When I called the LAKE CITY location the othermorning, Brandon was SO HELPFUL and polite. Because of this,I went to this location that same evening.The customer service on the night shift was NOT as pleasant. I'm big on good customer care. At least smile, that's more inviting.Secondly, no one offered to help me carry out my HEAVY PURCHASES upon leaving. I was treated like I was their unexpected company visiting them. Not friendly...

Went in 1/20 for assistance lady there stated she was the only one work tried to explain what I needed I was told to go and take a pic and come look on the wall, that was no help so I left and went another store.. Not a good look for a location that is never busy.

This is the only auto parts store I will shop. I been coming to the Morrow/Lake City location for over the past 10 years. I have always received fast, friendly service in store and over the telephone. I tried their other location in the area a couple times. This location by far has the best customer service. I seen a lot of turnover but they manage to keep the same great service each time. Their staff has always went over and beyond. I would highly recommend this location. The staff is very knowledgeable for an auto parts store. Their prices are competitive. If they don't have it, they will get it for you.

Great deals as always especially on my favorite car detailing products Maguire's to keep my Honda looking clean!!! BYGO 50% OFF !! Staff was courteous as well and the line moved pretty swiftly. I really like this location and the Advance Speed Perks plan too.

I have a corporate acct. My colleague went to buy equipment and was denied. Even after I spoke with an AAP employee and confirmed our info. My acct is used in three states and never had such an issue. Not cool

They need a more professional type atmosphere in that store. It's as if the consumer doesn't matter. It felt as if they weren't there for anything but they're paychecks the consumer is treated like a store ornament of some kind it's my last time shopping there I'll take my money elsewhere where it's appreciated.....

very bad car battery installation service, I don't know why they commit to that if they don't know and besides that Dameka was like she was in a bad mood and started arguing before starting to install the battery I never stop at it again buy in that store advance auto parts very unfriendly Dameka and to top it off they broke a radiator hose because they dropped the battery at once because they work without desire and now we are left without a radiator that makes me angry

The guy working the point of sale computer seems somewhat confused. I asked for a can of silicone spray he took me to the silicone sealer. I feel like the people working at these fast food auto parts are just bodies, no experience in the automotive industry just someone to be there.

I came into to this store around 1500 on 7/7 in the need of a wiper blade for my suv I encountered a young lady that look the part up and told me that I would have to get it myself and walked away as if the earpiece in her ear was more important than helping me out. I asked for a certain brand so she point me to another guy that was already helping a customer, so I just felt as if this could have been handle another way. I will spend my money with people that have time for elderly people and are will to lend a hand. So Thanks to James M at store 6910

I had a return the manager claimed he saw dirt on a totally unused part a wouldn't return my cash he said he was new like my part and didn't want to lose his job maybe he needs a magnifying glass over there at Moreland Ave. Atlanta Georgia

My wife & I went to this location on the evening of April 12th. My car was having trouble starting & I wanted to have the battery tested along with an "engine light" check. There were only 2 men working, so when I finally had a chance to speak to someone, I was told that he couldn't test my battery because it was just the two of them there. As far as the OBD test, he could give me the tester & I could do it myself......Huh? That was a 1st. I've NEVER experienced that before. So...to not have a wasted trip, I gave it a try. I got one code, but when I came back in, he didn't try to look up the code to help me figure out what may be wrong, he just told me that I needed to take the car to my mechanic to have it diagnosed. So, basically, I did all of that for nothing? I usually have a good experience at this location, but this day left me SO FRUSTRATED...... I should've at least walked out the door with a few dollars for doing his job, since I received no customer service at all...

Jay was so helpful with everything. He installed my battery and answered any questions we had. It was quite busy during this time and he was still able to handle any other customers coming up to ask him questions with a positive attitude. I will definitely be returning with any auto needs.

An hour ago I bought a generic rear view drivers side mirror for a quick fix for a trip. It would no attach because of the truck mirror housing. Unopened I returned to the store and clerk that sold me the mirror. The return was denied. I was given the return denial telephone number to call. I immediately called. The gentleman with a very thick accent told me I could retry my return in 180 days.No more business for you.Laughable reply to my complaint.

Typical , need help that understand mechanics and parts , looking up part numbers without knowing there use or how to cross reference from OEM to after market and between the phone and customer without knowledge of what they want you need help

Went here to the one in Lake City, Ga.Had my windshield wipers replaced.. Only took five minutes and I was out,. I even tipped the guy $10..Good services gets rewarded every timeFolks..

I walked in while it was raining and asked where the windshield wipers were located. The short fat black lady up front's response to this was to tell me "we're not going to change them" and attempted to stare me down to intimidate me out of the store. I just stared back and asked again. There was no answer. I found the wipers myself. I then asked how to take them off my car. Her response "we're not changing them for you in this weather, OKAY". I simply said "I'm doing it myself" She stared at me glaring for a good 10 seconds before telling me how.

My husband purchased wiper blades here for a vehicle that was recently purchased through a private owner. He thought that they were quite pricey; however one of the consultants inside the store installed the blades, and was very professional.

I don't know when the management changed at this store, but Mary and her team are doing an awesome job. Traveling out of my way to go to this store for the exceptional service, know how and parts on hand is why I will continue to make this my favorite location. I am a student up the street and today I stopped here because I was having a issue with my car and wanted to get my alternator checked out to make sure that is what kept causing my check battery light to come on. Chris who works here came outside to look at my car and was extremely helpful, he knew exactly what to do, he answered different questions I had and was super polite and professional. In this day in age finding good customer service can be hard to find, however, that is exactly what I found here. Chris was fantastic and took at least 10 minutes to help me out. When someone goes above and beyond, it should be known. This is why I shop at Advance Auto Parts. I will be back again. Thanks again!

I was double charged and I had to call corporate myself to have them to tell the store to refund my money. He was more interested in waiting on other customers than fixing the problem they caused. I wasn't even offered an apology, shaking my head, very unprofessional.

Wow. Ok first off I found what I needed after walking down almost every aisle. There were two men working. They stayed at the counter talking with some customers. Once the customers left, it was just me. They never came out to help me, speak to me, or even acknowledge. One of them was fussing about something and he cursed(F word). I looked up at them, nothing, they still didn t care. I took my item up to the counter and stood there, waiting. Mind you, I am the only customer in there. Finally, one of them came to ring me up. He was ok. He thanked me and I left. The one that was cussing could give a rats a$& about me. What a jerk. Probably will not visit this one ever again. I ll buy online.

Do not misplace your receipt just in case you may return an item. Their computer system sucks, and they are unable to pull my name in there. I gave them all the information of me as well as my number; they can't find my name. I still have the new product that I don't want. That s such a waste of money. Next time I ll go to Napa or o reilly etc.

Zero stars not available . Horrible. They sold me a bad battery and also referred what battery size I needed for my lawnmower on Tuesday and today 2 days later I take it to get my money back but I could only exchange it for a different one which was double the price... For car and lawnmower batteries go to AutoZone or Wal-Mart

I needed a light bulb put in my car, had never changed one and was scared to mess with it. I already bought one from Autozone a long time ago and brought it with me here. The manager or associate Michael J was extremely helpful, not only showing me how to install it but also exchanging the unopened one from Autozone for that one! For free! I objected at first but he said he'd be able to get something for the unopened one and that I already paid for the old one! Excellent service!!!
