I was hunting a part for my Mercedes. I spent 2 weeks hunting before LKQ Monroe.Before my long drive to pick up the module. Tatiana at the front desk took the time to go out to the warehouse and put her hands on it. I felt a lot more secure making the drive knowing it was 100% there and in good shape. Once arrived,she was kind and knowledgeable. Her manager Robert was hilarious and helpful as well. Good deal all in all.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Terrible customer service. The heavy set woman at the front is extremely unprofessional. She was huffing and puffing because she had to get up and take my card for the transaction . And acted like I was an inconvenience. I was told I would receive a call when the part arrived and never did. Luckily I called, and it was there. Customer service is and will always be the only way to run a successful business. Please keep that in mind.

Don't waste your money!!! Buy some where else... my mechanic purchased a used rear end for my Mustang GT. The axel was warped after we got it in the car. They wouldn't replace it. My mechanic had to buy one out of his own pocket. 8 days after 6 month warranty was up, the rear end is roaring like hell and they will not swap it out...

Went in to order part there was no one at front desk. No sign on windows stating be back in a minuteso I proceeded to go back of building and tapped on window for guy to see me he did and turned and continued to work after standing there for a moment he decided to ask if I had been helped yet I said no that's why I tapped on your window I have been standing here no one has assisted me . He then sends me down to other door where I was told to calm down by guy at front desk as you enter all I did was explain to older gentlemen at desk as you enter that I had been waiting at window and no was there tapped on window and was sent here. The guy as you enter was very rude he has horrible customer service skillsnever gave any eye contact I handed him my card and ID he laid them to the dide after swiping I cancelled my order due to the disrespectful service I received.

Horrible unfriendly customer service at the location. The overweight lady at the desk doesn't even get up to properly greet customer. The number listed on Google is incorrect. If you call the 800 number they can't even properly transfer you.I ordered a part on Friday. The lady said it should be ready by Tuesday and she would call me when it came in. It is now Friday 7 days later and no call and I can't reach anyone at the Monroe location.TERRIBLE BUSINESS. DO BUSINESS ELSE WHERE.

fast efficient service, low, low pricing on used parts. LKQ is the best in metro Atlanta for salvage auto parts. The Doraville location is my store when it comes to auto parts they've all the rest beat!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I've called 7 days in a row and emailed and they don't have a voicemail setup, nobody picked up. Stayed on the line for 30 minutes then hung up. These guys suck. Do not go here. Their website is awful too, tried to look up a transmission price for my vehicle and it said unavailable. I

It's not a junk yard..... couldn't just walk around and look..... but if you need a car part.. It's got a warranty so go for it... but if you're looking for something you need but only when you see it.... keep going

Nick took very good care of me I was very pleased with the motor I got price is a little high compared to other places but lkq had higher ratings but in all it was well worth it

Ordered an ECU for a Pontiac GTP and was given one for a Ford. Went back that day and was given one for a Buick and doesn't even match the VIN number they have on the order. The order was for a SS Monte Carlo. Not happy.

Ppl argue with you about what part you need when you know what it is, where it goes and you give a number off the product.Was told so many times that's not the right part, well I know it is that's where we got it from, and then it was well this is the number you need when the number is on a plate on the part we need, but no that is not it.

Ford dealership wanted 194 a mirror for my truck call LKQ they wanted 250 for 1 and 400 for the other I can get it cheaper at the dealership
