On a scale of 1-10 Norris Wheel and Brake get a 100 from me. They don t do No beating around the bush just straight up good dependable quality service. Pricing is 3 times less than what I was quoted other places and I shopped around just to.see. Don t get it twisted take your car to Mr. Miller Norris if you want the job done right

Didn't get a chance to speak to the mechanics, but the receptionist was very nice. Also my truck was in and out the same day. Decent price(Get What You Pay For). Satisfied Customer.

Good folks!! Fast service. They try to be as helpful as possible within reason to your requests. You do need to call ahead to schedule an appointment.

I had brought my car in because I thought I had messed my rotors up, because there was a horrible sound coming from one of my tires. I knew my brakes were squeaking so I was prepared to make the expense to fix them. The nice lady at the front desk (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name, it may have been "Beth".) anyway when she called to tell me I could pick my car up, I was like oh! ok that didnt take long, she said it wasn't your rotors though,I said Oh, what was it ? She said you had a limb inside your Rim! Needless to say I was completely embarrassed , nonetheless very relieved! I was just completely taken by the honesty of Norris Wheel and brakes, as I've actually experienced other places saying they found other things wrong only to get a second opinion and find out it wasn't so. I absolutely appreciated the company's honesty! Another place may have actually claimed to have done the work and charge me. So when it's time to change my brake pads or even my rotors for that matter I plan to take my car here. Its hard to find honesty, as I've already had a bad experience with Walmart Thank you so much and God Bless you

Mr.Miller has been working on my vehicle for years! He offers great prices, quality work! My favorite thing is he is honest! Some shops around town try to get you to get extra work just so they can make the bill higher def. not the case here!

We went in recently to ask about tires. The lady at the front acted as if we were a bother and was too busy playing on her computer. We are in an economic crises. Small businesses have been impacted, so you d think customers walking through the door would be appreciated. I try to support small business in our town, but this was apparently not welcome. I ll try another local business.

Had them replace an engine years ago got a 4k jasper engine which was twice the price of one from advance or auto zone. Said my radiator was leaking when it was the transmission cooler which even I knew that. Said my transmission was good when it wasn't. So they called to tell me I was right when they test drove it. A week after I get my truck back it sounds like the engine is blown so I take back in and Norris told me they were too busy to look at it. They made a thousand bucks in labor and was too busy to fix their mistake. I fixed it myself. I had to look at myself and found that they didn't do the intake manifold gasket correctly. So I replaced it myself. They lost a customer for life over a ten dollar part.

Hands down this is the place to get your car fixed.The first time I took my car there based on a recommendation of a local back in 2004. I had continued using them as my main car repair shop until 2008, when I moved out of town. I had been back now for 2 years, and I am glad to have access to a qualified mechanic.Throughout my experience with them I can tell you a couple things for sure:1. They do quality work.2. They do quality customer service.3. They are not the lowest bottom price you can get in milledgeville- but I learned the hard way that you get what you pay for.Between my husband and I we got three used cars- and make use of Norris whenever we need to. I can recommend these guys highly.

I am beyond sasitified with the repairs on my 97 Honda CR-V. Mr. Norris and his technicians did an extremely well job, his secretary is cool and super polite. I will recommend anyone to take their vehicles to Mr. Norris and his team of professional mechanical technicians.

Always does a great job that's why I always come here they are friendly and let you know everything that's wrong before they do the work. I set an appointment and I be in and out with my baby running like new THANKS ONCE AGAIN

Mr.Norris worked on my car yesterday. I have used him before. He is honest and a true professional. He is one of the best in Milledgeville. I highly recommend his shop.
