Had some mirror glass installed in our doors. Glass was cracked. Left message with lady in office. No retuned calls. Lady up front has very poor customer service. Doesn t know how to return calls. Don t waste your time here. Worst service ever.

We are repeat customers who are being totally ignored for our next project. Multiple windows replaced and we were delayed getting info for personal reasons. But work was done to our satisfaction. Now we have gone back to this company for mirrors. And again we are being ignored. I made one follow up call and was assured I would be called. Two weeks later still no I formation.

Unprofessional, rude arrogant. They first thing that went wrong was the undisclosed delivery charge. Told one quote then charged over $100 more . Upon delivery the glass was a foot to short. Delivery guys call office and was told to tell me they would bring correct size and pick up error. Of course this never happened. Many other frustrating things happened but heres the kicker,, I never recieved an invoice, email, text confirmation of size, price, itemized statement , refund or delivery. After multiple calls to them and being told by Ms. Moore "I never make mistakes. 34 years I never make mistakes". I had no choice but to contact my credit card and cancel payment. Cut Rite refused to come pick up their glass and sued me for $994.95 and court cost. So today off to court , 3 months later, We had one more chance to settle. Nope , tried but Ms Moore again became headstrong and said she couldn't believe I would hold my hand up and swear to what I was saying. Judge came in heard us, they said things that never happened and at the end of the day I hada witnesses and won. Don't even bother with this poorly run business. They had to do the walk of shame out of the Putnam Court House Today.

I contacted this location to have a couple of panes of cabinet glass cut. I was told I could pick it up before 3 pm (listed hours were open until 2). When I arrived at the location at 12:45, the store was closed. I stopped back by hoping everyone was at lunch etc. and it seemed the shop was closed for the day. All calls went to voicemail.The next day I reached out to inquire about the glass that I ordered. I was contacted back and was told it was ready for pick up. When we went to pick up the glass we found that it was cut to the wrong width. That was not an issue and they recut the glass. Unfortunately I put trust in them and did not personally measure the piece After allowing them to recut the glass to the correct dimensions, the glass is still 1/4 too narrow.This location is professional and courteous when you get the opportunity to speak with someone. The quality of work is deplorable and someone may or may not be there when they claim to be open.

Quoted a price of $10 to $20 each to replace a single paine of window. I needed two so she quoted me $40. I was assured if I got it to them that day it would be ready for pick up the next morning.I wasn't able to retrieve it until after 3 pm the next day but when I arrived they hadn't even started much less completed it. She had two employees get it ready in about 20 minutes as I watched & waited. Where I was quoted $40 the actual total turned out to be double the quote at $80.It was still less than the cost of total window replacement but the two hours of labor wasn't mentioned in the quote at all. Them charging me for two hours of labor when I watched them complete it in less than thirty minutes certainly wasn't right.They we're curtious & seemingly knowledgeable. I would use their services again if I needed them but I would be sure to ask when getting a quote if there would be any additional cost. It would behoove them in the future to assure when giving a quote to include everything in that quote. It may have been an honest mistake but it felt more like a bait and switch transaction.B. Called them, went out same day. Gordon offered to even repair another part of the door when he installed the new glass. Got me my quote and ordered it same day and should be installed this coming wednesday. Will definitely use in the future. :)

had them replace my windshield on my 98 Chevy s10 . just had my windshield replaced by a different business and was shown damage to my truck done by cute rite glass they did a horrible job said they replaced the window top trim and found out they lied. found out they reused my old trim piece and they used too much urethane adhesive and caused damage to my dash and didn't use primer on spots where they scraped off paint . they cut corners and i wouldn't refer anyone to them. they don't know how to do their job correctly

I needed a small piece of glass cut for a broken window pane. I was treated with the same friendly professionalism that you might expect a company to reserve for big clients. These are the type of people I wish to see succeed, and will get my business in the future.

Outstanding business professionals when it comes to installing glass doors.... shower casein make overs ... vehicles any brand any make ..... when it comes to cracked windshields..... quality insurance putting consumers first...

The owner and his crew did a horrible job in replacing a window and when I called them back to do it they were very nasty and rude about it I wouldn't recommend any one to do business with them!!!
