Great service, knowledgeable staff. Needed a rear axle for my mothers-in-law's mustang. They had very competitive prices and with their vast selection of vehicles were able to get me one with low mileage. Part arrived when they said it would and is in even better condition than I expected.

I had been looking for a particular part for my car for several weeks with no luck. Then I came across Prestige Mustang so I gave them a call. When I describe the part they knew exactly what I was looking for and they shipped it out that day. They were pleasant and friendly on the phone and very knowledgeable.

Absolutely excellent service, don t remember who i spoke with but he was fantastic and gave me a ton of info on Mustangs, especially tires and rim sizes. I came for a 2014 GT Grille with foglights and this guy did not disappoint at ALL.I Would definitely come back for any parts if need be and the price was just right.Living in Atlanta the drive was roughly 1 hour but definitely worth it, highly recommended.

Highly overpriced parts, some of which were sunbaked to the point where the rubber was blackening my hands just from touching them and cracked in other areas. The large metal clamp on an air filter housing was mangled and surface rusting, and there were bolts missing from some mounting hardware that was described to me as being complete. These are all things that are not just overlooked. Disappointed to say the least.For anyone who takes pride in their cars and the parts they put on them, be warned. As for you, Prestige Mustang, if you care at all about your reputation, tell people up front what they can expect to receive for their hard earned money.

Drove 930 miles (one way) to pick up a deck lid! Glad I did. Shane was great to work with. Very attentive in answering the phone and responding to texts. Sent pictures of my deck lid promptly after talking on the phone. Great service and very much worth the trip! I know where I'll go for any future needs!

Prestige Mustang is by far one of the best companies to deal with. Their staff is extremely polite and knowledgeable about the items they sell. They made sure that my purchase was packaged and shipped in a manner that prevented and damages. The my purchase was delivered on time with no damages. They also include all the required hardware to install my purchase. Don't hesitate to make a purchase from them these guys are number 1.

Hands down great customer service ! We have been searching for a part for our mustang and just couldn t find it until we called Prestige ! Dylan was extremely helpful , returned my calls and answered all my questions ! Very knowledgeable about mustangs and cars in general! Also the great price of my part was a bonus! Would definitely recommend them !

I ordered a transmission, clutch, flywheel, driveline and shifter from them and I m in North Dakota. I m pretty satisfied it was packaged very nicely, all the parts except for the shifter handle was there so that sucked. Ordered one for $29.99 online so it was no biggie. They even included all the bolts as I asked! Shipping time was about 10 days. I had it all installed the same day I got it. The transmission shifted like it had 27,000 miles like they stated! It is a pleasure doing business with you guys and I would definitely order again in the future from you guys! Tammy was very helpful and so was Todd. I ve never had a phone order for that much money with a place I ve never heard of before but this company is definitely legit guys! Don t pay attention to the bad talk I ve been reading about them. Thanks again!

I ve never heard of this place before being as I live in California. But I gotta say real people and real quality honest service. I ordered a rare part for my mustang from these guys and Todd made sure it was packaged safe and well. I wish there were still more places like this to go and find those hard to find parts but at least there is prestige mustang. I will Definitely be a return customer!

I called after hours and they answered their phone. I asked them at 9 PM if they could pull some parts for me and have them ready for me to pick up the next day at noon. They said they would do that for me and when I arrived, everything was pulled and ready to go as they said it would be. Everyone on their staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Not only was Todd an incredibly nice guy, but he also gave me some screamin' deals on parts that would have cost me nearly twice as much on ebay! I was very surprised to hear that this place has received bad hype on some of the mustang forums. Don't believe what those old grouches have to say. Todd was awesome. Prestige mustang was awesome. 5/5 I will be returning for any parts I need in the future. I'm glad that I found this place and you better believe that I would recommend these guys to any mustang owner/enthusiast! Thanks prestige!

This place has terrible customer service. Todd is the worst. He is super nice when you are buying from him but when I asked to make a return he treated me horribly. I bought a set of window regulators for $200.00. They shipped out late because he said he had an employee in shipping call off. When they were received they were not in great shape. I needed to make a return because they were in the same shape as the used regulators I already have. I knew they would be used parts, but did not realize they would be in such bad shape. He also asked why I bought regulators from him if I already had regulators. He told me that his used parts are not refundable because he has labor involved he has employees to pay and he was sorry if I had buyers remorse. He told me that he does not need my business because he is the the biggest seller of used mustang parts around. I have been in this business for a long time and this is the worst customer service I have ever received.

I just got off the phone with them and that is the first and last time that I will ever call them. I emailed them a couple weeks ago to get prices on parts that I needed for my car. The response simply said to call in because they should have it. So I called them today. The woman that answered the phone was courteous. Then I was transferred to the parts salesman, Todd, who was very rude as soon as I finished telling him what I was looking for. He was more interested in telling me how I needed to conduct my project and why I should scrap my vehicle and buy one of their rust free cars from Georgia than actually helping me out. Could not get prices from him on the parts that I wanted because he was not willing to help me do it if it wasn't his way. Turning customers off after 30 seconds of conversation is a great way to lose business and you've definitely lost mine. If you're going to be so rude, give a better response in your email so people don't have to suffer through talking to you on the phone.

I Recently bought a 97 cobra engine with 72k on it, best I could find anywhere in the country, an for a really good price!! Todd was not only helpful but he actively looked for this engine for me, an called an let me know immediately when he got it. I promise you this i payed bottom dollar for this engine nobody I mean absolutely nobody could match Todd's offer. I received the engine today, it was packed beautifully no damage, an they didnt cut my hoses an left my bolts. Also lexy replied to all my emails an was extremely helpful, I recommend to all mustang owners. I will definitely be a return customer.

If you are darker then printer paper don t waste your time going too this place. I had a 2020 mustang I was trying to sell them, I was told over the phone I could sell the shell without title. When I got there I was I told I needed the title! Waste of my time!! Today I finally got the title and now they pass on the deal. Definitely don t recommend nobody to go here.

Prestige is a great place, dealt with them a couple times now and they are always easy to deal with. Todd knows pretty much anything about these mustangs being an enthusiast himself. They have hard to find parts , great condition and price, along with great people to deal with.

My husband and and I drove 2 1/2 hours from NC to pick up some parts we pre-ordered. When we got there the owner took us on a tour then gave us free range of the place while he checked on our online order. While we were there we Also found some more parts we needed. This place is a MUST SEE for anyone that needs any part for any mustang. This place is So organized, you can find anything. It was all grouped and organized by make model and year. Never have I seen anything like this before. The young man in the shop had went through and inspected each part and separated into color coded bags and tagged each one individually. The owner was hands on in the loading process of the engine with service courtesy and respect that I have never seen before. I will only come to Prestige Mustang for any and all original Mustang Parts that I need in the future !! This place is more like a Mustang super store. Did I mention all parts have a guarantee?......

Very disappointed Todd promised me a fender that would be ding free and look good installed over the phone. The fender I received had three dings and looked like someone keyed it. There is a large amount of scratches all the way to bare metal, their shipper Steve is trying to tell me they will easily sand out. Trying to work with them now and will update my review if they make it right but after talking to them today feel like they will not.Update: It is true they gave me a partial refund, but what is not true is that the freight company caused the damage. Prestige Mustang's shipper admitted to me through text and over the phone that the scratches were there prior to shipping. Also, when they shipped it he layed the fender flat on the pallet and mounted a gorgeous trunk lid vertically suspended above it wedged in a huge box with a little bubble wrap in between. While in transit the trunk lid slid down in the box and contacted the fender below it placing several dings into the fender and messed up the trunk lid edges. Took both of the panels to the body shop and they recommended using my original fender because the scratches on the fender from Prestige was down to bare metal and would need to be blasted completely to repair and one of the dings was in a bad spot that would still be noticeable after repair. When I contacted Todd and tried to discuss it with him. He would not listen and tried to blame everyone else, the shipper, and even me which pissed me off. Only after saying several choice words he was willing to give me a refund for the fender. Before that he kept saying it was my problem, and was unwilling to help.I found them online and they said all of the right things over the phone promised me a fender that would be dent free and ready for install, my expectations based on the conversation I would not need an expensive trip to the bodyshop could bolt the parts up and go. They are probably ok to work with in person, but I would recommend picking out your own parts and not relying on them to do it.Also, after all this they had the audacity to contact me after my first review and ask me to retract it. I am hoping they can learn from this review to be better for the next customer and not promise what they can not deliver and do a better job of managing expectations. When there is a problem work with the customer to find a resolution that is reasonable do not immediately blame others.

The entire staff was helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The owner has a wealth of knowledge and was able to help and guide me me in my purchase. I bought a fully dressed 5.0L engine, with the wiring harness and an ECU. When I came to pick up the engine, it was in excellent condition and it was ready and waiting as promised. The technicians even took the time to ask about my Mustang project and seemed to be genuinely interested. If you are lucky enough to be within driving distance, I would highly suggest a visit. If you do visit, don't expect to spend just a few moments there, because you'll find youself in conversations about all things Mustang and drooling over the "rusty gold". Thanks Prestige Mustang for a great experience and I'm sure it won't be my last!

My experiences with both the Prestige Mustang team and Todd, the owner, have been top notch; I don't say that lightly having dealt with many online parts suppliers as well as online businesses, in general, over the years. I'm thoroughly impressed and pleased with these guys - from Christy, in the office, and her handling of phone callbacks and billing/ shipping communications (through email- including sending pictures of the items before purchase, and on the phone- determining the best destination freight depot [from a cost and distance perspective]), to Todd and his knowledge of auto body and mechanical parts. His insight into the specifics and nuances of Mustang parts (such as small changes between model years) is impressive and speaks to his experience. In addition, he is easy- even enjoyable to speak with and, you can tell, genuinely wants to help people in their parts quests. Overall, the manner in which they conduct themselves is truly a bright spot in today's online business community.

I have read so many negative reviews about Todd and his team. So I wanted to post my experience. I am glad I didn't listen or pay heed to any of the sniffling cry babies out there crying and whining about used parts and their condition. Maybe the shipping company is responsible for the damage. I purchased, well, basically was given a 1999 Ford Mustang for my 17 year old daughter. The thing was trashed, I mean trashed! The carpet looked like it was on the floor of a kindergarten playroom and then at a cig smoking bar at night. The seats were falling apart,.... I called Todd and we hit it off. The bottom line? Todd was so nice and understood my daughter and I working on it as a father-daughter project. He found an interior from a mach 1. Dark charcoal with the silver stripe. And the matching carpet. Which by the way they pressure washed for me! The seats, front AND back were like brand new!! Gorgeous and a perfect fit. $800 and the interior is like new. My daughter is going to finish the rest of the interior with her own money and you better believe we will be tapping into Prestige Mustang for parts. I have had nothing but courteous, timely service from these folks.Honestly, I'm a little tired of reading all the folks out there who jump on the negative bandwagon with out having any experience or dealings with Todd and Prestige. Just someone posts some crap doesn't mean it's true. Trust me, I know it's not!! Thanks Todd and Prestige!!!!!!!!!!

Hello, I was recommended to Prestige Mustang and Todd by LMR (Late Model Restoration) for some door hinge parts for my 1992 MUstang LX convertible. I was explaining my dilemma to Todd that the driver door was sagging and that the car only had 20k original miles. I told him that the body shop I took it to told me that I needed many parts to fix the problem. Todd was a little confused that my car would need all these parts being such a low mileage car. He was a professional body man for many years and asked me to send some pictures and video of the hinge in question. He explained to me that he thought the work the shop wanted to do was not only unnecessary but also expensive. He explained that there were other, less expensive options to repair the door. It is very rare in this day and age that you will find people that will not only help you but go out of their way to be honest and take the time to do so free of charge. He responded to my texts and emails with a personal phone call and spent a good amount of time to help me. He told me that he ran his business honestly and didn't like when people were lied to and taken advantage of. I will certainly not hesitate to reach out to him for parts and advice for my Mustang! Needed some parts for my 01 bullitt. Ran across Prestige Mustangs by chance online and gave them a call. They were friendly and helpful on the phone. Decided I would make the three hour drive to pay them a visit and it was worth it. The parts selection they have is overwhelming to say the least. I found everything I needed and the prices were very good. As for the people that own and work at Prestige. They are a great group that really know and care about what they do. I felt very welcome and at home with them. Even after I had all my parts loaded in the truck. We stood and talked for over an hour. I defenitely recommend Prestige and Im looking forward to doing business with them again.

Bought motor and transmission from them, we get the motor and trans. Packaged very well and got everything we asked. Later that day I take off the valve cover to look at the lifters, and take off the water pump to check to see if I needed a new one. Look inside of the valve springs and see one of the head bolts are snapped off. Call later in the week to cover it under warranty. Turns out if you take the valve cover off and water pump you void the warranty.
