Vehicle was experiencing problems and brought to 5 star for diagnostic. Service department was able to immediately diagnose vehicle for me. Communication was excellent and approved work order. Repairs were performed in a professional timely manner. Highly suggest CDJR 5 star for your needs

My mother took my car here to get serviced while I was at work. The entire time my car was there, I received updates with videos from start, another update after my complimentary inspection, then another when my car was ready to be picked up. I never received this from any other place since I started driving 15 years ago. My mother stated you guys had excellent customer service and went over and beyond. This is my new to go place. I can t wait to come back and meet the staff because at this point, we re like cousins! Thank you & See you soon (:

Went in for a scheduled oil change and to address a recall on my vehicle on 2/16/24. I also decided to take care of the 15000 mile recommended service at that time. I waited while they serviced my vehicle. To my surprise, it was all finished up and ready to go within a little over an hours time! Everyone I have ever dealt with at Milledgeville CDJR has always been very respectful, honest, courteous, knowledgeable, and also fun! I have both purchased and leased 3 vehicles from them and have happily had them all serviced by them as well. I wouldn t have it any other way. Thank you to all for your hard work and dedication!

We recently purchased a used Jeep from a private owner, and I wanted to get it throughly checked out. I took it in and told the service writer David Peavy what I wanted done to the Jeep. I felt like he personally took an interest in making sure everything was done that I asked for. I know on at least two ocassions he went into the shop and spoke to the technican to find out how things were going and what they were finding. I felt like I had top-notch service from them. And, my invoice was very close (slightly under actually) from the quote I was given at the time it was dropped off. I highly recommend this place for service.

When I called the service department to get my appointment, they were very educational on me being a part of the jeep wave. I was told I had to go to the dealer that I bought the jeep from before. They Milledgeville Jeep dealership said no I didn t in and made everything so easy and did a perfect job

Took my Jeep Cherokee for various engine codes being thrown. It was at 100k miles so it did need a tuneup. But, they did little to nothing to address the error codes. Those all came back within a few miles. I let them know right away that it would be coming back. The vehicle sat for several days untouched.I m out $2300 for the repairs made. I could have probably got a tuneup much cheaper and what really kills me is the $70 charge for a new gas cap. Which did not correct the gas cap warning light.The communication, sense of urgency and quality are all absent at this dealership. An expensive lesson was learned.

There was an issue with my RAM 1500 EcoDiesel. After having a major repair completed at another Dodge dealer I was seeing a "Service Transmission" error and the truck wouldn't respond to starting. The team at Milledgeville Dodge discovered some loose/damaged wires in a harness. The promptly repaired the issue and now I get to drive my truck again. I will use these folks for all of my service needs.Service: Electrical

I have been using them since I moved to GA in 2019, made an appointment for a routine Oil change and tire rotation. My car was promptly taken right back while I waited for it to be finished.
