Small dealership with friendly people, nice vehicles and good customer service. Chad was my salesman and from moment one went above and beyond. He is not pushy and is totally transparent. He let me test drive the truck by myself and addressed any issues I had with the truck. I put a deposit on the truck but then I found a truck I liked better and they refunded my deposit with no hard feelings. If you are looking for a vehicle go see Chad at Southern Roads Auto.

Great experience. Chad and Byron went way out of the way to get me approved. Chad stayed 4 hours past closing to deal with the financing company. I bought a 2020 Gladiator and have never been happier with the service I received from them. They don t want to just sell a vehicle they want to make friends and customers for life. Would not go anywhere else from now on.

There s a huge difference between used car salemen and men who sell used cars, integrity, true customer care, and passion work ethic. They re integrity shows in how they stand behind the used vehicles that they sell. They talk to you about the vehicle (when it came in & what they did to make it road worthy). They re passion shows in how excited they get explaining/showing their work; great work ethic. It was worth the hour and a half drive. Questionable integrity won t show what s in the closet. I still took it to Honda for a used car assessment. It got an overall good report. It s a quiet smooth ride.In the age of what seems like customer no service , Chad and Byron are men, who reset hope. True & Great Customer Service exists; and it exists at Southern Roads Automotive. I called after hours or close to closing late about the vehicle they had listed on Autotrader/Carfax. I researched the vehicle and the dealership. This was the vehicle for my husband (another Honda Element - he drove the last one until it died at 405,000 miles). I got a response close or after hours with pictures. Chad said he would hold it for me. It was mine until I said I didn t want it. I arrived the next morning. Chad walked me through the work completed. The vehicle has low mileage in like new condition (clean!) and checked about with Carfax.I m a small business owner. So, I m a fan of local Mom Pop business over corporate (data & analysis driven, how can we increase our numbers, whatever human factor ). I want to deal with people, who want to share the life story of the business and do it with a healthy sense of pride. I interacted with men with personal stories of value, humility, daily remembering to treat people like they would want someone to treat their family in business. They are female friendly and respectful; they never showed me the vanity mirror. These men are the real deal ..Customer Service Rest.Yes! Yes! Yes! It was more then a fair price! Would I recommend them? I already have recommended them.(Excuse typos)

Awesome experience at Southern Roads Auto. Chad did an awesome job!! I called and said I had a 2 hr ride the day before and he held the Tahoe for me to view. No pressure sale and got a good deal on my trade in. Chad even washed it again before delivery. The manager even fixed an issue with the driver seat himself. Great team!! If you are looking for a clean vehicle, I would highly recommend checking them out!!Thanks again!!

Purchased a 2007 Toyota Tundra from Chad at Southern Roads Auto. Had a great experience, he did a great job with the whole purchase. As an out of state buyer, I would gladly come down to purchase another vehicle from this Shop.

I wish I could give 10 stars! These guys are AWESOME!!! This was such an easy and smooth car buying experience. Chad made us feel like we were old friends... Very laid back, yet professional. We plan on doing business with Southern Roads for every car we ever buy again! We got a great deal on a great truck. These guys stand behind their vehicles and fixed a problem we had immediately. Couldn't ask for better service!

Although the people that work here are fantastic, I cannot in good conscience give a great review. I bought my 2010 low mileage Silverado and felt I got a good deal. About 3 weeks after I bought it I had a leaking brake line that I needed to repair. Should have been caught on a good inspection by the dealer which they claim they do. The worst part is 2 months into my new vehicle I had to spend $6000 dollars on all new tires rods in the front end and a brand new transmission since it went bad. I feel that the dealership should have caught some of these issues. They make the vehicles look good in the pictures which draws a you in. Good from far but far from good. I also reached out to the dealership for help and nothing. Sorry but can t give a good review. Did not have an overall good experience.

There aren t enough kind words i could speak about my experience buying a car here. First off, Chad was the most incredible salesman. From the time we walked on the property, Chad made sure to give us his full attention. As we were back and forth about buying our car, he was incredibly generous with time to test drive and gave plenty of space to think and process through the decision with my wife. There was zero pressure, immense information and clarity of process, and wonderful generosity for our trade in and deal on the vehicle we purchased. Chad made our buying experience one we will always be thankful for. Thank you guys!

I found the truck my husband had been wanting and it matched our boat perfect. Chad at Southern Roads was amazing to deal with and made everything as smooth as possible. We traveled from Watertown TN. To go check this truck out after going back and forth with Chad for about 2 weeks. He made sure we was fully aware of anything he thought we would want to know before driving that far , I was very nervous about getting there and something would be wrong but everything was just as he had said. He had all the paperwork done and ready to go except our signatures. We will forever be buying our vehicles from Southern Roads Auto. They stand behind their vehicles and are very trustworthy. I recommend Chad/ Southern Roads to anyone searching for a new ride. We love our new truck ! Thank you Chad and Byron for standing by your word and making an out of state purchase phenomenal.

We bought our used truck from Byron at Southern Roads Auto last month (July 2017).Found the ad on Craig's List and called for more info. Excellent first impression, drove to the location and the positive experience continued. Truck was as represented, Byron was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our lender complimented his preparedness with the needed info. Vehicles on lot present as if hand picked. We would buy from Byron again and recommend this business.

They had a 2006 Nissan Frontier with low miles and a great price. I was assisted by Byron who was honest and upfront with me from the get go. Awesome customer service. Definitely worth the almost two hour drive for my new truck.

The people at Southern Roads are awesome! We bought a Silverado last weekend and have had a couple of issues since then, brought the truck in, and they replaced everything wrong for us for free. They are absolutely wonderful and would definitely buy another vehicle from them. Highly recommend!!

Purchasing a used vehicle is always a little nerve-racking, even after all the research and due diligence, it s hard to shake the feeling you might be purchasing a money-pit (I ve been burned by a small dealership in the past if you couldn t tell ;-) But I can say that both Byron and Chad both did an amazing job minimizing those concerns. I really couldn t have asked for a better experience when purchasing my new-to-me truck. Right out the gate Chad was straight up with us about the existing issues and reassured me they would be fixed prior to purchasing. I even had the pleasure of witnessing the repairs being made by Byron himself. The whole experience was as stress free as you could possibly ask for. No pushy sales tactics, pricing was very fair and everyone was laid back and down to earth. But most importantly, they did what they said they would do and that is what creates a great customer experience. All I can say is if you see something you like online, don t hesitate to go see it in person. They have some quality stock on the lot and it likely won t last long. Keep up the great work guys!

Where do I even begin with how AWESOME Southern Roads Auto is. Chad and Byron truly care about their clients and cars. They answered every question we had...and trust me, I had a ton...quickly and were NEVER pushy. Once we finally decided to pull the trigger, the transaction was so quick and effortless. We love love love our new (to us) GMC Sierra and I will definitely be back in a year or so to buy a Tahoe from them.

Awesome experience! The staff are very friendly and hassle free. The kindness they show their customers (and our kids) is something you don't receive at most car lots. I felt confident in their honestly and comfortable through the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks guys, love my Suburban so far!!

We drove almost 250 miles to the dealership to view a used Toyota FJ Cruiser that the dealership had just posted. The vehicle was just as stated in the advertisement. The dealership was clean and the professionalism was the best. Thank you Chad for a wonderful buying experience. Love the FJ Cruiser and will enjoy for years to come. Long drive but definitely worth it. I will purchase from you again one day sir!

Let me start by saying Chad and the crew at Southern Roads are there for you! I haven't even bought a vehicle yet from them, but I spoke with Chad and told him what I was looking for and he and Bryon are steadily looking for me. It is nice to have some local folks that are friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help someone look for the perfect fit! This is what I look for in any kind of business were I am going to spend my money. That's why I will continue to work with Chad to find a truck which I know he will come through and they will continue to have my business. Hard to find that now days!!Thanks Southern Roads

Chad and Byron are great to deal with, they seem reasonable and easygoing. Bought a 2012 Lexus GX 460 after a long hunt for one that I wanted. They held it on deposit for me, which was awesome. Glad I got a warranty with it. Missed the busted radiator and door lock on my inspection. Caveat Emptor. But c'mon, its easy to look for these things to disclose on a routine inspection if you are the seller. Gas light was on when I picked it up and was handed a $20. Anyway, my GX was down for 3 weeks for repairs that cost $1300.

Very nice people. Byron and Chad took the time to talk with me. No high I sales. I was on the fence about buying and they just waited until I was ready to buy. Worked with me through the whole deal. They stock nice trucks and have fair pricing.

I purchased a Silverado there earlier this month. Before I could get home (I live in NC) the check engine light came on. It was after business hours but I immediately called the salesman's cell phone and he had the owner call me a couple minutes later. He offered to have it fixed in the morning nearby or take it to my local Chevy dealership at their expense or even void the deal entirely. I was very impressed by their ownership and eagerness to resolve the issue even though used vehicles are sold with no warranty. I took the vehicle back in the morning and it turned out to be a quick and simple fix. I was on my way well before lunchtime and have driven the vehicle almost 2,000 miles since then and haven't had the first problem. I would highly reccomend Southern Roads!

I bought a 2007 Yukon that is in great condition. Byron, Sarah and Terry were great to work with. They provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a good, used vehicle.

Southern Roads Auto provides an incredible car buying experience. Byron, Sarah, & Terry are honest and straight forward - which is a very rare thing to encounter when shopping for a car. Everything is in black & white - no smoke screens. Every vehicle has a full CarFax report on the dash. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a reliable used vehicle at a great deal.

I bought a 2013 Tacoma from this dealership back in December. I was hestitant to try a smaller dealership because I ve always had a somewhat founded, yet irrational fear that came from the negative stigmas of used car dealerships. However, the car I traded in for it was bought at Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep, in duluth, and I can honestly say that was the most horrendous experience of my life. Those details don t matter.Chad was my salesperson. Before I go any further, understand two very important things. 1. I knew what I wanted, have owned the same gen Tacoma prior, and knew what to look for. 2 It s not a first date, I didn t want to, nor expect to be coddled or stroked. He had a product, I had money. I wanted that product, he wanted the money. Simple.When I say he wasn t sales oriented I do not mean it in a negative way AT ALL. He did what sales people should do, offer what they know about the product they are selling and make the process as painless as possible. He did a fantastic job, and that is why this gets a 5 star review. I got what I came for without extra nonsense.The down side , if you will. He wasn t very knowledgeable about the truck itself. He didn t really need to be. Tacoma s sell good so it s an obvious bid choice at auction or trade in.That being said, know what you re looking at before you go in. They had a beautiful Chevrolet Silverado, I almost looked at it BUT a week before I went a coworker had to replace his motor in his yada yada yada come to find out ALL Chevrolet s of that year bracket had bad seals and what nots. Like I said, do your research. They aren t going to research for you, not their job. Shouldn t be either. That s why the I bought a defective vehicle reviews need to be taken with a grain of salt. From what I ve read, people who actually happened upon a freak accident shortly after(half a year in some cases which God knows what could have been done to it by then) buying, either had it repaired by Southern Roads or had a percentage paid by them, so it stands to reason if they have that policy they won t knowingly sell a defective product, nor should you the consumer be so quick to crucify them on the internet.Quick Tips: Engine is Detailed. Not hiding anything, not even really super detailed, but if you see something build up after use it could be dust or dirt clinging to stuff like the plastics and hoses.Change your oil. The washer fluid and raidiator fluid was pristine but the oil was black as Satan s soul.(Wasn t super old it was just synthetic which is darker) I changed it when I first got it. The Maintenance Required light came on 1500 miles after changing it, all that is, is Toyota s reminder to do the oil, it goes off after 5k miles when reset. Not an issue but regardless I make it a habit of changing fluids and sometimes belts or hoses but I only had to change the oil this time.All of their cars are served with recent Carfax reports. If it was built or spent time up north, inspect the frame, mounts, and check for rust. My various brackets look to be rusted in the engine bay and spotty but they are perfectly fine, it s just the discoloration from the salt runs. However my frame was pristine due to it being coated bu the person who ordered it from the dealership. Check tires. It may have tread but if it s older with low miles they could be dry rotted.Just basic due diligence.In summary, if I had to buy another vehicle I d definitely go here again. All of my advice has been for any dealership or private party when it comes to buying a vehicle, not just here. If they have what you re looking for I highly suggest going to check it out in person.

I just bought a 2014 Tahoe from these guys. Chad worked with me and I live in Colorado. They seem to sell very good vehicles so definitely give them a look.
