My truck was destroyed , Electrical, Stereo equipment, very unprofessional staff, and they are not good at diesel repairs, I wish I could give them no stars, BEWARE this was my third time bringing it to them the cooler for the oil continue to blow after the third time they said it was my head gaskets thinking of Court soon. And in the back of my truck I had a battery and all my things neatly in the rear when I came back to get my truck everything was throat around in the back as if someone was using my truck.

My truck had a skip and was not running smooth as it usually does. KEM was able to get us in and find that an injector was dropping out right away. I Am thankful because we had a trip planned and needed our truck to pull our trailer. I had heard great things but I am very impressed at the professionalism and turn around time that KEM provided. My 2005 Excursion had two cracked heads after 260,000 miles. Charles and his team did a great job. Very thorough and customer focused. Our family even went to 'visit' the Excursion when it was being fixed. Everyone was super friendly. The price for the service was fair and reasonable. Now, the engine has a lot more power and pickup. They paid attention to the details and acted like the vehicle was their own. I have a lot of confidence in the work done. Definitely the shop to go to in middle GA!

Best guys I've found on power stroke deisel , Charles and crew do and excellent job at a fair price , believe me I run 30 states found none better!!! Went in for an Oil leak Charles and Tim checked it out, then did necessary repairs, at no cost to me having had work done at KEM before, I had a lifetime warranty, was very pleased! Will be back!!!

Charles is great and affordable, willing to help anytime anywhere. I was in Florida on Vacation when my truck wouldn't start, I called Charles and he helped troubleshoot it over the phone. The truck was back running in a few hours and we were on the road, Charles never asked for a dime.

I have been doing business with KEM for over 5 years. Charles and the rest of the KEM team never wants to start work or give u a price until they know exactly what's going on. Had a blown head gasket and the work that was done I wouldn't have trusted anyone else doing it not to mention did alot if things that I wasnt even charged for. Trust and believe there is not another professional team out there like KEM. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Don't go here i asked to find the transmission problem before they tuned and deleted my truck i tow a 10000 lb camper called and told me they fixed my transmission with a tune thats great 7000 dollars later my transmission is still doing the same problen now they say i need a new transmission i wouldn't have put 7 grand in the motor uf i knew the transmission was bad.they want 3800 for a new transmission

Needle bearing found in new dorman oil cooler installed by KEM. was told pump or lines were not flushed out. So a delayed pump and bearings are left for me to deal with on this cam and lifter job.
