20 mins of driving off.Originally came in bc my car said "Oil pressure low. Turn engine off". I told him that I thought it was the PCV valve but I needed him to diagnose it to make sure.Incorrectly diagnosed my vehicle and I have the exact same sensor going off as when I dropped the car off a week ago. Can't drive it bc it says turn engine off as soon as I do.Only difference from when I dropped it off is that now I have wasted $900 and still I have to take it somewhere elseBusiness owner said " I drove your car home last night and everything was fine but now the oil pressure light is back on"I tell him that's the entire reason I bought the car there and he tells me I'm lying, yells at me and hangs up. When I call back (bc I want my money back) his assistant answers and says he's busy

I love Ameri Imports they are the best! Fast service , fair pricing and excellent knowledgeable mechanics. I've been going here for about 7 or more years. NOBOBY TOUCHES MY CAR BUT AMERI IMPORTS!

Honest and Reliable, awesome people....I went in fustrated, had to have my brake master cylinder replaced and came out happy. Lowest price I have gotten so far and I have went to a lot of dealerships in Riverdale/Jonesboro/Morrow/Fayetteville

Great customer serviceWhen I tell you I was blessed by finding themWas going to BMW South Atlanta the customer service there was horrible would never take my car back to them now that I found this shop to bring my carPrices are cheaper than BMW of South Atlanta as wellAnd being a woman we need shops like this that we can trust that they are doing right by us so if you re looking for a great mechanic bring your BMW and try them out you will be happy

This place is a scam. They kidnapped my car for a month after they lied and said they knew what was wrong. Charged $5000 for repairs that werent needed and the problem was never fixed. Dont go here biggest mistake ull make.
