Mavis Tires & Brakes is a great place to get tires. They offer very affordable prices. I scheduled an appt over the phone, my tires were ordered and arrived the next day. When I arrived at my appointment time, my car was promptly pulled in and the work was started immediately. The waiting area was nice, clean and comfy. Service was fast and only took about 45 minutes. I will definitely use them again for my tire and brake needs.

Very clean and well laid out facilities. Pricing is slightly higher than other discount tire stores in the area on quoted specific tire comparisons. Staff was friendly and well mannered. Would recommend however call ahead to make sure they have your needed items in stock as they did not stock a popular size Continental for most European vehicles but could have it the following day.

Very impressed with the service here. We were traveling through and had a flat tire on our trailer. I could not find a jack to change it. It was almost closing time, I called and spoke with James ... he asked where are you? Can you get it right down the road to our store... I said yes. He said bring it on in. When I got there hewas at the counter said back it by bay 3 and we will change it. 15 minutes later it was changed and were back on the road. Can't say enough about their customer service. Great job. Mavis has my business.

I went in today to get tire checked. The gentlemen were kind and fit me in. They removed a nail from my tire and were very professional. I would highly recommend!! Thank you Ray, James, and Austin, your professionalism will not go unnoticed!

I had a very enjoyable experience with staff. They did extra on our vehicle with out charge. Service was speedy. Highly recommend if you need work on your brakes.

Excellent service! Quick to fit me into the the schedule. Courtesy calls to approve any additional fees. Was UNDER estimate!!! I would not hesitate to recommend this clean, fast, wonderful service!!! Great job Milledgeville Mavis team!!!! Kudos to Raven!

The WORST experience. Just sat here for 2 hours for nothing to get done. I had to ask the man if he s heard anything on my car, he never came to tell me. Then for him to tell me yes but it ll be another hour. Do not come here. Worst experience BY FAR.

If you have to use this company, protect yourself. Take pictures and record video of your vehicle's current state, specifically the trim near your jack points. I had two appointments here, the first for my front tires and the second for my rear.At the first appointment I had not noticed untill a week later while changing my rotors that they had improperly jacked my vehicle twice, thereby crushing my lower trim near those jack points.At the second visit two weeks after the first I made this known, as well as my intent to take before and after pictures / video of my cars condition. I did get a verbal appology, however there was nothing done to reimburse me for the damage caused, thankfully they did not improperly jack the vehicle the second time.This indicates that they have the capability to jack a car properly without damage, however without someone to remind their mechanics they don't take the 30 seconds needed to avoid damage caused by the jack's point of contact. this would indicate negligent mechanics. If I, as a marine mechanic, damaged someone's boat through negligence or mallice I would need to take a hit and at least strike the labor from the bill equal to the damage caused, or preferrably pay for the needed repair if I wanted to maintain my integrity.

Needed trailer tires mounted to get a trailer back to Florida!! Was so happy these guys were not only open on a Sunday, i walk in at 4:30 and even though the line was out the door they had me in and out in a flash!! Awesome customer service!!

Very highly recommend! Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Was approached and helped out immediately. Celeste was very helpful as were James and Josh and I was on my way in a very short period of time. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Don t Go here they try over charge you. Who in the right mind finna pay $329 twice for a brakes and rotors change for the front and the back then the labor ain t even included. They really on some shady mess. Glad I went somewhere else cause they also said I needed rotors when I definitely did not. If you need tires Go to 24 hour Tires in Macon on grey hwy. I paid $100 for two brand new tires I got there

Very disappointed. I ordered BF Goodrich tires on Tuesday for installation on Wednesday. I called on Wednesday morning to make sure they came in because I live 45 minutes away. I was told they would now be in on Friday. Called Friday, not there. Guaranteed to be in Saturday moning(today). I called this morning and was told they changed my delivery date! I cancelled my order and requested my deposit back. Let's see how fast that is done. You just lost a customer.

Very great service Mr.James was a great help fixing the air pressure in my tire when I did not know how to (air is free) and a nice lady helped me figure out a small issue to my car. Would recommend

Took my vehicle in for oil change, breaks and rotors front and back... from the beginning it was difficult because I made my reservation online for 11am 10.3.23 got a call and was told it would be a wait due to someone calling out that morning. I asked if I could reschedule to Saturday first thing and was told they did have an 8am opening available. Booked it. Got there Saturday morning before 8am to assure I wasn't late. They opened and I checked in and was the second person inside the check in area. Dropped off and left... waited on a call back and never got it. I called them and was told that my vehicle had not even been pulled in but they would do it immediately. I asked for an explanation of why it wasn't pulled in when I had an appointment and was on time. The lady said "I don't know" .... we hung up and then James called me to tell me the total for what needed to be done and they would have it ready later that afternoon. Irritated as hell, but still kept as calm as I could. Get a call back and was told they couldn't get parts in that afternoon and my vehicle would not be ready until Monday afternoon. Super upset, but what can I say right!!? Monday I borrowed a vehicle to get to work an hour away and left early to pick up my vehicle because again I was being promised by James that my vehicle would be ready Monday. I get dropped off at the shop and ask James prior to letting my ride go if everything was still good for pick up that day. He said yes. I waited inside in waiting area, which was very clean. James then comes to me and says he had bad news to tell me and I needed to go talk to the mechanic who was working on my vehicle. I go out to speak to him and he tells me as he was putting my pads on my rotors that "I broke your caliper. See all that fluid leaking out? I can't do just one I have to replace both now or the other one will blow out." .... now I have plenty of vehicles that have gotten new rotors and break pads, this has never happened. I then get told they would call me to update me but maybe it will be ready Tuesday. I end up being out of work the next 4 days due to no transportation. Tuesday I get a call and was told they found the parts, one coming in Wednesday the other Thursday. Again, ok... what choice do I have? .... Thursday comes I call about 2:30pm to get an update because nobody had called me. I then am told they were waiting on the part and my truck would be done Thursday... get a call back from James, part didn't come but it wasn't their fault, it was Advances fault... fast forward to Friday, waiting on call no call, I finally call and am told it will be ready. I get a call back from James who tells me it finally ready!! I ask about a price, he tells me 1030 .... why am I paying for what your mechanic broke?? He can't really answer... I get to the shop to find out he knocked a few more dollars off, it was now 969.02.... again, why am I paying for what YOUR mechanic told me himself that he broke it? James then asks me how many miles my past vehicles had on them since this issue never happened with any of my other vehicles.......I need corporate to explain to me WHY IM PAYING FOR WHAT YOUR MECHANIC BROKE??I would not have minded paying for the breaks and rotors... James did give me the oil change for free, but they didn't even refill my wiper fluids, when I go to other places for an oil change they ALWAYS refill my fluid .... poor service recovery from the team. I need a refund for being charged for the work that had to be done because of your employees error.I should not be charged

DO NOT GO HERE THEY OVERCHARGED ME OF $350 EXTRA ON MY SERVICES WHEN I COULDVE WENT TO SOUTHSIDE TIRE AND GOT THE SAME SERVICES FOR $350 LESS!!! YES THEY TEND TO BE AVAILABLE BUT ONLY BECAUSE NOBODY COMES HERE BECAUSE THEY OVERCHARGE!!!! I WARN YOU, DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL GET OVERCHARGED FOR YOUR SERVICES. DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE OTHER GOOD REVIEWS.

Lied to us saying they did work but ended up doing nothing and ended up charging us a ridiculous amount. Take your money elsewhere. Don't get scammed out of your money from these liars
