Buyer beware do not use this company they just had our vehicle towed. They were supposed to call us after they fix a flat tire and instead they called the police and had our vehicle towed. Their phone number does not work. We have been trying to get the correct phone number from the employee that works on site in Monroe, but he refuses to give us the phone number and says that the owners are on vacation.

In and out in 15 minutes with a new tire, very reasonable,very fast. Tire was put on and he made sure my spare was stowed. Great job!

I came here on 9/08/2022 At 4:30pm and purchased a used but supposedly good tire and Paid $50 for it. 2 Days later 9/10/2022 the tire pressure is way low on it. I called them to explain 2 different times today (9/10/2022) and they hung up on me BOTH TIMES! I will be there Monday to get another tire in place of this one or I will file a police report!!

I have an older Mercedes Benz and have a hard time finding tires for it. He had them and a matching set to boot! And he held them for a few days until I could get there. He had them balanced and on in a half hour. Reasonable prices also! Highly recommend.

I needed all four tires replaced on my Odyssey. From start to finish he had me back in the road in 40 minutes. I have been buying my tires here for 5 years. everyone there is very nice and polite. Keep up the great work.

Went to several bigger outfits to get tires patched. All of them needed me to leave my car for several hours to all day. Went to Al s pulled up and got them patched pronto. If you need a tire patched quickly this is the place to go.

Tried to call and get price on getting 4 new tires installed on my wife's car that we had already purchased. Didn't like the guys attitude then he popped off at me and told me he was busy

Asked for a price quote and quoted 50 a tire and I asked are their any additional cost and the boss man from Nigeria said no. He began to sexually harass me to the point where he asked for my number and made a comment about my breast. After I was in my car to leave he said I owed him more money to dispose the old tires and I firmly told him no and I asked him at the beginning if there were other fees. He was not happy that he was losing 6 bucks. Well, that's not my fault although he said my beauty distracted him. Within the night, my tire was flat. I don't want to go back there but I want my money back or a new tire. Oh and come to find out, he sold me the wrong size tire on one of the tires. I'm not even sure he will take back the tires. Stay away! If you're a dude, you may be ok but all females don't go without a guy because he will take advantage of you.

Took 1 1/2 hr to change one tire. Seemed to be interested in helping nonpaying customers more than me. Worked on tools, talked to women and 1 hr later still no tire on my car. I would tell everyone to stay away. You've been warned. O'yeah forgot he (bald guy) charged me $72 for a sh**ty tire 245/45/17 with barely any tread. Never again!

They can be the source of repeat business, additional business and referrals of quality prospects. Quality products that do what they are supposed to do are one element of a happy customer relationship. But so are many intangibles.*Appreciating customer's business*In all cases, your customers have selected your product instead of those of the competition. This conscious decision was probably based on the product and on your company. You should feel good about that choice and let the customer know of your appreciation. It can be a simple, but heartfelt, thank you or you can do something more. Delivering something extra (and probably not in the form of a price break) can demonstrate your appreciation. Try including a little gift or shipping overnight without charging more and see the reaction. Be sure the customer knows you are taking the extra step.*Valuing the relationship*Most customers like to do business with existing vendors. It is easier, usually faster and they know what to expect. They want the relationship to work and they know it must be mutually beneficial. This is something more than appreciating the business.No one likes to feel that they are on the wrong end of a one-way relationship. A constant stream of sales pitches can create a one-way feeling. Find ways to remind the customers of your presence without constantly bombarding them with sales pitches. Position yourself and your company as a source of solutions.*Making the customer feel special*It can be difficult to differentiate among customers. Yet, many companies are able to do this well. Airlines provide special benefits for frequent fliers, companies offer special phone lines or parts of their websites for groups of customers and others have special check-out or service lines. Interestingly, these special benefits are more about service than they are about price. They provide a convenience or save the customer time.*Respecting the customer*The term "respect" can be difficult to define. In summary, respecting the customer is really just treating them the way you would like to be treated. Consider the relationships and experiences you have with those selling you items or services. Called to get a price quote on a used tire and they wanted 90.00 for 2 used tires! No thanks Ill stick with pronto tires they are 70.00 for 2 tires.
