I took my Ford F150 to Allan Vigil Ford for some warranty work on March 19, 2024. On March 28, 2024, the service advisor, Alexandria Paige, contacted me. She advised me that during the removal of a part, a bolt broke and fell into the exhaust manifold. Attempts to retrieve the bolt were unsuccessful and had to be removed. The exhaust manifold, gaskets, studs, and nuts had to be replaced. I approved the $650.00 repair because my vehicle was in the shop for a week. I spoke to a few mechanics and service advisors that I know to ensure I was not overthinking this, and they suggested that I talk to a manager. I drafted an email to General Manager Jeff Morrell, and he had Service Manager Holly Buchannan contact me about why I was charged for a bolt breaking off while removing a part. She advised this was a situation beyond their control, but she would look to see if she could find any discounts and get back to me. This was April 5, 2024. As of April 9, 2024, I am still waiting for a follow-up. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled. The total cost of my repair was $4682.34. I have gone to Allan Vigil Ford for years because of the service. I have other dealerships closer to me. I will be re-evaluating where I get my vehicles serviced.

I recently brought my car in for recall fixes and service light being on. From the moment I pulled up I was greeted and escorted to my service provider Tonya who was very nice. She called for me a shuttle to get me home. The driver was also very nice. When it was time to pickup my vehicle, the shuttle came to pick me up. This driver was also very polite. When I got there, it was easy check out. My car had been washed and vacuumed without me even asking. Everyone did a great job and I will be back in the future!

Terrible customer service from the service department! Karina was rude and seemed bothered everytime we spoke. Took my car in for a service advance trac problem, showed them pictures and videos and a noise coming from the front right. They said the noise was bc I needed a new sway bar link and syncing my new rack and pinion would fix the advancetrac. Paid $600 and picked it up and NEITHER of the issues were fixed. They obviously did not test drive it all or else they would ve realized or maybe they did and just didn t care enough. We called back telling them the issues were still happening and they said I could bring it back in and they could rediagnose it but all the money I already paid them would not be put towards it. DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Would give them 0 stars if I could

It was seem less and very informative. My dealer Justin was sooo helpful in not having me at the dealership for 4 hours. We stated the process online and the phone. They really work with you. I love Lincolns and they are by far the best Lincoln dealers in the south send side of Georgia

You call and call and get no help AFTER PAYING THEM A WEEK AGO TO FIX YOUR CAR $800+ . You ask to speak to the manager and they tell you text her ! Okay that s fine if you can get a text back. We texted her at 12 this afternoon. She responded ONCE at 4:45. How helpful is that if you close at 5. No help, no accountability and the car is still stuck on the side of the road. Now searching for the district manager number.

They play games with the numbers to try and screw you over. I called and asked for their best price, with a special going for 0% Ford financing on the mach-e. They sent me an out the door pricing breakdown with the The price of the vehicle 2000 more than on their own website. When i called them out on this, they sent me a new estimate with the internet price but they added on interest so I would have paid even more for the vehicle

I wouldn t recommend this place until the quality of customer service improves. My vehicle stayed in the service center for 2 months with very poor communication. I don t know if they are under staffed or under trained but it wasn t a good experience. The original plan was for 2 weeks MAX. I didn t have any other form of transportation so rentals became costly. After filing a formal complaint, I was given a loaner but with the expectation it would pacify me. When I went to FINALLY pick my vehicle up there was no correspondence related to an apology or a let us know how it s going . I did get a note from the service tech which was cool but the service manager did not put forth any effort to close out the service considering the multiple challenges that occurred.

I scheduled an appt 1 month out to get recall camera fixed - based on that fact that they -AV said they would be getting the cameras in. I arranged my work/travel schedule to accommodate - as they need 2-3 days to complete. Since my vehicle was left there - day I dropped off I added oil change and battery. All other service items were completed - except the backup camera - the only reason I made the appt! I feel very much like the "bait and switch" was on! They will say it's out of their control on cameras - but 2 things: 1) they do get cameras in and use them on cars in the lot - mine has been blue screening for months now and 2) no one notified me days before or day of that the camera was not available? Again, not happy as i could have done these items much closer to home and not had to adjust my work schedule - still have to wait to get camera fixed.

I brought my 09 Mustang for service and was impressed with Service Advisor Tonya Swain who was very nice and professional answering my questions.I was impressed with the courtesy van they had to give me a ride.The driver was very nice. It's good knowing the work done on my car was done by a professional Ford Mechanic. I would highly recommend Allan Vigil Ford-Lincoln.

FULL Disclosure - I am writing this because I am EXTREMELY frustrated with this dealership right now.Previous interactions (purchase & service) have been top notch, but this current situation (fulfilling a safety recall that can possibly result in an under hood fire) has been very poor.I called in August after receiving a notice from Lincoln about the recall informing me that parts were available for the repair. I called Alan Vigil and was told that the part would be ordered and that I would be called when the part was received.Fast forward to November, and I have not received a call or any notification. I call back to Alan Vigil to bounce from person to person and spend time on hold for better than 30 minutes. The result, when I finally get the service manager on the phone was to find that he had no record of a repair order (necessary to order the part) for my vehicle ever being placed. To make it even better, he tells me that Lincoln is only allowing them to order 4 or the required part per week and he has about 60 that he still needs to order.If this is true, Lincoln/Ford bears some responsibility as well but my issue is that there was no action taken when I called MONTHS ago to start this process. Now I am at square one, (I HOPE because this whole "we'll contact you when the part arrives to schedule the repair" is what I was told the 1st time), and I have to park my vehicle outside so that, in the off chance that it lights up, my house doesn't burn down.

Service team, not so good, they mention excuses about not being able to hear you when you call, or needing to schedule 6 months out for a diagnostic test when you call for a repair issue (has happened to me twice on different issues) , luckily there are other Ford Service departments in my area.

Worst experience ever never ever bring your vehicle here because I took my vehicle to get the check engine problem resolved, the power window, back camera and controller were my issues. It took them two weeks to give me the diagnostics for the check engine light and the power window so I only asked to only get those two issues resolved since they take for ever to just do diagnostics. I finally get my vehicle back after it being at the dealership for a month. I noticed my heater not working properly keep in mind there was no issue with my heater before and the manager Holly tells me there is no way they did anything that could have messed up the heater. So I take it to the dealership and it s just sitting there and now out of no where another issue arises. If it wasn t for me being on top of things my truck would just be sitting there. Never take your vehicle there unless you want to be dealing with more issues then what you left it with.

We are very frustrated with the service department of Alan Vigil. I dropped my vehicle off for service/repair - THREE WEEKS AGO. No one returns our call, no one returns VM's left for status. Messages have been left for the Service Advisor, the Manager of the Service Advisor and still no one has called us back.Very frustrated and disappointed! If you need service - don't go to Allan Vigil Ford in Morrow!

A simple but very necessary warranty repair was done by their mobile unit. The service representative was very professional. His van had every tool and was spotless. It took him a few minutes to complete the repair. Excellent job!!!

Great place to get your ford serviced, I went in for a simple oil change and Jennifer took such good care of me and made recommendations for my ford echo sport titanium which I will definitely bring back to have serviced, also gave me information about the rewards program by adding points to redeem when I get my car serviced . I trust this good relationship will last as long as I own my ford vehicle .

I ve been waiting on my part since November 3 months and after me communicating weekly, finally the last call I made they said it came but I have to wait until Monday to schedule service. What a non-communicative place, didn t even tell me my advisor quit and a new one was assigned, Tonya Swaim, which she can only apologize the part isn t here every time I call. When I today, 3 months later, they said my part has arrived. Hopefully, I can get my part done before another excuse seems to come up. Untrustworthy. If I didn t pay my money I would take my car else where. Didn t offer anything but not to drive far.

Made an appointment for my son s car to be inspected for a recall on January 2nd at 7AM. The appointment was scheduled roughly 6 weeks before the actual appointment. That should ve been my first red flag. The gentleman making the appointment said it would be done that day. This appointment was a dumpster fire from the beginning. January 4th we get a call from Tonya saying there are 2 cars ahead of us and it should be looked at on the 5th. Fast forward to January 6th. Incredibly poor communication from service the entire week and the car was still sitting and had no one had even laid eyes on the vehicle! 5 days of a vehicle just sitting. I was told by Tonya a 3rd party books appts and should never have said it d be done same day and it d be more like 72 hours given the recall and passenger door window not dealing properly. Given it was more than 72 hours I wanted an idea of when the car would be fixed since my some had to go back to school. She had no I idea and said if I picked it up and pulled it from the queue for service we d have to reschedule the appointment. Wait what was the point of making an appointment because no one has even laid eyes on our car that had an appt on January 2nd and was dropped off on January 1st! She let us pick up the vehicle as long as we could have it back to the dealership within a few hours of their calling. They had cars with more involved issues on their lifts. All of this should be another red flag, but I want to make sure the recall is addressed. Fast forward again to January 11th. Tonya called to say I could bring the vehicle in. By this time we had a family emergency and I thought how long will it take to fix if it took almost 10 days for anyone to physically take possession of the car to inspect it?!? Knowing we had to navigate unseen family issues I called Fayetteville Ford and asked if they could process the recall/window issue on my son s car. The service coordinator at Fayetteville Ford was kind and pleasant, made an appt on the recall within a few days and had the car back to me within a few hours!!! She explained the recall just needed a visual inspection as most cars haven t had any issues. She was shocked at how Allan Vigil dragged their feet with this. I have it scheduled for the door repair another day due to parts needing to be ordered. Moral of the story Take your car to Fayetteville Ford, but not Allan Vigil!

We purchased a 2023 Aviator for from Omar Johnson. We had been to a few other dealers before coming to this one and we were a little discouraged because we either couldn t find something we liked, or what we did like was out of our budget or just plain overpriced. Omar asked questions and listened to our requests and frustrations. We test drove several vehicle to see what we liked and then he set to work. He helped us narrow down our priorities and found what we wanted for us. Every other place made us feel like we were an inconvenience and a waste of time to them for not knowing exactly what we wanted or not wanting exactly what they had in stock. Omar gave us the realistic options to choose from (which was way more than we thought and were told anywhere else) and really made it an enjoyable experience of finalizing what we wanted and could afford. I don t think I ve encountered that pleasantry anywhere else.
