As a veteran about to celebrate her 66th birthday, I was looking for a dealership that was special! So I went searching, I called at least 5 dealerships before I heard this voice on the phone at Five Star Milledgeville: Mr. Roosevelt Adams! that said: come on Ms. Chambers, I ll be waiting for you! When Iarrived in at the dealership, Mr. Roosevelt was waiting and the confirmation I needed was well received! He introduced me to my salesman, Mr. Kenneth Kelsey and he made this purchase a very smooth transition. He explained every detail and kept me one step ahead of the game throughout the process. Mr. Kelsey earned himself a Double Platinum Award for just keeping it 100 during the entire day! As the purchase came to a close, meeting Mr. Dotson, aka Mr. Finance and he just put the icing on the cake! I highly recommend Five Star Milledgeville for all of your new or used car needs! Since my purchase, I ve received calls from Cathy and all of my team just to check to make sure I was completely satisfied this beautiful 2023 Pitch Black Dodge Charger!YES! YES! YES! I had an amazing experience at Milledgeville Chrysler. I was already dealing with a strenuous situation by having to drive to Milledgeville from Macon because the dealerships nearby were totally congested with service situations. They were helpful, kind and respectful. The main individual who greeted me and made me feel comfortable was Mr. Kenneth Kelsey Jr. Even after realizing there was no intention of adding, trading, or interest in another vehicle, he still checked on me and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I was there for service and he s in sales! Anyone that s looking to purchase a vehicle and you re in the area, nearby, or willing to travel that short distance, please reach out to Mr. Kenneth Kelsey. You will not regret it!

Nikolas Emory was a amazing sales rep. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles I was inquiring about. Nikolas Emory also was very patient with me and answered all of the questions that I had. If he didn t have an answer for my questions. I admire how he stated he could get the answer and not just make up one just for a sale. I also like that he was very laid back not pushy and wanted a sale. He let me be in control of what I wanted and went with it. He didn t try to push any vehicle on me or try to take advantage of me due to being a woman buying a car. He was very honest with me and gave his suggestions on what I should do. He also stated that all women that come buy cars without a guy with them is treated like his wife with the upmost respect and not trying to get over on them like some sales reps try to do. With him saying that made me more comfortable to purchase a vehicle from him. Unlike other places I have been where they have tried to force me to buy the most expensive vehicle just for commissions or get upset when I say no I am not buying at this time. I had the best vehicle buying experience at Milledgeville CDJR dealership! Ms Hazel Stephens was my Salesperson and she was absolutely spectacular! Also, I want to mention that Ms Nicole (Sales Manager) and Mr Benjamin (Financial) were a blessing, too! Thank you for a great buying experience and making me feel like I m your #1 customer! Great customer service Loxie Davis was my salesman. Awesome personality very transparent and honest. If they had 10 stars he would have it. We had an amazing experience with the entire sales team. Our salesman, Justin Gee, was excellent. We truly felt like Justin was our friend and not a salesman. He was very relational and wasn't a pushy salesperson. He took care of every detail and answered all of our questions honestly. We had a very smooth transaction in the purchase of our 2022 Chevrolet Colorado, thanks to Justin!After we got home, we found an issue on our paperwork and drove back to the dealership. The sales team went above and beyond to make it right. This was one of the best car purchasing experiences we have ever had. Thank you Milledgeville CDJR for the excellent experience!

I would like to thank Kenneth Kelsey for going above and beyond with his assistance! I explained what was going on with my vehicle and he pointed me to the right people! He reassured me that everything will work out and even helped me with my rental extension when my vehicle wouldn't be ready in time! I am grateful for people such as himself that treats you beyond just a customer but like family! I loved his compassion and truly reminded me of God's love towards us! On Christmas Day 2023, I spoke with Langston Browder and informed him that I was ready to purchase my first Jeep. I told him what I wanted. He called me the next day with my dream vehicle. Not a great experience, The general manager Terry here is all about the sale and not customer service. Not the friendliest either. The rest of the sales staff, was friendly and helpful. Overall customer's time does not seem to be valued as you are kept waiting around for an hour once the car was fully paid for. Additionally the team has zero follow up on registration paperwork.

My experience at Milledgeville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was excellent!!! Everyone from Finance(Tai), detail dept, lobby receptionist was super friendly and nice. My Salesperson Tray Ward was very Patient, outgoing, very knowledgeable, understanding and focused on getting me into my new ride, He is the best salesperson hands down!! Tray will go above and beyond to meet the customers need and his number 1 goal is to make sure that the you drive home happy and with a smile on your face.
