The better choice is Taylor Hyundai Augusta. This dealership needs to find a new General Sales Manager as Kevin Baxter is terrible. The salesman I had was brand new and I would have been his second sale if the deal went through but that wasn t going to happen. He was very genuine and tried real hard and was well intentioned but his efforts were lost on his support team. We had a close deal but I introduced the prospect of a trade in late in the negotiations when I thought about a vehicle I had at home that had some mechanical issues. I asked if they would accept a push, pull or drag trade and I was surprised when they responded yes. I gave them the details including the vin, mileage, issues and backed it up with pics. They estimated that a 2015 Ram Promaster 1500 was worth about $5-$8k in a compromised mechanical condition. I was happy to hear that and decided to proceed. The vehicle had to be towed in but the appraiser couldn t see the car until after all the rebates and specials were over so they changed their offer to $3500 for a site unseen appraisal. I was still somewhat ok with that because i had a vehicle that I didn t want to spend anymore money on and I knew it was the end of the month and the end of the fiscal year for the Koreans, so units sold was important for the dealer to meet their quotas. So, like a bull out of a gate comes Kevin Baxter. He s marching toward me from across their tired, outdated, worn out showroom. All the other salespeople are shucking and jiving amongst themselves in their Easter wear as the Baxter train is a coming. He s holding in his hand a Carfax report and he says out loud You lied!!! Everyone can hear him. It s embarrassing really and I was taken aback. He began to tell me I said my push, pull , drag trade in shows 152,000 miles on the odometer from a recent oil change and I said the vehicle had 132,000 miles on it. He said, I was trying to defraud the dealership and he had dealt with people like me in the past and it wasn t going to happen this time. Wow, talk about American Psycho I was witnessing a meltdown. I remarked that shouldn t be a problem as they were greatly devaluing my vehicle. The real issue here was his insanity and rudeness and lack of professionalism. I collected my stuff and said f you cowboy! I left that place. My grandma told me, if your Aunt had nuts she would be your Uncle and Kevin Baxter was Nuts. The next day I went to Taylor Hyundai in Augusta. OMG what a difference. I m telling you folks these guys have their S together. Fantastic dealership is State of the Art. Really really nice. Well trained staff (Grayson, the Millegeville Hyundai salesman, was washing cars the week before and I would have been his second sale). Taylor s salesman had it together. He was dapper, organized, knew his product back and forth and was going overboard to help out. They took my trade too. They coordinated a tow service to drive from Augusta to Sandersville GA to pick up the vehicle, they coordinated the installation of a trailer hitch and braking mechanism, they applied all the discounts and rebates and they were $1,000 cheaper. The General Sales Manager was very professional and knowledgeable and respectful. There is a huge difference folks in the end results. Don t eat in a soup kitchen when you can spend the same and get a Michelin 5 star restaurant experience. This fool Kevin Baxter I m guessing was trying to play me and maybe he was trying to intimidate me into selling my vehicle cheaper or I don t know, but it was a horrible experience and I say this to anyone reading this review leave these people alone. This place is Nuts!!! I mean, I was trading in my car as is where is 20,000 miles isn t the issue. Go to Taylor or anywhere else but thumbs down on these guys. My new car is below! Yay!Amendment: In response to the request to speak directly to the GM Sandy Phillips, I ve attempted 3 calls with msgs to no avail. The problem here is systemic in nature and concludes my suspicion that one bad apple spoils the whole bunch. Two thumbs down!

Their management is horrible! They made a deal and then would not honor it! They said all of a sudden that the color I wanted was in high demand!!! I have never had this happen! Then they got mad b/c another dealer reached out to me and beat their deal by $500. They need new management that wants to make deals!!! Who does not honor their first deals!I went to Five Star in Macon and got a better deal and a GM that appreciates my business!!!

These guys went out of their way to make sure I got into a car. I was walking 5 miles to work and 5 miles home each day. Now I can drive without worrying about getting ran over. Thanks a million guys. Bruse, you're a lifesaver.

Go by Hyundai in Milledgeville for the best vehicle experience of your life! Devin Jones and Chris Pascal were so kind and helpful! No pressure just good advice and service. They helped me to choose the perfect car for me and answered every question I had without hesitation and very patiently! The whole Hyundai team were great to work with. I went to look at a used car, came out with a brand new one. The sales managers, Bruce and Rico, were so helpful to get me a payment that I was happy with. Levar got my paperwork ready fairly quickly. Mike Braddy was the funniest when he was helping with my Blue Link, and the best at explaining it all. Sandy was attentive when explaining the financing and warranties.

My fiance had a service appointment for an oil change on September 23 at 8:30 am. The vehicle was just bought in 2022 from another dealership out of state. It is still within warranty for a free oil change and service. This dealership wouldn t honor the service warranty because the vehicle was under the 31K mileage appointment, and not ready for service yet. The dealership wanted to charge for an oil change and service. I m not sure what kind of gimmick they re running. Either the technician working that day was lazy, or they just like to rip people off for money to make a quick buck. It s ok, we will just take the vehicle elsewhere for service, and do business with another dealership.UPDATE: Now they are calling to buy the same vehicle they refused to service under the warranty.

We had a great experience at Volume Hyundai and would definitely shop there again. I waited until everything finalized before writing this review, so that I could speak to all parts of the process. We drove almost two hours to look at a specific vehicle. I called before we went because we'd had a bad experience earlier in the week at a different Hyundai dealership and wanted to make sure this wouldn't be same. I spoke to Amber, and she made me feel comfortable enough to make the trip. Once we got there, Jessica Takdari had the vehicle waiting and ready for a test drive. She spent as much time as we needed going over the features, etc. Derrick Wright helped us with our trade in and terms of our deal. We haggled a little, but I got what I thought my car was worth, and we are happy with the terms of our deal. We worked with Adrian Robinson for our financing. He walked us through every step, making sure we were comfortable with the terms. This is the first time I've traded in a car that wasn't paid off, so I was anxious about how that would work. My trade in was paid off quickly, which I was really happy with. We also received the tag for the vehicle two weeks before our temporary tag would have expired. Overall, I am very happy that we made the trip out to Volume Hyundai. Everyone there went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and show us what a good car buying experience should be. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you're looking for a Hyundai!
