Loosing tire pressure on I-75, found this place on SR 54 and the reviews were high. Serviced the tire quickly and efficiently! Now back onto our trip. Thank you so very much

Do not spend your time or money here.. Horrible experience. The owner did not honor their warranty. The mechanic on duty was VERY rude. The company is also not open 24 hours, as mentioned in their name. I cannot express how much you should not spend your hard earned money here. Find another tire shop.

My new go-to tire shop for sure! My tire was flat this morning but I was late for class, and one of the mechanics put air in my spare tire so that I was able to get to class asap. Then when I came back after class, he inspected my tire, removed the nail, and plugged it up all in about 30 minutes give or take. Very down to earth people and I highly recommend!!

very unprofessional do not recommend, they gave me a ruined tired kept saying come back to get a refund for 3 days straight i came back each day and they continued to give me the run around with my money it was a new excuse everytime. mind you its a 3 day warranty on the 3rd day the told me they cant and dont do refunds but that was never the initial solution. I DO NOT RECOMMEND do not waste your time 0/10!!!!!!! they are scammers

Replacement used tire was fast, easy and cheap. But they also advertise other services like oil changes. When I got there the mechanic was not there to do the oil change. So I met him at AutoZone and I had to pay for my own oil and oil filter and I ended up paying the same price that I would have paid if I went to a chain. If you go here only get your tires serviced.

Was stuck on side of the rode and had not choice but to go here. They gave me a tire w/ a 3 day warranty. Went out of town but was flat by time I got back. It was a bad tire from the start.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU COME HERE!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! The clayton co police had to be called!! He do NOT go by HIS OWN POLICIES!!! He gave us a bad used tire and did not want to replace it WITHIN THE 3 DAY POLICY PRINTED ON THE RECEIPT!! If google only had a option for NO STARS!! NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN !!!!!

English on the phone wasn't great, but it gets better in person. The building itself looks beat up, but the tire they gave us had a higher capacity than what we were driving on. Guy even stayed after hours just because we had a flat.He loaned us some tools; not sure if that's normal procedure, but the tire swap would've been easier if the wrenches were powered. And by "loan", I mean we payed him back with the same tools.It's just a weird business model; just because it worked this time doesn't mean it'll work next time. Loans are how students get into crippling debt; but hey, maybe there's a time and place for it.Only reason we went to them was because they were the only ones we saw still open late in the day. Tires Plus was legit less than a mile away from where we parked our trailer, if only they were open.You'd think there'd be less traffic on the highway late at night; maybe there was, but not noticeably less. There's still a demand.

Came to this place after driving on 75 south and catching a flat. I was able to pump up my tire enough to drive here. I got here and they plugged my tire within 10 minutes. Thanks squad for the hard work.

The service was great. The employees were speedy to greet me when I arrived. The price for the tires wasn t too far off from competitors. The service to complete was very fast. The process took less than 10 minutes total. I recommend this tire shop to any and all people within the Morrow/ Jonesboro area

I guess because I am a female he decided to over charge me I only got a tire plugged and he decides that he would charge me $20 to plug a tire that's absolutely ridiculous and had I asked him the price for it before he plugged my tire I would not have gotten it plugged there but that showed me to ask for the price before they do anything at all

Terrible. These people are menacing and they don't wear uniforms go let you know they work there. Customer service is to be kind to people that try to spend money with yall. I bet yall would make more money if yall hired people who acted civil.

The older man here sold my girl 2 tires both larger than what she asked for. Then destroyed the tire pressure sensor! He did immediately took, fault giving her $40 that does not cover the repair expense in full. 3 days later the tire she brought is now flat when I called to see if I could get it swapped out the same older man starts yelling about something that s not the issue when I finally get him to stop and focus on the actual issue of the flat tire he just says yells more and hangs up. Been here several times before and never had this issue with anyone else but him if you see the man do not get any service from him and if I cannot get a refund or the tire replaced I will simply launch a dispute with the bank and just take it back.

The mechanic who fixes the tire(short fella kind of chunky) was utterly and completely rude to myself and my sister. Very unprofessional, he screamed at us, called my sister a B.... because my sister addressed the fact that he had served men first and that we had been there prior to the 2 men that he was trying to service next. Then when time to pay he would not give me a receipt because he wouldn't stop disrespecting women on how we should bow down to a man like they do back in his country. Another young man walked in trying to assist the issue because he had people waiting. The mechanic also started to yell at the gentlemen who came to try and deescalte the situation. Would not recommend coming here. This is the second time i have seen this mechanic get into a argument with a customer.

IF YOUR READING THIS PLEASE READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS TO KNOW HOW BAD THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!!I just called to ask if he had a tire size" 255 and etc".he stated he didnt have it so abruptly and loud. He didn't even allow me to finish speaking when he disconnected the call. I called back to ask the additionnal question, but before I could finish my question for another tire type, this time he stated "WE DONT HAVE IT" out loud and disconnected the line. RUDE AS HELL!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT. If i could rate them a zero I would.

The good thing about this place is it is open 24 hours. The bad thing is they lie about their prices. I have had my tires plugged here more than once each time they lie about the price of a plug or tire and I have to show them the receipt from the last time I got my tire plugged. It's quite unfortunate that they do customers this way. #pathetic

$20 for my tire to be put on at midnight due to an emergency. Quick and efficient. The guy working could have been a little more friendly, but hey he did his job so I m alright with it.

The WORST SHOP I EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE, I went to this shop for a simple tire rotation and alignment. When I left the shop my car was shaking so bad it wouldn t go above 30 mph. I ask the manager to fix it. He was soo rude to me and he specifically told me what you want me to about it and he didn t want to give me my money back, so I had to call the police( who also worked on cars in his past) and he said it not supposed to be shaking. After I got my money back I took my car to GOODYEAR and they told me exactly what he messed up. LESSON LEARNED FOR ME ... GO TO REAL LEGIT SHOP.

I will never purchase another tire from Tires New and Used 24 hour Business on 6834 Jonesboro Rd, Morrow, Ga again. This is the forth time that I purchased a tire from them. Two times they sold me good tires. However the previous time, before now, they sold me a tire with a nail in the tire because by the end of the night my tire went flat. I came back and they made me fill the tire instead of exchanging the tire out for me. This last time, they placed the wrong size tire on my car because they were out of the tire size that I use. They told me that they will exchange it for me whenever they get the tire in stock as long as I keep my receipt. I got the tire on March 24. I came up here every other day from the day I purchased the tire until today to get the tire and make the exchange. I even asked if I go to another location and purchase the tire could they refund my money for the tire that they gave me. They told me that they would not give me a refund but they will exchange the tire. Cool! I kept coming back to get air in the current tire that they put on my car because the tire that they sold me does not fit my car and they didn t have my tire in stock. They finally get the tire for my car in stock today and now they will not honor the exchange, will not give me my money back, and they want me to pay for a new tire. WTH??? Totally bad business and untrustworthy individuals. I belong to a car club and we will take our business else where as result of their untrustworthiness and poor business tactics.

Charged me 160 and all they did was come and put a spare tire on cause they claimed that my rim was completely damaged and they couldn't replace my tire and wouldn't give me the money back for the tire

My tire went flat and could not be patched. I was low on funds and they lowered the price of the tire from $60 to $40 to make sure that I was able to drive the truck home. Would highly recommend A+++++++

I have used them twice, in tight cash situations, the tires provided did last customer service was okay. The first time I had to wait almost 2 hours and normally it is only two guys there but one working.

Experience was great!!! 3 weeks later tires are no good,, in process of seeing will he replace or just out of luck for buying used tires!! Maybe 3 weeks is long enough for used tire wear!!!

Family owned business!! More importantly, I really appreciated them making right something that I later learned was probably my fault. They made it right with so much courtesy and understanding. Thank you for your services and help.
