I took my 4runner to Mr. Theo, he quoted me one price then said he would check to make sure it was the back sensor, not the front, then he would call me to see if I wanted him to go forward. I waited 5 hours and no call back. So I called him and asked what he discovered, he said we got most of it apart and it will be $950 please Mam. I said no that is not what we discussed and how did it go up $600 more dollars. He then states that I need to get a recker to come and get my truck, and that it is always my kind that gives him a hard time. He continued to say that he didn't want to deal with me or anyone else in my family....LIKE HE KNOWS MY FAMILY!!!!. He then went on to say you people always give me problems.

Went in for an estimate and make an appointment for repairs. They repaired it on the spot in less than an hr. Friendly service, fast response, you don't get that often these days.

I work across the road from the shop and see Mr. Theo come in a few times, so the next time I saw him I told him the end link on my front passenger wheel, told me to drop it off yesterday and he would take a look the next day. Turns out it was the endlink and the sway bar as well thankfully Mr. Theo was able to get it fixed for me and my car is driving a lot better thanks to him!

Poor customer service. Owner was rude. Lost secondary key to car. "Good Ol' Boy" attitude. Stay away. Price gouging on all fronts. 2 days to take a look at vehicle than a price more than double of another shop.

Mitch,and the other older experienced guys are the best,but the young helpers should always be supervised when doing anything to your vehicle. I had my manifold replaced, and by the time I made it home my truck was smoking and blowing out oil.I took it back and found out that the helper had forgot to put some part back on.

Theos muffler hands down best around worked quickly an good price my old dodge ram truck is riding better then u thanks guys they did header install an fixed my exhaust an belts an also two new injectors highly recommend go see them
