The BEST paint and body shop I've ever dealt with! Amazing customer service, exceptional work on my vehicle, and very fast. They listened to my needs and exceeded all expectations. Very affordable compared to other quotes! Will definitely be using them again if ever needed! 10 stars!

Excellent customer service and top notch work. When all other companies were 3-6 months out, they were able to get me in and have my car done in a few weeks, Quality work, fair pricing and hands on customer care. Highly recommend!

HIS Collision Center fixed the dents and dings in my Toyota truck and painted it. My truck looked like new. Great work and customer service. I ll go back when I need more work done and I highly recommend them.

With 4 driving children and 2 driving adults in our home, one thing we have a lot of is cars.. and a need for a trusted, local body shop. HIS Collision has been so good to us through the years. Not only do they do wonderful work in a timely manner, they are also a joy to do business with. From Lee to Daphne, and all the guys, it is a seamless process from beginning to end. Needing a body shop is not always the ideal situation, but if you ever find yourself in need of repair, etc., I highly recommend HIS Collision.

This is the worse Body Shop ever.Their job was to install 4 aftermarket New windows of my GT convertible mustang,along with door regulators, and to adjust the windows, making sure everything was sealed properly to keep rain from entering my vehicle and to do an interior detail on my vehicle .His Collision Body Shop kept my vehicle 15 days the first time.I received my vehicle back with only 2 front aftermarket windows installed. They lied and said they had gotten all 4 windows in to be installed, but only ordered 2 . My insurance company paid for all 4 aftermarket windows to be installed, so when I noticed they hadn t installed my back windows they offered to refund the amount for the back windows. No detail was done on my vehicle, white chalky dusty substances were scattered all over my vehicle interior. It took me 2 days to clean the residue off of my vehicle. Door regulators wasn t working properly. My windows was still off track, and would get stuck when letting the window up, and the windows were not sealed,or aligned properly and they left small piece of white tape stuck on my driver side window and my door locks were now not working. I took it back they kept it 5 more days and when I picked it up they hadn t fixed any of the repairs, no detail, windows not aligned, or sealed, door regulators still not working properly, and my door locks not working properly.They also cracked my panel on the drivers side door.I reported this to my insurance company and to the Body Shop. The Body Shop sent me a text telling me to stop harassing them, and they didn t want me as a customer, to stop calling their shop, and they lied and said the damage they done to my door panel was already cracked.They got paid by my insurance company but didn t do the repairs correctly, and didn t try to make the repairs right. They got an awful attitude when dealing with customers.They lie to their customers, and don t do good work at all.They left my vehicle unlocked ,and 2 feet from the His Collision Sign and 2 feet from the ditch . They did not fix the repairs. No I would not recommend this Body Shop to anyone. They do awful work here with bad attitudes, and bad service.

After a hail storm this summer caused a large limb to fall on my Baby , a Toyota Pickup, HIS Collision brought it back to life! I m so thankful for the work they did and the time they spent to make me happy. I do not hope to need work on anymore vehicles, but if I do, I will only go here! They dealt with my insurance claim fast and handled everything for me! After dealing with many Augusta/Aiken body shops in the past and most of the managers had attitudes, I knew I d never seek their help again. But the owner of HIS Collision is definitely the nicest I ve met and I couldn t be happier!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was very pleased with the service I received from Mr. Lee Lord and his team. My car was totaled over the summer and was a real challenge to find parts for. HIS collision went above and beyond to repair it and fixed additional parts that were giving me troubles prior to the wreck. I d say my car is in way better shape than it was before the wreck. It s like driving a brand new car! I would highly recommend HIS collision. Thanks for all the hard work and time spent on my Solstice!

Unfortunately a deer hit me on 4/6/22. The shops in the Augusta area were all booked until June or further out. I was referred to this shop from another shop. Although it's 2 hrs from me, my experience was well worth it. My front end on the left side was completely damaged amongst other things. Lee (the owner) and his team did an awesome job. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. You can't even tell I was hit by a deer. The paint job is immaculate!!! I really appreciate this shop and the work they did. After trying several body shops without any luck, I was recommended to His Collision and thankfully so!!!! Not only did they repair my vehicle within a shorter time frame that I was given by other body shops, they also did a FANTASTIC job. They even assisted me with rental fees at their expense. Heard a lot of great this about them until I dealt with them. The owner voluntarily offers to save you some of your deductible only to take short cuts with repairs for your vehicle. He charged me $547 for a new head light and only repaired my cracked one. When mentioned his excuse was he did not replace it and have one new and one old. He didn t even attempt to buff the lights since it was not replaced. After leaving and coming back he would not come out and talk with me after I told him up front I was not pleased with the repairs. He had his office staff come out and tell me the reason my bumper does not line back up is because it s and aftermarket bumper when in reality it was my same original bumper. After speaking with my adjuster he offered a refund and to fix the issue. He told me he would call me on Monday and put me in a rental. Now he refuses to answer my calls. I highly do not recommend.

IF I COULD GIVE MORE STARS I WOULD ..Soooo long story short I hit a deer and it busted up my car and I couldn t drive it home. This happened in Georgia (obviously) and I live in South Carolina (2 and half hours away). They helped me get the car from the towing company and fixed my car and it looks sooooo amazing!!! They answered all my calls when I wanted updates. Worked with my insurance and got it done in a timely manner!!! I HIGHLY recommend this business!!!!

I took my truck to His collision after I hit a pole causing $10,000 in damages. He put back together, I couldn't find any flaws. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend.

Hundreds in repair claims that were not actually done.Paint work minimal at best. Owner spends more time trying to pick up female customers for dates than being a respectful business owner and taking care of the customers cars in a professional manner.
