All around wonderful experience each time at Hometown. Staff is professional, honest, knowledgeable, and considerate every time. Most recently had a tire leak that was repaired quickly and efficiently. It s always a pleasure to have Hometown perform maintenance and repairs on our vehicles.

Zero service after sale, what a waste. The guys act like entitled little girls whose parents made them get a job, so they don t want to work. I called them one afternoon after my wife s car tire kept losing air and they said to come in first thing the next morning. When I show up the next morning at opening, no other customer was there. The guy working there told me it d be an hour before they could even look at my tire. Now, I had bought the 4 tires there not long ago. And it was losing air, going near flat and I was putting air in it every other day. I told him my wife drives nearly an hour every day to work and we had made arrangements to be here early like the entitled wimps suggested. So, the guy says to me he remembered only one tire guy was there that day, so I should expect to wait 4 hours! I am not sure dude can count past 3. Like I said, they act like entitled little girls! People should know who is really working here. They are not the same ones who sold you your tires and the lifetime flat guarantee . They are whining little girls when asked to keep to their word and do what was promised. Forget these wanna bees, and go somewhere else. Walmart sells good tires, or go to a used tire shop and give them a chance (they usually sell new tires too). And I advise you to take a screen shot of this review as im sure they will have it taken down..

These guys are awesome, every experience with them has been smooth and easy. Definitely my go to, if you haven't used or met this team....you should, they are good people that care!

Absolutely the best "home town" auto place in business. We have been taking our cars there for 20 years. I've got a college kid headed back to school 400 miles away and when a low tire pressure light came on in the car right before time to leave, Hometown took care of it right away. Thank you!

Nothing but great things to say about this small town business. They just did a truck for me. From the wheels and tires to the lift on it. Cannot be more impressed with the quantity of work ,and outstanding customer service they have.

Fantastic tire company. Had a fast leak, they immediately plugged the leak and quoted two new tires. Very competitive prices. Had them installed the next day. All of the staff are top notch and very professional. Highly recommend them.

They are awesome. So easy to work with. Every time I go in they are so nice and accommodating. I have a very busy schedule and they are always willing to get me in and out quickly. Professional and honest. You can t go wrong with hometown. The best in the business!!!!

Hometown Tire stands behind their word. Honest company with honest service. We ordered new mud tires for my daughters jeep wrangler. There was a misunderstanding on the tire size ( not sure if given wrong or taken wrong) we needed 35's and 33's were ordered. They realized this ordered the 35's went and picked them up. They had them on our jeep by days end and the cost never changed. I know 35's cost more then 33's. But Hometown Tire honored their quote. They will get all of our tire business and we have 5 cars in our home.

I ve used Brad and his crew for over 10+yrs for all my vehicles. From tires to brakes to aftermarket parts/install for my custom Jeep Wrangler. They are the best shop in Monroe! Hands down!

Awesome experience. These guys are super helpful. I drove in with a run-flat at 0 psi. They took me right away, put my car on the rack, quickly identified a screw, offered to repair or put on a spare. Was in and out under an hour easy. They also ensured my car s warning system was reset before sending me on my way. Highly recommend.

Been using hometown tire since I ve been driving, always the best customer service does exactly as they say they will, and always taking care of there customers an their community. I had to take my vehicle in for a recall at my local Acura Dealer. They called to say my tire had a large screw that was not repairable and that I needed two new front tires despite the fact that my tires are not even a year old. I contacted Brad and ask if he would take a look to see if it was repairable and to see if he could provide a better cost for tires if needed. Turns out the the large screw was a tiny nail that had not even punctured the tire. Sadly I almost accepted the service my local dealer offer due to we were headed out of town the next day. I m so thankful to Hometown, Brad, and Doug for saving me almost $750.

I have used them for multiple things in the last few months from fixing a leaking tire to repairing a steering problem on my truck. Guys to quality work and reasonable price. 1st class customer service!!! Highly recommend!

These guys don't need a review, but they deserve one. They are aways busy and the shop seems as much as a gathering place for all the local folks as a tire shop. Everyone is very friendly and the work was done promptly and professionally. David is extremely helpful and accommodating. They will be my tire and mechanic shop from now on.

My husband and I have gone to Hometown for several years now for different vehicle issues and regular servicing. Their staff has always been very nice and professional but that was especially evident today when I took my truck to have the tires rotated. Of course that isn t a very big deal, just regular service maintenance that needed to be done. When I went back to pick up my truck (which was ready super quick) I asked how much I owed and he told me not to worry about it since it was just a tire rotation. Now, the news of receiving a complimentary tire rotation might not seem like much, but little did he know that made my entire day and quickly turned a bad morning for me into a good day. Simple and kind gestures still go a long way. So thank you Hometown for providing quality work and top notch customer service!

They repaired my tire within 10 minutes. I had been told by another tire shop it couldn t be repaired due to the location of the nail. I called Hometown, sent them a picture, and they told me to bring it in- that more than likely it could be repaired, so that I wouldn t have to buy a new tire. Sure enough they fixed it! This was the second time they have come to my rescue for a nail in my tire! Super friendly people, very efficient, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Great honest people! My father took my car here after noticing my tire had been punctured by a screw (another shop said it wasn t able to be fixed and wanted us to buy a new tire) but the owner said it he could patch it easy! He was even kind enough to do it without charge. My tire was patched super quick and I ve had absolutely no issues since! Thank you!!

Absolutely a one of a kind experience. These folks take good Christian values to heart. They take the time to treat your vehicle as if it was their own. They are prompt and give straight forward estimates and stick to the cost they quote you. They have a timely turn around and really strive to get you back on the road as soon as possible. I look forward to having my trucks serviced here when ever I have an issue!
