Extremely disappointing experience. It took almost 4 weeks to repair a vehicle that bumped another vehicle from the front while parking. The original estimate was $1,400, with a 2-3 day turnaround, and ended up costing $5,900 and 4 weeks to complete after the shop was told the repair would be turned over to insurance. Per the invoice, 42.6 in labor hours were spent repairing the car and over $2,700 in parts were used during the repair (up from the original estimate of 7.6 labor hours and $820 in parts). I understand an estimate is an estimate and can change, but that is a drastic change! I also understand that there can be delays in the shipping and receiving of parts; however, those delays should be communicated. I had to call every week to check on the status. Not once did the shop call me. When I did call, I was given the runaround and never a straight answer, just a general, "we're working on it ma'am." When the car was finally ready and I went to pick it up, I was not even offered a walk through of the repairs whose cost had some how increased by more than 320% since the car was first brought into the shop. The pictures below were taken immediately after the "wreck." This is what $5,900 in damage looks like.

I DON'T trust my car to anyone but David's!!! When repaired there, I know they not only do an awesome job, but I can trust them right down to every clasp or bolt (which I can't see) needed to complete the job right! Beautiful paint job and great body work! Awesome company!!! DON'T chance taking your vehicle anywhere else!!! (BTW, they DO stand behind their work)!

Had a car painted here some time ago and the clear coat started peeling up. They say they offer a 7 year warranty on their work. When calling to get it fixed they say I have to have the original receipt. This work was done over 5 years ago. When asking if they have my vehicle in their history they tell me that they throw out anything over 4 years. So if you lose your original receipt then you re screwed. If you offer a warranty for 7 year you should probably keep the history for 7 years, that should be common sense. Not for these guys. No common sense and can t paint a car to last more than five years. Avoid at all costs.

I've been to this shop twice and both times I've been told I couldn't be helped. First time I went for an estimate and the guy at the front desk told me it was wet outside so he wouldn't do it. The second time I tried to get a carbon fiber spoiler clear coated and again I got a hassle about getting an estimate. When the guy finally agreed to look at it he told me he could paint it to match my car, I told him it was carbon fiber and painting it would defeat the whole purpose so I just needed it clear coated. He then told me it wasn't possible. The guy was very rude so I will never go here again

In reference to Wes Hinkle - All we need is a paid invoice or cancel check or credit card receipt for this repair. We show no record of repairs. This would have already been warranty if we had been provided with this. Once this is provided to us, we will be happy to warranty the repair. WE STAND BY OUR WORK!

David is trustworthy and conscientious. He goes the extra mile to satisfy the customer. I drove from Macon GA to Monroe GA to do business with him.
