Wow I want to thank u for keeping ur word an working with us helping get things tooken care of with my fianc� mothers car that he wrecked. were from ohio an I thought we would have a big fee! To pay but thank u sk much for working with us on that! Thank God he made it out alive an I thank God for this wake up call yall stop drinking an driving under the influence. Of anything! Lord saved him. That is for sure an I want to give a great big thank you to Alex for getting our family's car out of the trees. Burnt up as bad as it was! U did great! Thanks so much for working with. and for us. Ur a good guy with a big heart! Ur company deserves more than 5 stars. thanks so much man!

Heaven forbid you should need a tow while out in Fannin County, but if you do this place is the ONLY place to call! These gentlemen were so kind and considerate, patient and helpful! When my rear tire blew out they were available to help me in just a few minutes! I ve never gotten a flat bed to my location that quickly before! Jesse is a freckled teddy bear with an easy laugh and a mild temperament. He came to my rescue and towed my car up a steep, winding mountain road and I didn t have to raise an eyebrow. Conversational and down to earth! As a woman traveling alone on a Saturday evening when all car repair centers were closing Jesse got me and my car home easily. After scheduling repairs, they made themselves available to tow my vehicle again and even recommended someone that could drive me around until my car was done. I hope I don t need a tow in the near future but if so I ll definitely be calling these guys and you should as well! Service: Special vehicle towing

After waiting for hours for our Insurance company to send a tow through our roadside assistance feature, I called Allison Towing on the recommendation of a couple of local folks....They answered immediately AND as chance would have it, Jesse-one of their drivers--happened to be at the same fuel station!Mind you this was after-hours in the mountains, which is notorious for 'mountain time'. Jesse popped over in his personal vehicle to reassure us and go fetch the flatbed...Jesse was back in a jiffy! He got our little family back home, got our truck to the repair shop that evening, and gave us top-notch service that well exceeded expectations!! He even helped our old hound dog out of the truck!I cannot say enough Amazing things about Allison Towing!!!If you get in a pickle like we did, give them a call. They'll treat you like Family!Thanks Guys!

They were awesome when my truck broke down. The guy on the phone was super friendly and knowledgeable. And the driver was at the house within an hour. It was a little nerve-wracking to help get the truck to the road. But, the driver did awesome explaining it to me and what to do. I am very thankful they were who I called.

I can t say enough good things about these guys! They have helped me out of a jam more times than I can count. The only people I trust in this industry. One time I broke down 2 hours away. Alec just got home after driving 8 hours straight when I called him for help. He didn t hesitate to turn right around and come rescue me in the middle of the night. I m sure he remembers that tow! Thank you guys for everything! I appreciate you AND Jesse!

Our car got stuck due to heavy rain on the road. We contacted these guys & lord behold they instantly came out to the rescue! Jason went above and beyond. It s never A good thing when you re in an auto accident, but thankfully everyone was ok. Alec and his team showed up within minutes and were on it, clearing the wreckage from a high traffic road here in Blue Ridge. I followed up with Alec via telephone calls and his patience and expertise was very helpful. Alec is a kind young man that seems to care about every situation. I have dealt with him on one other occasion in the past and I have only praise for his accommodating great and humble service! Keep up the good work Alec! Allison towing is the one to call if your car is down and needs towing! Thank you again so very much Alec and your wonderful team! Hometown service at its best!

I had issues with my car husband was out of town I was referred to these guys. He didn t hesitate to come help me. Thank you so much. He went above and beyond. ( it didn t relate to being towed)He brought his tool box and in a jiffy had me on the road.

We aren t used to mountain driving at night and our car got stuck in mud on a slanted area while trying to park at our cabin. It was fairly late at night so we were worried that we wouldn t find a company to come and tow us out. We called Allison No 1 Towing and they were not only quick to respond but they were willing to come out and help us out. They were extremely helpful and very polite and kind. They went above and beyond in helping to tow the car and answer our questions. We definitely recommend using them for your towing needs!

Jesse was simply amazing! Our Mustang was stuck deep in gravel and despite us trying every trick in the book to get it out, nothing worked. :(Not only did he have our car out of the gravel in no time, he was incredibly knowledgeable and very pleasant and funny!!Great job, Jesse! 110% recommend. If in need of a tow, these are your guys! Experienced an unfortunate incident with car rental while visiting from out of town. Allison Towing was there from start to finish to assist with the entire process. Even towing back 2.5 hours directly to the car owner without hesitation. Their customer service goes above and beyond! I utilized this towing service though the local police department's "Next Call" program after the accident. The response was quick and the towing company was on the scene within less than twenty minutes. The team loaded the vehicle proficiently.This is where my experience looses stars. The vehicle had slid off the road before it rolled. I collected ALL parts and stored them in the damaged vehicle myself. My ride came to collect my family. When she arrived on scene she turned around in the road and her front two tires went off onto the wet grass inches... inches from the road. When she could not easily back up, the wreaker crew advised her to stop. Then promptly said they would help her out for $150 on card or $100 cash to pull her out. Thankfully, the local police just helped us push her back out.The cost for towing seemed steep. After I compared Allison's Towing cost to their competitors, I learned that it would have costed me less if I had picked someone else. This establishment also charges $35 per day for car storage. This would have been prudent information up front. It makes me wonder... what if someone is hospitalized for an extended period of time? My wife had a concussion, and just waiting for the insurance company cost me. The towing company also has additional fees. Such as $45 to use his leaf blower and blow leaves off the road. I cleaned up the parts so... what did I pay for?The lack of transparency makes me question their professionalism, and it pushes the envelope of ethics.Services: Car towing, Local hauling

The team at Allison No 1 towing were so kind and nice to work with. My boyfriend and I were a few hours from home with a dead car and no way home. They jumped right on it and did the best they could to get our car back home that night. They were very professional and hospitable. Getting a flat tire in Blue Ridge GA ain t fun!! Allison Towing saved us! The owner, Alec showed up in less than 15 minutes once we called him for help. Car was in the tire shop minutes later. Truly, he saved us. I have AAA and they were absolutely no help at all in Blue Ridge leaving us stranded for over 3 hours. Do yourself a favor and if you have AAA, don t even try to use them in Blue Ridge. Go straight to Allison Towing. Their pricing is also very fair! Thank you so much, Alec!!Service: Car towing

So I was visiting in the high hills of Blue ridge very steep sharp turns with big potholes and steep cliffs on the side of the road. Anyhow I backed up out of a pothole and almost went right off the side of a cliff only two wheels on the ground my legs shaking and feet firmly stuck on the brake I called Allison towing the first company and told him my situation, he told me he'd be there within 30 or 40 minutes he was in there like 20 minutes and got me out of that sticky situation with no further damage or emotional trauma and I am so very thankful would highly recommend this company 100%,Service: Special vehicle towing
