This is the best towing service in town hands down!Shannon is professional, reliable, competitively priced, but most of all he treats you llike family!He genuinely cares about his customers.I always call T&S towing because I know he stands behind his services and my vehicle will be in good hands.I would highly recommend this towing company over any other in or around the Baldwin County area!

Owner/ operator was extremely kind and went out of his way to offer great customer care.Having one's vehicle towed is never a happy occasion regardless of the circumstance or who is at fault. However, the man I interacted with was very understanding, sympathetic and cared for my vehicle as if it was he own. He truly was a good ending to a very stressful day.

I want to start off by saying I was having the worst day my car wouldn't turn over and I had to get a tow. My insurance company called T & S Towing to come pick up my car to take it to a dealership for service and when he showed up he was so polite and helpful it made my bad day 100% better and he even got to me earlier than expected. So in the future if anyone needs a tow I would recommend this company 100%. He was courteous, respectful and showed me tools in my car I didn't even know I had just in case I might need to use them in the future.

Shannon is a great guy, hardworking and honest, getting your car towed is never fun but with T&S Towing it s as good as it can be.
