Needed a simple nail removed from the tire on my sprinter. I told them I would wait there. After an hour and a half, my vehicle had not moved from its location and no work had been done. I grabbed my keys and left.

I had my water pump replaced here and they gave me a 3 year warranty. Turned out the part was a 3 year warranty but labor cost was 2 year warranty.My water pump gave out 2.5 years later and Ivey's replaced it for free even through the labor warranty technically expired!

DO NOT GO HEREThe good reviews are most definitely fake. These people are shady. They will cheat you out of your money &will make up things to make you spend more money. Ladies DO NOT GO BY YOURSELF. Take a man with you that is knowledgeable about cars. The only good thing I can say about this place is that they have great customer service. Thats how they get you ! I came in initially for an oil change but had a few other concerns about my car. I talked to one of the brothers I told him about the 2 problems I had with my car. 1. My car has a hard time cranking sometimes. 2. When I pump gas it keeps stopping. He told me that I would need a tune up. To make things short I done paid all this money and the problem STILL REMAINS THE SAME !!!! My car still has a hard time cranking up and it s still hard to pump gas. Them were my MAIN ISSUES that WEREN T FIXED. I was told my brakes were at 30 percent. He made it seem so bad. He convinced me to get that done as well. I was dumb for even going alone with him knowing that I haven t had any issues with my brakes. He came back and told me that my 2 front tires were worn down and that he could have my tire size by 3pm but I declined because I had to work. He lied about my front tires being worn down. He told me 1 price and came back with something else. If you want to get cheated out of your hard earned money then go to them.

About the most sorry collection of goobers this side of the Mississippi, not only did I wait over an hour for them to NOT rotate my tires (lied to me saying they did) but the lack of customer service makes McDonald s look like a well oiled machine

They did a great job. They were busy, but I was comfortable and they took care of my oil change right away. I went back to replace my air and cabin filters the next day and they guy did it right where I was parked because they were so busy. They are great!! I'll be back for some tires!

Broke down 10 miles outside of Milledgeville, had a tow truck from Iveys pick my car and i up. I told them I needed it looked at asap because I had to leave town and they replaced an engine coil and oil leak within two days. They were quick and courteous and overall a great company to work with. Definitely recommend.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Super quick and easy, overall the employees are super easy to talk to and help with whatever is wrong, helped me with my flat tire in Under 45 min. If you have any issues with anything care related, i highly recommend bringing it to ivys and it will be the best Service within the best time possible.

Went last Friday to get my brakes changed they changed the front ones, was told that if I brought it Friday mine would be the first in and would have it done by lunch. I pull back up at 2:45 and they were checking it out. I was told a little after 3 they wouldn't be able to fix it today that it would be sometime Wednesday. They didn't tell me the busted the wheel housing and I was pouring brake fluid. I almost ended up in a wreck.

I had my car towed in there and they told me it was not my starter and that my car needed to be rewired referred me to another business. I called and asked was it okay for a mobile mechanic to fix my car there at their establishment I was told yes once the mobile mechanic got there someone told them it wasn t okay and they were very rude to me and the mobile mechanic . I understand the liability of letting them work on it at their establishment but I am a business owner myself I could ve had the car towed to my own business for it to be worked on had it established in the beginning they costed me a lot of unnecessary time and money and it was obvious the issue was the mobile mechanics skin color. Worst experience ever and it indeed was my starter and they said it wasn t .

Few weeks back I was on business trip coming home from Athens , and my back rear tire on my 2016 dodge dart shredded. It was brand new tire and it shredded I got stranded at gas station. I called Ivey's tire and they were great. I got there 5 minutes before close yes they were busy too , but they hooked me up with only tire they had in stock for my car. Yes it was used tire but looked brand new and they gave me really great deal on it. Got me in and out and I was on my way. So I really do appreciate the great work they do here and how they take care they're customers. Thank you guys so much keep up the awesome work and customer service :).

I wish to amend my review of this business. Over a year ago I had given this business a two-star rating for the job preformed on a repair for my vehicle. In recent months, I have had even more complicated services performed, mainly out of convenience and availability, and I must admit that I am pleased. The staff is always polite, but this time I feel that quality service was also performed on my vehicle. I feel confident in returning to Ivey's for future routine maintenance that I hope extends the life of my vehicle.

They haven't been in business this long by accident. Top-notch management and crew. Their prices are fair, and I've always been pleased with their service. They've even bailed me out a few times at my own job. Dale, Brent, Pat, Corey, and the rest of the guys are always great and eager to do business. I'd recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time using this service. They were fairly busy while I was there, but they still managed to get me in and out in a timely fashion. The staff is nice and courteous. I will surely be back when future needs arise.

First, they tried to drastically overcharge me on the labor, claiming that this hour and a half job is actually a three hour job. Fortunately, I was well informed and knew better. Then they tried to keep the old alternator, which I need to return for the core charge. I don t know if they do this to male customers, but I highly advise females to either have your information solid so you know what they should be doing and what they should be charging for it, and to be aware if you need the old bad part returned to you when the work is done.

I used them to do an oil change and rotate my tires. I guess they did the oil change, but they did not reset the Maintenance Needed button and did not put the mileage on my receipt, so I had no clue when it was due again. I had to guess. They did not rotate the tires, but wanted to sell me some. They also wanted to sell me some wiper blades. They did not even check the tire pressure, as they were showing needing air when it got cold the next morning, and I went to another place to get air. My friend took his truck there to get new calipers, etc. on his truck, but a couple of trips later, it was doing the same thing, smoking when driven. That was my experience. They need to be more about service and less about money, in my opinion.Services: Tires, Oil change

Fast service. Knowledgeable staff. My front light blub needed replacing. Walk-in. Work finished within an hour. Kind of pricey though.
