I was able to schedule the repair to my vehicle quickly even though it was approaching the Christmas holiday. Adrianna in customer service was great about explaining the process and everything proceeded exactly as she said. My vehicle is 12 years old so it had to be treated with care - and they did. It was finished a little sooner than promised and the cost was in line with the estimate. Good experience.

My Service Advisor, Sherie, was excellent! Warm, welcoming and followed up when she said she would which is critical.We are working through a billing issue but, I am confident that Sherie will get this taken care of for me.Thank you Sherie for delivering exceptional service!

My Tacoma was serviced in a timely manner minimizing my wait. The wait was pleasant in the customer waiting area with the amenities available making the wait effortless. Cost was also not bad at all.

Quick friendly service, only reason I didn t give 5 stars is because I had to call to see if the part came in and it had, also called to check to see if my truck was ready and it was, no big deal .text/call notifications would help for convenience reasons . but other than the truck was fixed without any issues and I didn t see any greasy hand prints on anything, which is always nice!

I was very pleased with the service done on my car. It was done in a timely manner and my car is riding smoothly now. I like how they sent video to my phone showing the work that is done on my car. Very professional!

The mechanical department did a fast and good job. But before that, to confirm with them that they should go ahead to place the order for a few missing bolts needed for my 2020 Highlander was a frustrating experience. I repeatedly called up to four times and I was always tossed from one telephone extension to another. No one to pick up the call at those extensions. Again I would call, same problem. I almost gave up. You guys have a lot to do regarding managing of telephone extensions. Don t forward calls to any extension that is not manned. It is annoying.

Great experience and a smooth process getting serviced. The staff were incredibly efficient in the service department. I was checked in, processed, and out the door within the hour of arriving for a B service.I spent my time walking laps around the interior and was offered water no fewer than four times and was shown a car that I was interested in purchasing. The staff did not pressure after learning I was not actively in the market but took time to show me the vehicle and educate.I generally do not like dealerships, but this one gets my business.Recommended.

Made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. Vehicle was taken back, serviced in a very timely manner. Was in and out within half an hour. Have used other Toyota dealerships and end up sitting for hours.

Service was great. Timely. Took care of a recall issue too. Only wish they had a car wash available with service. Guess I got spoiled with my last vehicle. Took a star back only for the lack of the car wash option.

I had a flat tire coming out of Krogers. When I arrived at Toyota it was just lunch time. I explained to Adrianna that I had frozen food in the car. This was the 1st. time I used the Toyota service dept. I was very pleased with the service. The service personnel were very friendly and helpful answering questions. The wait time was super. I appreciate the kindness from everyone!!

I purchased a new vehicle here in January. I have used their service department in the past and was always impressed with the quality of service provided to me there. So I naturally looked here when wanting to get a new vehicle. I felt comfortable and didn t feel pressured at any time. Alton was great to work with. He s very knowledgeable with all the vehicles I looked at and their features. He made me understand what vehicle best fits my interests. I normally research other dealers but not this time.
